Abstract
一种供握持或靠持的物件及其制造方法,该物件具有一本体,以热塑性材料模塑成型,以及多个与该本体一体成型的细柱。该本体具有一握持或靠持面,各该细柱具有一身部,一底端与一自由端,该底端与该握持或靠持面连接,该身部具有一中心轴,且自该底端沿着该中心轴往该自由端延伸一预定高度。该制造方法首先选取一模具,在该模具上布置一对应于该物件本体形状的第一模腔,以及多个与各该细柱互补的第二模腔;接着,选取一射出成型设备以及预定量的热塑性材料,在一预定温度与压力下,将该材料注入各该模腔内,以及开启该模具,取出该物件。
Description
技术领域
本发明与供使用者握持或靠持的物件有关,特别是关于一种在使用者握持或靠持时,具有可止滑、吸震以及透气效果的物件,以及一种制造该物件的方法。
背景技术
就已知的现有技术而言,美国第4,308,762号专利揭露了一种供自行车使用的握把,该握把的表面设有多个凸环,用以增加握持度;另外,美国第4,895,044号专利则揭露了另一种自行车握把,该握把于其表面设有多个隆起(Kurls)以及凸肋(Ribs),用以改善握持度。该两专利所揭示的技术手段看来,不难理解都仅是借着止滑作用来增加握持度,也就是说,该些技术手段并无吸震及透气的效果。因此,一种供使用者于握持或靠持时,兼具止滑、吸震以及透气效果的物件有待被提出。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的即是在提供一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,其在握持或靠持时,借由高密度布置的多个细柱,而同时具有止滑、吸震以及透气的效果。
本发明的另一目的在提供一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,其具有多方向的止滑作用。
本发明的再一目的则是在提供一种制作方法,用来制造前述具有止滑、吸震以及透气效果的握持或靠持物件。
由此,本发明所提供的一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,包含有一本体,以弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料模塑成型,该本体通常具有一握持或靠持面。多个细柱,以一体成型的方式间隔地布置于该握持或靠持面上,各该细柱具有一身部,一底端与一自由端。该底端与该握持或靠持面连接,该身部具有一中心轴,且自该底端沿着该中心轴往该自由端延伸一预定高度,当使用者握持或靠持于该物件时,该细柱会受外力挤压而变形。借由前述的结构,当使用者靠持或握持于该握持或靠持面时,各该细柱将提供止滑及吸震作用。再者由于各该细柱间隔地分别布置于该握持或靠持面上,因此会产生多个通气道用于透气。
本发明所提供的一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,除了具备前述特征外,其中各该细柱还具有一轴孔,该轴孔具有一位于该自由端的开口。
本发明所提供的一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,除了具备前述特征外,各该细柱的自由端呈平面状。
本发明所提供的一种供使用者握持或靠持的物件,除了具备前述特征外,各该细柱具有相同的高度。
本发明所提供的一种制造如前述物件的方法,首先选取一模具,然后在该模具布置一对应于该物件本体形状的第一模腔,以及多个与各该细柱互补的第二模腔,各该第二模腔布设于该第一模腔表面的至少一预定区域上。接着,选取一射出成型设备以及预定量的具有弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料在一预定温度与压力下,将该材料注入各该模腔内;以及开启该模具,取出该物件。

具体实施方式
首先请参阅图1至图4,本发明的第一实施例为一自行车握把套10。该自行车握把套10以具弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料模塑成型,例如热塑性橡胶(ThermoplasticRubber,TPR),包含有一圆管状本体12。该本体12具有一长管孔14,供被套穿于一自行车握把上,以及一握持面16,供自行车骑乘者手部的握持。该握持面16借由多个凹槽18界定出若干六面形区域20。
该自行车握把套10还包含有多个与该本体12一体成形的细柱22,本实施例中,各该细柱22呈圆柱状并且分别形成若干群组并且等间隔地分别布置于各该六面形区域20上,在此必须一提的是,各该细柱22亦可呈其他形状身部,例如截圆锥状身部。如图2所示,该每一细柱22具有一身部24,一轴孔26,一底端28以及一呈平面状的自由端30。该身部24界定出一中心轴X-X’,该轴孔26具有一位于该自由端30的开口32。该底端28与该六面形区域20连接,各该细柱22的身部24自该底端28沿该中心轴X-X’往该自由端30延伸一预定高度。各该身部24的外径等于或小于其高度,本实施例中,该身部24的外径约为1.5mm,高度约为1.5mm,该轴孔26的内径约为0.5mm,换言之,该身部24的径向厚度约为0.5mm,而各该细柱22分别相距0.5mm,如此设计,可以使各该细柱22还可发挥其止滑及吸震的功能。
