技术领域
本发明属于天然植物功效成分提取范畴,具体涉及一种从栗苞中提取天然棕色素的制备方法及用途。
背景技术
板栗在我国大部分地区均有种植,产量世界第一,其中栗苞为最外层多刺的壳斗,约占果实总量的近半,采收栗子后栗苞即被丢于野外成农林废弃物。板栗除果仁具营养而味美、食之有益人体健康外,废弃的栗苞也富含多酚、色素、单宁等具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗光辐射功效的多种物质,古籍《天工开物》中就有以栗苞、桑椹为料印染其他物品的记载,另外多部传统医书也有栗苞入药疗病的表述。
在现代技术中,色素是构成工业产品缤纷色彩的重要原、辅材料,有合成和天然两类之分,合成色素为高分子化工产品,对人体和环境有一定的毒副作用,各国政府对其制造和应用已有所限制;而天然色素大多是从无毒植物中提取而来,在食品、医药、日化及其他工业产品中均有应用,且越来越广泛,将逐步取代合成色素。但在现有技术方案中,大多是使用有机溶剂及化学助剂来进行生产,既增加成本,又是生产过程中的不安全因素,还存在着污染产品本身及环境的隐患。其实在没有特别限制或要求、且作为一般工业产品的着色剂使用时,更多地可以参考古方记载并结合现代技术,以简洁的工艺制造出价廉物美的各种达标的天然色素产品,满足现代社会对健康和环保的要求。据报导己有一些案例,对某些植物所含的天然色素进行纯物理方式提取,并运用于食品、饮料的着色而获成功。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于以简洁、安全、环保的方式,从废弃的栗苞中提取出天然棕色素,并用于某些工业品的着色,使产品在具备悦目的颜色时兼具有助人体健康的功效。
技术方案:以弱碱性水为溶剂沸煮经预处理后的栗苞,使其中的色素充分溶于水中,固液分离后滤液经除杂并脱溶得天然棕色素;该色素用于纺织品和日化品中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
上述方案中,所述预处理,是将栗苞露天铺放、沐浴阳光雨露自然发酵,经酶解和光解作用约一月余,再晒干并除杂后破碎成40目的物料备用。
所述弱碱性水,是将去离子水用食用碱调成PH值9的水溶剂。
所述沸煮,是将上述栗苞和15倍栗苞质量的弱碱性水共入罐搅拌沸煮,由此大量色素溶入水中,150分钟后过滤分离,滤渣再加入10倍栗苞质量的弱碱性水复煮120分钟后固液分离。
所述滤液除杂脱溶,是合并上述两次滤液,静置24小时后除去底部沉淀层,上清液过300目筛除去悬浮物后,再经真空浓缩、喷雾干燥得粉体栗苞棕色素。
该棕色素属黄酮类天然着色剂,能耐受220度高温,性质稳定且着色力强,具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗光辐射等作用,其可使某些工业产品在着色的同时兼具美观和有益健康的功效。
所述用于纺织品,是以水复溶该色素粉末,按常规印染方法,使棉、麻、丝、毛等纺织品染上悦目的棕色,并兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
所述用于日化品,是直接将该色素粉末按需加入香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
本发明有益效果是:
A、以废弃的板栗苞为原料,价廉易得、变废为宝且环保。
、不使用有毒副作用的醚、醇、苯等有机溶剂,仅以水作为溶剂并循环利用,成本低,生产过程安全无污染。
、基本以物理手段简易提取,设备投入少,产品天然、无毒害及化学残留,有益健康。
、着色效果自然、美观且伴植物淡香,是取代合成色素的较理想品种之一。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例做进一步说明,不限制本发明。
实施例1,将收集的新鲜栗苞露天平铺成25公分厚的堆层,沐浴阳光雨露自然发酵,每7天上下翻动一次,致酶解、光解作用均匀,约一个月后栗苞颜色由棕黄转为棕黑色,再避雨晒干、除杂后破碎成40目物料备用。再将去离子水用食用碱调成PH值9的弱碱性水备用。按1﹕15的固液比,将上述料与水共入罐中搅拌沸煮,大量棕色素溶于水中,经150分钟后过滤分离,滤渣再加入10倍物料质量的弱碱性水,复煮120分钟后固液分离,残渣转入另道工序沤制生物肥。合并两次滤液,静置24小时后除去底部沉淀层,上清液过300目筛进一步除去悬浮物,将所得澄清液按常规方法真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,得粉体栗苞天然棕色素,得率13%。
实施例2,将上述色素粉末溶于水中,按常规染色工艺对棉、麻、丝、毛类纺织品进行印染,均呈现悦目的棕色,着色效果好,其色牢度、耐光度等指标经检测均较为理想,且织物伴有植物淡香,具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
实施例3,在香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产过程中,按比例直接加入该色素粉末,产品均呈现艳丽透明的棕色并伴有植物淡香,检测对比加入该色素前后的各项指标,在抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗光辐射能力方面有所增强,其余指标皆无异常变化,为达标产品。

Claims (2)

1.一种栗苞棕色素的制备方法及用途,其特征是:以弱碱性水为溶剂沸煮经预处理后的栗苞,使其中的色素充分溶于水中,固液分离后滤液经除杂并脱溶得天然棕色素;该色素分别用于纺织品和日化品中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种栗苞棕色素的制备方法及用途,其特征是:
(1)将栗苞露天铺放、沐浴阳光雨露自然发酵,经酶解和光解作用约一月余,再晒干并除杂后破碎成40目备用。
(2)将处理后的栗苞与15倍栗苞质量的弱碱性水共入罐中,搅拌沸煮150分钟后过滤分离,滤渣再加入10倍栗苞质量的弱碱性水,复煮120分钟后固液分离。
(3)合并两次滤液,静置24小时后取上清液过300目筛,再经真空浓缩、喷雾干燥,得粉体栗苞棕色素。
(4)以水复溶该色素粉末,按常规印染方法,使棉、麻、丝、毛等纺织品染上悦目的棕色,并兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
(5)直接将该色素粉末用于香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
