本发明公开了一种卫浴面盆浆料,该浆料按重量份计算,包括以下组分:石粉40~70份,树脂20~45份,钛白粉或色浆0.2~5份,阻聚剂0.1~2份,固化剂1.0~6份,促进剂0.5~3份;所述浆料通过添加UV固化涂料,加快了浆料成型过程的固化,提高了企业的生产效率,从而提高了产品的利润,提升了企业的竞争优势;所述浆料中UV固化涂料配合适当比例和规格的石粉材料,使所述浆料固化成型后得到的卫浴材料具有良好的环保性、耐磨擦性、耐化学性、硬度高等优点。

一种卫浴面盆浆料
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及卫浴设备制造技术领域,特别涉及一种卫浴面盆浆料。
背景技术
[0002] 卫浴面盆是家居卫生装修不可划缺的一部分,传统的卫浴面盆是由不锈钢、陶瓷 等传统建筑材料制成的,陶瓷材质的面盆占据了很大的市场,然而,不锈钢材质的面盆造型 单一,不易与卫浴家具搭配使用,陶瓷材质的面盆易碎,不能承受打击或重物的撞击;人造 石因其具有无毒性、无放射性、阻燃、不粘油、不渗污、抗菌防霉、耐磨、耐冲击、易保养、无缝 拼接、造型百变的优点,逐渐地出现在卫浴产品中。
[0003] 人造石卫浴面盆是运用石粉和化学涂料配成浆料再固化成型而成的,目前市面上 很多的人造石卫浴面盆所使用的浆料的环保性能、固化速度以及浆料固化成型后的产品的 力学性能等方面还有待提高。

发明内容
[0005]鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种卫浴面盆浆料,旨在 解决现有技术中由于浆料成分配比的不足造成环保性不够高、固化速度慢以及固化成型后 的产品力学性能不足的问题。
[0006] 为了达到上述目的,本发明采取了以下技术方案: 一种卫浴面盆浆料,其中,该浆料按重量份计算,包括以下组分: 石粉 40〜70份, 树脂 20〜45份, 钛白粉或色浆 0.2〜5份, 阻聚剂 〇.1〜2份, 固化剂 1.0〜6份, 促进剂 〇.5〜3份。

[0014] 有益效果: 本发明提供了一种卫浴面盆浆料,所述浆料通过添加―固化涂料,加快了浆料成型过 程的固化,提高了企业的生产效率,从而提高了产品的利润,提升了企业的竞争优势;所述 浆料中UV固化涂料配合适当比例和规格的石粉材料,使所述浆料固化成型后得到的卫浴材 料具有良好的环保性、耐磨擦性、耐化学性、硬度高等优点。
具体实施方式
[0015] 本发明提供一种卫浴面盆浆料,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明 确,以下举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解 释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
[0016] 本发明提供一种卫浴面盆浆料,其中,该浆料按重量份计算,包括以下组分: 石粉 40〜70份, 树脂 20〜45份, 钛白粉或色浆 0.2〜5份, 阻聚剂 0.1〜2份, 固化剂 1.0〜6份, 促进剂 0.5〜3份。
[0017]采用上述配比的所述浆料成型固化迅速,所述浆料中的石粉分散在树脂中,配合 其它助剂固化浆料,使固化后的制品有较好的力学性能、坚韧性、耐热性和耐腐蚀性能;上 述浆料中的各成分的比例是是固化制品得到良好性能的最适合的范围,树脂太多则产品容 易变形不坚固,太少则不能够很好的稀释石粉,使石粉不能均匀地分散,无法注浆;钛白粉 或色浆用于增加浆料的白度或赋予浆料颜色,用量过大会增加浆料的粘稠度,降低石粉的 使用量,提高生产成本,用量过少效果不明显;阻聚剂能够有效地阻止树脂和石粉在分散搅 拌过程中产生过量的气泡而影响成型效果;固化剂和促进剂是配合使用的,用以加快所述 浆料的成型时间,用量过大则浆料固化过快,提供不了足够的注浆工艺所需要的时间,用量 过少则固化时间长,降低生产效率,所述固化剂与促进剂不能直接相互接触,容易引发起火 甚至爆炸,本实施例中,一般将促进剂与浆料的其它成分混合均匀后再加入固化剂搅拌均 匀,然后马上进行注浆工艺,防止加入固化剂后浆料中的树脂产生固化而使浆料无法注浆。 [0018]所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其中,该浆料按重量份计算,包括以下组分: 石粉 50〜70份, 树脂 20〜38份, 钛白粉或色浆 0.2〜3份, 阻聚剂 0.1〜1.2份, 固化剂 1.0〜4.8份, 促进剂 0.5〜2.4份。
[0019]优选的,所述的浆料中包括60〜65重量份的石粉;石粉在浆料中起到塑造固化产 品形状的作用,用量过大或过少都容易使固化成型后的产品容易开裂,不坚固。
[0020] 优选地,所述的石粉的尺寸包括80目、100目、150目、180目、320目中的一种或多 种;更优选地,所述石粉的尺寸包括80目、180目和320目,80目和180目的石粉的总量与320 目的石粉的量的比例为1: (1〜2),加入不同规格的石粉有利于减少浆料中石粉之间的空 隙,提高成型产品硬度。
[0021] 优选地,所述的树脂为环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和聚氨酯中的一种或多种。
[0022] 优选地,所述的浆料中的固化剂与促进剂的重量比为(1.5〜2) : 1;固化剂和促进 剂是配合使用的,所使用的量根据树脂的含量而变化,所述促进剂还可以根据使用环境的 温度和固化成型所需的时间而调节其用量,冬天环境温度比较低,促进剂的使用量要大于 夏天的使用量,本方案中的浆料中,固化剂与促进剂的使用比例达到了最好的固化效果而 且固化时间短。
[0023]优选地,所述的固化剂为光固化剂,所述促进剂光固化促进剂,使用光固化的成 分,使所述楽料注楽后的成品在固化成型过程中不必烘烤,直接使用紫外光或者在自然光 的照射下就可以固化,简化了工艺繁杂度,而且光固化的时间要比烘烤的时间要短,而且固 化比较均匀,不会产生局部过热而影响产品的性能,进一步说,光固化的浆料具有良好的环 保性和耐化学性,能提升产品的性能。
[0024]具体地,所述的浆料的固化成型时间为10〜30min,浆料的固化成型时间按照环境 温度的高低和光线的强度大小而变化,成型产品的大小和厚度也影响该产品的固化成型时 间。
[0025]以下实施例为本方案的较佳的实施方式: 实施例1 所述卫浴面盆浆料按重量份计算,包括以下组分: 石粉 67份, 树脂 30份, 钛白粉 0.5份, 阻聚剂 0.3份, 固化剂 1.4份, 促进剂 〇.8份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆衆料,其特征在于,该衆料按重量份计算,包括以下 组分: 石粉 50〜70份, 树脂 20〜38份, 钛白粉或色浆 0.2〜3份, 阻聚剂 〇.]_〜1.2份, 固化剂 1.0〜4.8份, 促进剂 0.5〜2.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的浆料中包括60〜65重量份 的石粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的石粉的尺寸包括S0目、100 目、150目、180目、320目中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的树脂为环氧树脂、丙烯酸 树脂和聚氨酯中的一种或多种。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的浆料中的固化剂与促进剂 的重量比为(1.5〜2) :1。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为光固化剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴面盆浆料,其特征在于,所述的浆料的成型注浆时间为 〜30min〇