借由前述的结构,当自行车骑乘者的手部A握持于该握持面16时,该手部A会以压挤的方式与各该细柱22接触,此时各该微形柱22会因受力而变形,如图3所示,而产生止滑及吸震作用。再者,如图4所示,由于各该细柱22间隔地分别布置于各该六面形区域20上,因此会产生多个通气道32用于透气。
本发明的第二实施例,如图5所示,为一自行车刹车手把护罩(Brake LeverHoods)40。该护罩40供包覆于自行车刹车手把的头部(如第5图的虚线所示),其具有一呈环体状的本体42,以及多个细柱44分别布置于该本体42供自行车骑乘者握持的一凹面46上。
本发明的第三实施例,如图6所示,为一自行车把手的前臂靠持垫(Forearm Rest)50。该自行车把手(如图6虚线所示)通常具有一对靠持垫50,供骑乘者前臂的靠持。各该靠持垫50分别具有一板状本体52,以及多个细柱54分别布置于该本体52的表面56上。
本发明前述各实施例的本体以及各细柱以具有弹性以及可变形的热塑性塑料材料一体模塑成型,以下以第一实施例的自行车握把套10为例说明其制造方式。请参阅图7及图8,首先选取一模具60,该模具60具有一上模62以及与一该上模62枢接的下模64。该上模62具有一上模腔66,该下模64具有一下模腔68,当该上、下模62、64闭合后,该上模腔66及该下模腔68会形成一对应于该本体12的第一模腔70,用以成型该本体12。另外,在该上模腔66以及该下模腔68的表面上分别设有多个与各该细柱22互补的第二模腔72。更详细的说,如图8所示,各该第二模腔72具有一开口端74,一底面76,以及一自该底面76往该开口端74延伸的轴柱78,各该第二模腔72的内径大于该轴柱78的外径,用以界定出一容纳空间80,供成型该细柱22的身部24。当然,各该第二模腔72于本实施例等间隔地设置。
当欲成型该自行车握把套10,将该上、下模62、64闭合,然后以塑料射出成型机在一预定温度与压力下,将热塑性材料,例如热塑性橡胶(Thermoplastic Rubber,TPR),注入该第一模腔70以及第二模腔72内,待冷却成型后开启该模具60即可取出该自行车握把套10。
Claims (14)
1.一种供握持或靠持的物件,其特征在于,包含有:
一本体,以弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料模塑成型,该本体具有一握持或靠持面;
多个细柱,以与该本体一体成型的方式间隔地布置于该握持或靠持面上;以及
各该细柱具有一身部,一底端与一自由端,该底端与该握持或靠持面连接,该身部具有一中心轴,且自该底端沿着该中心轴往该自由端延伸一预定高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的物件,其中各该细柱还具有一轴孔,该轴孔具有一位于该自由端的开口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中各该细柱的自由端成平面状。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中各该细柱具有相同的高度。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中各该细柱等间隔地布置。
6.根据权利要求4所述的物件,其中各该细柱身部的外径等于或小于其高度。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中各该细柱的身部呈截圆锥状。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中各该细柱的身部呈圆柱状。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中该本体呈管状,供套持于一管状物体上。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中该本体呈环体状,供包覆于一环状物体上。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的物件,其中该本体呈板状,供贴附于一板状物体上。
12.一种制造如权利要求1所述的物件的制造方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:
选取一模具;
在该模具上布置一对应于该物件本体形状的第一模腔;
在该第一模腔表面的至少一预定区域上布置多个与各该细柱互补的第二模腔;
选取一射出成型设备以及预定量的具有弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料;
该射出成型设备在一预定温度与压力下,将该预定量的具有弹性以及可变形的热塑性材料射入该第一模腔内;以及
开启该模具,取出该物件。
13.根据权利要求12所述的制造方法,其中各该第二模腔具有一开口端,一底面,以及一自该底面往该开口端延伸的轴柱,该第二模腔的内径大于该轴柱的外径,用以界定出一容纳空间,供成型该细柱的身部。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的制造方法,其中各该第二模腔等间隔地布置。
