一种洗地机清洁装置及洗地机，其中，洗地机清洁装置(1)，安装于洗地机的垃圾箱(2)底部的开口腔(20)中，其包括可转动设于开口腔(20)中的滚刷组件(11)，以及固定于垃圾箱(2)底部并位于开口腔(20)底部一侧边缘的刮板(12)，刮板(12)与开口腔(20)内壁及滚刷组件(11)合围形成有连通垃圾箱(2)的负压腔(110)，且刮板(12)内侧与滚刷组件(11)之间形成有连通负压腔(110)的吸口(1100)。通过在垃圾箱(2)的开口腔(20)一侧设置刮板(12)，并通过刮板(12)与开口腔(20)内壁及滚刷组件(11)合围形成连通垃圾箱(2)的负压腔(110)，且通过刮板(12)内侧与滚刷组件(11)之间形成连通负压腔(110)的吸口(1100)，使得大体积垃圾可经吸口(1100)进入负压腔(110)直至进入垃圾箱(2)，实现了大体积垃圾的有效回收，扩大了回收范围而提高了清洁效率和质量。
