本发明公开了一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,属于食品领域,由以下重量份的原料组成:黑糯米30‑35份,水40‑50份,奶油20‑25份,椰汁15‑20份,冰激凌10‑15份,红豆12‑15份,白砂糖15‑20份,黄瓜15‑20份,绿茶叶5‑10份。依本配方得到的糯米奶昔香味浓郁,营养丰富,天然健康,还达到消暑益气,安神保健的效果。

背景技术
本发明是一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,民以食为天,但如今有越来越多食品都被利益熏心的不良商家添加有致癌物质或者食材处理不当,市场上存在不少威胁食品安全问题,摄入人体会危害健康。特别是炎炎夏日,很多人都倾向于清凉可口的甜品,但是许多甜品都不能解决饥饿问题,所以糯米奶昔有很高的市场地位。本配方旨在提供一种口感香甜、营养丰富、解饥解渴的糯米奶昔,且具有消暑益气,安神保健的功效。本发明所提出的糯米奶昔制备方法不但构思新颖,而且工艺简单,容易实施,同时本发明所使用的主要原料黑糯米营养价值高,风味独特,深受广大群众喜爱,因此糯米奶昔在市场上有着举足轻重的地位,但是如今的甜品糖分过高,味道单一,人们也不能充分品尝到甜品中其他配料结合而得的的浓郁香甜,口感欠佳,为了解决现有甜品制作口感欠佳,营养不足的问题,本发明提供一种糯米奶昔的配方及其制作方法,依本配方所得的糯米奶昔香味浓郁,营养丰富,天然健康,还达到消暑益气,安神保健的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,解决现有甜品制作口感欠佳,营养不足的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:
一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,本配方由以下重量份的原料组成:黑糯米30-35份,水40-50份,奶油20-25份,椰汁15-20份,冰激凌10-15份,红豆12-15份,白砂糖15-20份,黄瓜15-20份,绿茶叶5-10份。
所述的黑糯米洗净,加水浸泡1小时。
所述的椰汁放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
所述的红豆洗净,加水煮熟红豆。
所述的黄瓜洗净,切成小块。
所述的绿茶叶洗净,摘取嫩叶。
所述的一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其制作方法如下:
(1)将黑糯米加水浸泡1小时。
(2)将步骤一材料过滤,加白砂糖搅拌均匀。
(3)将步骤二材料加水蒸煮50分钟后放凉。
(4)手上沾水,把步骤三材料捏成若干小团。
(5)将奶油、冰激凌、白砂糖、冰椰汁放入搅拌机中打出泡沫即可。
(6)黄瓜切成小块,与步骤五材料相结合。
(7)煮熟的红豆与步骤六所得材料相结合并搅拌。
(8)最后将步骤四与步骤七材料相结合并放入几片绿茶嫩叶即可食用。
椰子汁味甘、性凉、无毒,入胃、脾、大肠经,椰汁含有丰富的钾、镁等矿物质,其成分与细胞内液相似,可纠正脱水和电解质紊乱,达到利尿消肿之效;椰肉及椰汁均有杀灭肠道寄生虫的作用,饮其汁可驱除姜片虫和绦虫,用之于临床,不仅疗效可靠,且无毒副作用,是理想的杀虫消疳食品;另外椰汁含糖类、脂肪、蛋白质、生长激素、维生素和大量的人体必需的微量元素,经常饮用,能益人气力,补充细胞内液,扩充血容量,滋润皮肤,具有驻颜美容作用。
红豆,又称海红豆,中医学认为,红豆气味甘、酸、平、无毒,归肺、心、脾经,有疏风清热、燥湿止痒、润肤养颜的功效。其内服有化湿补脾的功效,对脾胃虚弱的人比较适合,在食疗中常被用于高血压、动脉粥样硬化、各种原因引起的水肿及消暑、解热毒、健胃等多种用途。红豆皮中含有丰富的膳食纤维,进食红豆时不要去皮,可获得较多的膳食纤维,进而起到润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、解毒抗癌、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
黄瓜,也称胡瓜、青瓜,属葫芦科植物,性凉,味甘,有小毒;入肺、胃、大肠经。清热利水,解毒消肿,生津止渴。主治身热烦渴,咽喉肿痛,风热眼疾,湿热黄疸,小便不利等病症。黄瓜中所含的丙醇二酸,可抑制糖类物质转变为脂肪。此外,黄瓜中的纤维素对促进人体肠道内腐败物质的排除和降低胆固醇有一定作用,能强身健体。黄瓜含有维生素B1,对改善大脑和神经系统功能有利,能安神定志,辅助治疗失眠症。黄瓜中含有丰富的维生素E,可起到延年益寿,抗衰老的作用。
绿茶叶作为为中国的主要茶类的原料之一,茶叶含有与人体健康密切相关的生化成份,茶叶不仅具有提神清心、清热解暑、消食化痰、去腻减肥、清心除烦、解毒醒酒、生津止渴、降火明目、止痢除湿等药理作用,还对现代疾病,如辐射病、心脑血管病、癌症等疾病,有一定的药理功效。茶叶具有药理作用的主要成份是茶多酚、咖啡碱、脂多糖、茶氨酸等。绿茶有延缓衰老的作用,茶多酚具有很强的抗氧化性和生理活性,是人体自由基的清除剂。据有关部门研究证明1毫克茶多酚清除对人肌体有害的过量自由基的效能相当于9微克超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),大大高于其它同类物质。茶多酚有阻断脂质过氧化反应,清除活性酶的作用。
奶油,是从牛奶、羊奶中提取的黄色或白色脂肪性半固体食品,它是由未均质化之前的生牛乳顶层的牛奶脂肪含量较高的一层制得的乳制品,奶香浓郁。奶油在所有动物性脂肪中是较佳的一种,奶油和牛奶成分大致相同,但各组成成分的含量都有了改变,其中奶油的脂肪含量比牛奶约增加了2025倍,而其余的成分如非脂乳固体(蛋白质、乳糖)及水分都大大降低。奶油的维生素A和维生素D含量很高,在人体内的消化吸收率较高,可达95%以上。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:该糯米奶昔制作简单,容易实施,绿色健康没有致癌物质,原材料新鲜绿色,本配方的优点在于:香味浓郁,营养丰富,天然健康,还达到消暑益气,安神保健的效果。

