Abstract

本发明公开了一种绳胎漆器的制作方法,包括如下步骤:模具准备、绳子预处理、上地漆、盘绳、绳胎上漆和修饰。本发明通过对绳子进行预处理提高其对漆的吸收性能以及结构致密性,使绳子纤维内不留空隙,绳胎漆器更加坚固且不易塌陷变形,通过对绳胎上漆的原料作出改进,提升了漆膜的韧性和耐磨性。本发明制作的绳胎漆器具有不易发生腐蚀、变形、磨损的特点,坚固耐用。

一种绳胎漆器的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及工艺品技术领域,尤其涉及一种绳胎漆器的制作方法。
背景技术
脱胎漆器是中国传统漆器品种之一,通过用生漆将丝绸、麻布等织物糊贴在泥、木或石膏制成的内胎上,裱贴若干层后,形成外胎;然后脱去内胎,以中心空虚的外胎作为胎骨,经过上灰、涂漆、打磨、装饰等工序制成。绳胎漆器属于脱胎漆器的一种,是利用麻绳、棉绳等在预先塑好型的模具表面盘上绳子,定型、脱模而成,可根据需要变换出多种类型,有利于器形的调整。绳胎也可根据需要盘成不同纹理、不同形态。绳胎漆器结合了漆器与绳编的特点,呈现朴实无华之美,具有较高的艺术价值。
目前,用于绳胎漆器制作的绳子多为棉绳或麻绳,属于天然植物纤维材料,虽然能带来丰富的艺术效果,但是棉绳、麻绳对漆的吸收性能有限,影响了漆器的坚固和耐用程度,而且天然植物纤维内部较为松散、结构不致密,漆器长期使用容易腐蚀、变形。同时,由于漆器在使用中容易发生摩擦、磕碰,需要对漆膜的韧性、耐磨性提出更高的要求。为了保证绳胎漆器的美观、耐用性,需要对现有的制作工艺作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种不易发生腐蚀、变形、磨损,坚固耐用的绳胎漆器的制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种绳胎漆器的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)模具准备:用聚苯乙烯或石膏制作模具,用砂纸打磨平整,用腻子粉局部嵌平,然后在模具表面刷上脱模剂;
(2)绳子预处理:将固含量为30-40%的硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂KH-570和水按重量比(0.05-0.1):(0.1-0.2):(10-15)混合均匀后将pH调至5-6得到绳子预处理剂,将绳子于所述绳子预处理剂中浸渍处理0.5-1h,然后取出,干燥完全后得到预处理后的绳子;
(3)上地漆:在模具表面刷涂一层较薄的漆用来粘黏固定绳子;
(4)盘绳:在上一道工序刷涂的漆将干未干粘性最好的时候,把步骤(2)中预处理后的绳子盘上去,并使绳与绳之间紧密排列;
(5)绳胎上漆:先在盘好的绳子上反复刷涂生漆,待生漆彻底干透,再在外表面上涂刷漆糊,然后阴干处理,待外层刷漆干透后取出内部的模具,再在内壁上涂一遍生漆,待生漆彻底干透,再在内表面上涂刷漆糊,然后阴干处理,所述漆糊由50-60重量份生漆、10-15重量份细瓦灰、5-10重量份石英粉、3-5重量份纳米纤维素和10-12重量份颜料混合而成;
(6)修饰:对绳胎的内外两面进行打磨修饰整理,完成绳胎漆器的制作。
所述脱模剂为肥皂水。
所述步骤(2)中浸渍处理的温度为50-60℃。
所述绳子为棉绳或者麻绳。
所述步骤(5)中的阴干处理条件为温度25-30℃、湿度80-85%。
本发明的优点是:
本发明将硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂和水复配得到绳子预处理剂对绳子进行预处理,其中硅烷偶联剂改性有利于提高其对漆的吸收性能,硅溶胶改性有利于提高其结构致密性,通过预处理使绳子纤维内不留空隙,绳胎漆器更加坚固且不易塌陷变形;通过对绳胎上漆的原料作出改进,添加纳米纤维素以提升漆膜的韧性,添加石英粉以提升漆膜的耐磨性。通过上述原料和工艺的改进,使本发明制作的绳胎漆器具有不易发生腐蚀、变形、磨损的特点,坚固耐用。
具体实施方式
一种绳胎漆器的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)模具准备:用聚苯乙烯或石膏制作模具,用砂纸打磨平整,用腻子粉局部嵌平,然后在模具表面刷上脱模剂;
(2)绳子预处理:将固含量为30%的硅溶胶、硅烷偶联剂KH-570和水按重量比0.05:0.1:10混合均匀后将pH调至6得到绳子预处理剂,将绳子于所述绳子预处理剂中浸渍处理0.5h,然后取出,干燥完全后得到预处理后的绳子;
(3)上地漆:在模具表面刷涂一层较薄的漆用来粘黏固定绳子;
(4)盘绳:在上一道工序刷涂的漆将干未干粘性最好的时候,把步骤(2)中预处理后的绳子盘上去,并使绳与绳之间紧密排列;
(5)绳胎上漆:先在盘好的绳子上反复刷涂生漆,待生漆彻底干透,再在外表面上涂刷漆糊,然后阴干处理,待外层刷漆干透后取出内部的模具,再在内壁上涂一遍生漆,待生漆彻底干透,再在内表面上涂刷漆糊,然后阴干处理,所述漆糊由50重量份生漆、10重量份细瓦灰、5重量份石英粉、3重量份纳米纤维素和10重量份颜料混合而成;

1.一种绳胎漆器的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
