本发明的施工工艺无需喷涂,没有漆雾,而且批量生产,由于是UV辊涂于基材表面,漆膜涂布非常均匀平整,附着力强,最主要的是使用正逆辊涂施工,利用一个正辊厚涂、一个逆辊刮涂的施工原理,效果比喷PE实色底漆、单辊或双辊涂机施工UV实色底漆效果更佳,漆膜更平整,遮盖力强,打磨性更优,可减少生产工序,降低人工及机器成本,减少环境污染,提高生产效率。

一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料施工方法,具体涉及一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上生产板式办公家具主要工艺为先用未经任何涂装处理的三聚氰胺板直接用PE实色底漆,再进行底漆打磨,最后再进行面漆涂装,又或者用一般的辊涂UV实色底漆是使用单辊或双辊涂机辊涂施工,由于漆膜的不平整,辊痕重,易将实色底漆砂穿,故会使用两、三道单辊实色底或双辊实色底后增加一道透明的砂光底漆进行对实色底的保护,这样造成工序增多,工时加长,整体的效率和效益都不高,降低了涂装的整体效率。传统的PE实色底漆在这种大面漆喷涂情况下,漆膜的平整度、打磨性都达不到市场要求,而且使用PE漆,释放的大量有机溶剂污染大气。这样在生产过程中有害物质挥发,严重影响身体健康,而且生产周期长,易发生起桔皮等问题,且人工打磨难度极大,而经过正逆辊UV涂装且底漆已打磨,进行面漆涂装(喷涂或淋涂)可解决了高效、环保等问题,且漆膜厚度及漆膜平整性都得以很大的改善。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,具体涉及一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺,产品主要应用于板式办公家具上。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊涂UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚氰胺板基材使用自动砂光机进行轻砂处理;
(2)单辊涂三聚氰胺板专用UV附着力底漆,涂布量为15~20g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
(3)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(4)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
(5)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(6)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;完成底漆生产。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、通过机械化正逆辊涂生产设备将三聚氰胺板加工好油漆后,形成的底漆涂装再进行面漆加工(喷涂或淋涂)。
2、三聚氰胺板用正逆辊涂施工是通过一个正辊厚涂,一个逆辊刮涂的原理,有很好的饱满表面效果,漆膜平整度好,易打磨。
3、板材可以是在机器的宽度范围内(通常是1.2M)各类规格进行施工,做好后可开料,提高板材的使用率,可提高设备的工作效率。
4、产品适合各种装饰、办公、住家等板式家具。
5、用正逆辊涂对三聚氰胺板进行UV实色底颠覆了木制品油漆工艺,从传统的PE实色漆最少连续三次以上的喷漆、打磨,几天时间的生产周期,大量的用工需求和场地占用,都得到有效解决。

实施例1
一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊涂UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚氰胺板基材使用自动砂光机进行轻砂处理;
(2)单辊涂三聚氰胺板专用UV附着力底漆,涂布量为15~20g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
(3)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(4)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
(5)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(6)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;完成底漆生产。

1.一种三聚氰胺板正逆辊涂UV实色底漆涂装施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将三聚氰胺板基材使用自动砂光机进行轻砂处理;
(2)单辊涂三聚氰胺板专用UV附着力底漆,涂布量为15~20g/㎡,然后用双汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为200mJ,干燥时间为1~3秒;
(3)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(4)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;
(5)正逆辊涂UV实色底漆,涂布量为40~50g/㎡,然后用一镓一汞灯进行紫外线干燥,干燥强度为350mJ,干燥时间为3~5秒;
(6)使用自动砂光机进行砂光、除尘;完成底漆生产。