具体实施例一:黑糯米30份,水40份,奶油20份,椰汁15份,冰激凌10份,红豆12份,白砂糖15份,黄瓜15份,绿茶叶5份。
具体实施例二:黑糯米31份,水41份,奶油21份,椰汁16份,冰激凌11份,红豆13份,白砂糖16份,黄瓜16份,绿茶叶6份。
具体实施例三:黑糯米32份,水42份,奶油22份,椰汁17份,冰激凌12份,红豆14份,白砂糖17份,黄瓜17份,绿茶叶7份。
具体实施例四:黑糯米33份,水43份,奶油23份,椰汁18份,冰激凌13份,红豆15份,白砂糖18份,黄瓜18份,绿茶叶8份。
具体实施例五:黑糯米34份,水44份,奶油24份,椰汁19份,冰激凌14份,红豆15份,白砂糖19份,黄瓜19份,绿茶叶9份。
具体实施例六:黑糯米35份,水50份,奶油25份,椰汁20份,冰激凌15份,红豆15份,白砂糖20份,黄瓜20份,绿茶叶10份。

Claims (7)
1.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:黑糯米30-35份,水40-50份,奶油20-25份,椰汁15-20份,冰激凌10-15份,红豆12-15份,白砂糖15-20份,黄瓜15-20份,绿茶叶5-10份。
2.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的黑糯米洗净,加水浸泡1小时。
3.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的椰汁放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
4.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的红豆洗净,加水煮熟红豆。
5.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的黄瓜洗净,切成小块。
6.一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的绿茶叶洗净,摘取嫩叶。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种糯米奶昔配方及其制作方法,其制作方法如下:
(1)将黑糯米加水浸泡1小时。
(2)将步骤一材料过滤,加白砂糖搅拌均匀。
(3)将步骤二材料加水蒸煮50分钟后放凉。
(4)手上沾水,把步骤三材料捏成若干小团。
(5)将奶油、冰激凌、白砂糖、冰椰汁放入搅拌机中打出泡沫即可。
(6)黄瓜切成小块,与步骤五材料相结合。
(7)煮熟的红豆与步骤六所得材料相结合并搅拌。
(8)最后将步骤四与步骤七材料相结合并放入几片绿茶嫩叶即可食用。
