本发明公开了一种硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉它表面的施工工艺,其特征在于:由下列步骤构成,(1)素材处理:a、破坏处理;b、砂光,(2)底色喷涂,(3)聚氨酯底漆喷涂,(4)聚氨酯底漆砂光,(5)硝基底漆喷涂,(6)硝基裂纹漆喷涂,(7)硝基底漆喷涂,(8)硝基格丽斯,(9)硝基底漆喷涂,(10)硝基格丽斯干刷,(11)硝基底漆喷涂,(12)硝基底漆砂光,(13)牛尾、喷点,(14)硝基底漆喷涂,(15)硝基底漆砂光,(16)硝基面漆喷涂。采用本发明的工艺,可在电吉它表面形成一种裂纹仿古效果,从而可以满足有关人员的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硝基裂纹仿古涂装施工工艺,具体涉及在电吉它基材上的仿古涂装工艺。
技术背景
目前电吉它作装饰效果比较单一,大多是一种聚氨酯/不饱和聚酯漆的镜面、闪银涂装效果。原因是前者涂装对电吉它的使用较长,但随着人们对精神和物质文明要求越来越高时,人们开始对古老时代的一种怀念和追求,而这种追求人们恰恰在自己所使用的家具或物品上享受与追求。所以前者涂装工艺远远不能满足现代人的需求。参考文件《松木家具硝基漆涂饰工艺分析》(《木材加工机械》,2004年第二期,柳献忠)论述的硝基漆施工工艺是一种通常的底着色、面修色工艺。参考文献《硝基透明底漆的研制与应用》(《现代涂料与涂装》,2002年第一期,冯申永、覃小伦)提到硝基漆的应用,但两篇文献均未有仿古涂装的自然仿古效果,因此,目前的电吉它的装饰效果,不能满足有关人员的需要。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是公开一种硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉它表面的施工工艺,以满足人们的需要。
本发明的硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉它表面的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:
1.素材处理:
(1)破坏处理:用破坏工具把电吉它毛坏故意性敲打,使其达到一种该物品被使用时间过长而被损坏的自然效果;
(2)砂光:用砂纸顺木纹砂磨,去除素材表面毛刺、砂痕等;优选240#砂纸;
2、底色:用硝基色漆喷涂,喷湿,使其达到木材纹理体现效果;
3.聚氨酯底漆:用聚氨酯清底漆按配比调至粘度为15~16秒,喷涂三遍,一个半“十”字,干燥时间4~6小时;
所说的为粘度均为岩田-2#杯粘度,下同;
4.砂光:用砂纸顺木纹砂磨平整、光滑,优选320#~400#砂纸;
5.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为12~13秒,喷涂两遍,一个“十”字,表干;
6、硝基裂纹漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基白色裂纹漆至粘度为11~12秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,使其达到一种自然开裂的效果,干燥40~50分钟;
7、硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为11~12秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥50~60分钟;
8、硝基格丽斯:用硝基格丽斯,擦试表面,再将表面擦拭干净,并略抓明暗,使其达到一种深浅不一的自然效果;
9.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为13~14秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥40~60分钟;
10.干刷:用毛刷沾硝基格丽斯轻打在电吉它四周边缘,及中间个别部分或破坏处,使其达到一种使用时间过长而被弄脏的自然效果;
11.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为14~16秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥40~60分钟;
12.砂光:用砂纸砂磨平滑,勿砂穿,优选400#砂纸;
13.牛尾、喷点:用硝基格丽斯画牛尾,并用枪做喷点效果,使其再一次加深仿古的自然效果;
14.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度14~16秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥40~60分钟;
15.砂光:用砂纸砂磨平整、光滑;勿砂穿,优选400#砂纸;
16.硝基面漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基面漆至粘度为12~13秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥36小时即可。
所说的素材为枫木、桦木或椴木;
所说的硝基稀释剂是由二甲苯、异丁醇、乙二醇单丁醚或乙酸丁酯等中的两种以上组成的混合溶剂。
术语“牛尾、喷点”均为本领域公知的术语,在美式仿古涂装工艺记录中上有详细的描述。
所说的硝基色漆、聚氨酯清底漆、硝基底漆、硝基白色裂纹漆、硝基格丽斯和硝基面漆均为市售产品,如上海富臣化工有限公司的产品;
采用本发明的工艺,可在电吉它表面形成一种裂纹仿古效果,从而可以满足有关人员的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1.素材处理:素材为枫木。
(1)破坏处理:用破坏工具把电吉它毛坏故意性敲打,使其达到一种该物品被使用时间过长而被损坏的自然效果;
(2)砂光:用240#砂纸顺木纹砂磨,去除素材表面毛刺、砂痕等;
2、底色:用硝基色漆喷涂,喷湿,使其达到木材纹理体现效果;
3.聚氨酯底漆:用聚氨酯清底漆按配比调至粘度为15秒,喷涂三遍,一个半“十”字,干燥时间5小时;
所说的为粘度均为岩田-2#杯粘度,下同;
4.砂光:用400#砂纸顺木纹砂磨平整、光滑;
5.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为12秒,喷涂两遍,一个“十”字,表干;
6、硝基裂纹漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基白色裂纹漆至粘度为12秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,使其达到一种自然开裂的效果,干燥45分钟;
7、硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为11秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥1小时;
8、硝基格丽斯:用硝基格丽斯,擦试表面,再将表面擦拭干净,并略抓明暗,使其达到一种深浅不一的自然效果;
9.硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为13秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥50分钟;
10.干刷:用毛刷沾硝基格丽斯轻打在电吉它四周边缘,及中间个别部分或破坏处,使其达到一种使用时间过长而被弄脏的自然效果;

1.一种硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉他表面的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)素材处理:
(a)破坏处理:用破坏工具把电吉他毛坏故意性敲打,使其达到一种该物品被使用时间过长而被损坏的自然效果;
(b)砂光:用砂纸顺木纹砂磨,去除木材表面毛刺、砂痕;
(2)底色:用硝基色漆喷涂,喷湿,使其达到木材纹理体现效果;
(3)聚氨酯底漆:用聚氨酯清底漆按配比调至粘度为15~16秒,喷涂三遍,一个半“十”字,干燥时间4~6小时;
(4)砂光:用砂纸顺木纹砂磨平整、光滑;
(5)硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为12~13秒,喷涂两遍,一个“十”字,表干;
(6)硝基裂纹漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基白色裂纹漆至粘度为11~12秒,均匀喷涂一个“十”字,使其达到一种自然开裂的效果,干燥40~50分钟;
(7)硝基底漆:用硝基稀释剂调硝基底漆至粘度为11~12秒,喷涂一个“十”字,干燥50~60分钟;
(8)硝基格丽斯:用硝基格丽斯,擦试表面,再将表面擦拭干净,并略抓明暗,使其达到一种深浅不一的自然效果;

所述粘度均为岩田-2#杯粘度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉他表面的施工工艺,其特征在于,所说的木材为枫木、桦木或椴木。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硝基裂纹仿古效果在电吉他表面的施工工艺,其特征在于,所说的硝基稀释剂是由二甲苯和乙酸丁酯按1∶1体积比组成的混合溶剂。
