本发明公开了一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,包括由上至下依次设置的:面板、A板、母模仁、推板、公模仁、B板、顶针板和底板;面板的上端面和底板的下端面均固接有隔热板;公模仁内嵌有竖置圆柱形公模仁入子;母模仁内嵌有带竖置中空圆柱形内腔的母模仁入子;公模仁入子贯穿推板并插入母模仁入子的内腔中,组成用于成型圆筒状橡胶产品的成型腔;公模仁入子顶部设有环形倒扣,公模仁入子在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹。本发明便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,脱模时,公模仁入子能从产品的顶端和中部同步施加脱模方向的力,将产品从母模仁入子中拉出,产品可顺利脱模。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法,具体指将受热融化的塑料由注塑机高压射入模腔,经冷却固化后,得到成形品。
有些注塑产品脱模比较困难,如圆筒状TPU橡胶产品,一般模具设计产品脱模采用顶出或一般的结构拉出方式,但因TPU橡胶材料特性,产品质地软,且产品表面光滑,与模具表面粘附力大。常规的顶出或拉出方式会造成产品损伤或产品无法脱模(产品会粘附在母模侧)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,脱模时,公模仁入子能将产品从母模仁入子中拉出,产品可顺利脱模。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,包括由上至下依次设置的:面板、A板、母模仁、推板、公模仁、B板、顶针板和底板;
所述面板的上端面和底板的下端面均固接有隔热板;
所述公模仁内嵌有竖置圆柱形公模仁入子;
所述母模仁内嵌有带竖置中空圆柱形内腔的母模仁入子;
所述公模仁入子贯穿推板并插入母模仁入子的内腔中,组成用于成型圆筒状橡胶产品的成型腔;
所述公模仁入子顶部设有环形倒扣,所述公模仁入子在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹。
优选的,所述顶针板上设有回针,所述回针外周套装有弹簧。
优选的,所述B板和底板间还设有垫块。
优选的,所述成型腔共有六个。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,脱模时,公模仁入子能将产品从母模仁入子中拉出,产品可顺利脱模。
公模仁入子顶部设有环形倒扣(导向倒扣结构),且公模仁入子在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹(螺纹状突起结构),脱模时,公模仁入子能从产品的顶端和中部同步施加脱模方向的力,将产品从母模仁入子中拉出,推板再将产品从公模仁入子上顶出,产品可顺利脱模。

本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1所示,一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,包括由上至下依次设置的:面板1、A板2、母模仁3、推板4、公模仁5、B板6、顶针板7和底板8;
所述面板1的上端面固接有隔热板11;
所述底板8的下端面固接有隔热板81;
所述公模仁5内嵌有竖置圆柱形公模仁入子9;
所述母模仁3内嵌有带竖置中空圆柱形内腔的母模仁入子(图中未示出);
所述公模仁入子9贯穿推板4并插入母模仁入子的内腔中,组成用于成型圆筒状橡胶产品的成型腔;
所述公模仁入子9顶部设有环形倒扣91,所述公模仁入子9在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹92。
所述顶针板7上设有回针71,所述回针71外周套装有弹簧。
所述B板6和底板8间还设有垫块(图中未示出)。
所述成型腔共有六个。
公模仁入子9顶部设有环形倒扣91(导向倒扣结构),且公模仁入子9在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹92(螺纹状突起结构),脱模时,公模仁入子9能从产品的顶端和中部同步施加脱模方向的力,将产品从母模仁入子中拉出,推板4再将产品从公模仁入子9上顶出,产品可顺利脱模。

1.一种便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,其特征在于,包括由上至下依次设置的:面板、A板、母模仁、推板、公模仁、B板、顶针板和底板;
所述面板的上端面和底板的下端面均固接有隔热板;
所述公模仁内嵌有竖置圆柱形公模仁入子;
所述母模仁内嵌有带竖置中空圆柱形内腔的母模仁入子;
所述公模仁入子贯穿推板并插入母模仁入子的内腔中,组成用于成型圆筒状橡胶产品的成型腔;
所述公模仁入子顶部设有环形倒扣,所述公模仁入子在其外周壁的竖向中部设有外螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,其特征在于,所述顶针板上设有回针,所述回针外周套装有弹簧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,其特征在于,所述B板和底板间还设有垫块。
4.根据权利要求3所述的便于圆筒状TPU橡胶产品脱模的注塑成型模具,其特征在于,所述成型腔共有六个。
