本发明涉及纺织品制造领域,具体是涉及一种节约成本、防水效果好、透湿效果好、缩短流程的防水透湿树脂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:改质、烘干。

本发明涉及纺织品制造领域, 具体是涉一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法。
背景技术
专业的干式直接涂布厂,涂布织物就制作流程而言,可分干式直接涂布、泡沬涂布、湿式涂布,若以膜层构造而言则分为無孔质亲水膜层与微多孔疏水膜层两种,但业者仍面临以下问题:
1.制造流程长,处方配比成本高
一般防水透湿直接涂布为前拨再涂布,而拨水后涂布会影响界面接着强度和手感较硬,如为湿式直接涂布其在浴中置换拨水度会受影响等問題。
2.容易遇水后膨胀导致膜层剥离:
直接干式涂布其防水性与耐水洗性能较微多孔疏水性膜层织物较高,但涂层织物若不经涂布与泼水加工,则容易遇水後膨胀导致膜层剥离。
3.同业竞争原物料成本的提高:
同业竞争加剧及原物料成本的提高,使得公司的经营倍感艰辛,在此激烈竞争下如何缩短流程,开源节流与技术创新是企业未來经营的中点。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题,提供了一种节约成本、防水效果好、透湿效果好、缩短流程的防水透湿树脂的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.改质:分别取2-5份硅树脂、10-20份PU树脂、5-8份亚克力树
脂、以及1-3份矽油进行充分混合后,放入70-90份泼水剂内进行浸泡;
S2.烘干:将改质好的树脂分别在温度为80-100摄氏度、105-115摄氏度以及140-160摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干,在各个烘房内的烘干时间分别为8小时,从而得到成品。
进一步改进的是,步骤S1中,步骤S1中,包括80份的泼水剂、10份PU树脂、5份亚克力树脂、3份硅树脂以及2份的矽油。
进一步改进的是,将改质好的树脂分别在温度为90摄氏度、110摄氏度以及150摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干。
进一步改进的是,所述泼水剂为固态碳氢氧有机高分子合物溶剂。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,通过在亲水性树脂疏水化改良,使其适合浴浸泼水剂、涂布一次加工程,使其防水效果好的同时,节能降低成本,同时为减缓底层涂布的滲透问题,在泼水剂中加入硅树脂使产品获得柔和手感,同时降低膨胀导致膜层剥离,因树脂內NCO基与水继续反应产生二氧化碳,增加薄膜的孔洞,使其透湿性良好,方便实用,应该在市场上广泛地推广使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
本发明提供的一种快速吸水纤维的制备方法,包括植物性染料、氢氧化钠溶液、无磷去油剂、分散剂、酸溶液以及可食用染料,包括以下步骤:
S1.改质:分别取2-5份硅树脂、10-20份PU树脂、5-8份亚克力树
脂、以及1-3份矽油进行充分混合后,放入70-90份泼水剂内进行浸泡;通过在亲水性树脂疏水化改良,使其适合浴浸泼水剂、涂布一次加工程,使其防水效果好的同时,节能降低成本,同时为减缓底层涂布的滲透问题,在泼水剂中加入硅树脂使产品获得柔和手感,同时降低膨胀导致膜层剥离,因树脂內NCO基与水继续反应产生二氧化碳,增加薄膜的孔洞,使其透湿性良好。
S2.烘干:将改质好的树脂分别在温度为80-100摄氏度、105-115摄氏度以及140-160摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干,在各个烘房内的烘干时间分别为8小时,从而得到成品。
进一步改进的是,步骤S1中,步骤S1中,包括80份的泼水剂、10份PU树脂、5份亚克力树脂、3份硅树脂以及2份的矽油。
进一步改进的是,将改质好的树脂分别在温度为90摄氏度、110摄氏度以及150摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干。

Claims (4)
1.一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.改质:分别取2-5份硅树脂、10-20份PU树脂、5-8份亚克力树
脂、以及1-3份矽油进行充分混合后,放入70-90份泼水剂内进行浸泡;
S2.烘干:将改质好的树脂分别在温度为80-100摄氏度、105-115摄氏度以及140-160摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干,在各个烘房内的烘干时间分别为8小时,从而得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中,包括80份的泼水剂、10份PU树脂、5份亚克力树脂、3份硅树脂以及2份的矽油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:将改质好的树脂分别在温度为90摄氏度、110摄氏度以及150摄氏度的烘房内进行烘干。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透湿树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述泼水剂为固态碳氢氧有机高分子合物溶剂。
