Abstract
本发明涉及一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,包括以下步骤:采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,采用纯水恒温浸泡;将经过浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡后合并滤液;将滤液进行离心分离处理;将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩;将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏。采用本发明所述方法制备的茶多酚浓缩膏,作为食物染料、美容彩绘护肤化妆品染料或者是洗涤用品茶香填料的添加剂,制备其相应产品的组成成分。实现废物利用,充分利用冬季对茶树进行修剪的枝叶作为原料制备茶多酚浓缩膏,该方法安全、高效、工艺简单、操作方便、成本低廉、适于工业化大生产,制得的产品可作为添加剂,适用于食品、保健品和日用化学品等领域。

技术领域
本发明属于一种天然植物提取物纯化深加工及应用技术领域,具体涉及一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
茶多酚(TP) 又名茶单宁、茶鞣质,是茶叶中所含有的一类多羟基酚类化合物的总称。其主要成分为儿茶素类、黄酮、黄酮醇类、花青素类、酚酸、缩酚酸类及聚合酚类等,其中儿茶素类化合物为茶多酚的主体成分。茶多酚是形成茶叶色香味的主要成份之一,也是茶叶中有保健功能的主要成份之一。茶多酚的应用价值广,在医药、日用化妆品、食品等领域广泛应用。茶多酚具有增强机体抵抗力、抗氧化、防癌、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抑菌、抗病毒、降血糖和血脂、预防心血管疾病、抗衰老等多种天然生物活性,同时茶多酚是一种新型理想的食品抗氧化剂,能清除人体自由基,在油脂、食品、医药、日化等工业领域具有非常广阔的应用前景。
目前,茶多酚的提取方法主要有以下三类方法:溶剂提取法、离子沉淀法和柱分离法。但上述方法都存在不同程度的缺点:如溶剂提取法的产品存在着有机溶剂残留的可能;离子沉淀法不仅得率低,而且采用金属盐对茶多酚进行沉淀分离,金属盐在产品中会有不同程度的残留;树脂吸附法工艺繁琐,难以规模化生产。
我国茶叶的种植面积广,进行茶多酚的提取开发具有显著优势。每年冬季要对茶树切枝剪叶,这些都作为废物丢弃,这是极大的资源浪费,因为经过一年的自然养育,这些剪切下来的枝叶最成熟,茶多酚等健康元素最高。如果对剪切下来的枝叶以废弃物料来进行处理,则会造成资源浪费。鉴于此,本研究者在现有技术的基础上,通过对茶多酚提取的工艺步骤进行改进,并对茶多酚提取工艺中选用的溶剂以及其他试剂进行筛选,为茶多酚提取工艺提供一种新思路。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种利用茶树枝叶制备茶多酚浓缩膏的方法及其应用,该方法具有安全、高效、操作简单、分离效率高、成本低、生产周期短,节能环保的优点,为制备茶多酚提供一种新思路,适于工业化大生产。具体地说是一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法及其应用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,过30~40目筛,然后用纯水恒温浸泡3~4小时,浸泡温度为85~90℃,茶枝叶与纯化水的重量比为1:6~8,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛,分别得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)将经过第一次浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加40%的乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡4~5小时,浸泡温度为75~80℃,滤渣乙醇的重量比为1:4~6,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛过滤得滤液,并合并两次浸泡滤液备用;
(3)将滤液置于温度为35~38℃、常压环境下离心分离处理2~3分钟,收集离心滤液,调速螺旋泵的离心转速为1200~1500转/min;
(4)将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩,滤液加热至78~85℃之间,蒸发浓缩至固形物含量为55~65%,冷却至常温;
(5)将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏,控制喷雾干燥机的进风温度为185~195℃、出风温度为80~90℃、进料压力为16~18Mpa,干燥至固形物含量为75~80%即得茶多酚浓缩膏产品。
本发明还公开了上述茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为食物染料的添加剂,作为制备彩色食物的组成成分。
本发明还公开了上述茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为美容彩绘护肤化妆品染料的添加剂,作为制备护肤化妆品的组成成分。
本发明还公开了上述茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为洗涤用品茶香填料的添加剂,作为制备洗涤用品的组成成分。

实施例1:
一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,过30目筛,然后用纯水恒温浸泡3小时,浸泡温度为85℃,茶枝叶与纯化水的重量比为1:6,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛,分别得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)将经过第一次浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加40%的乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡4小时,浸泡温度为75℃,滤渣乙醇的重量比为1:4,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛过滤得滤液,并合并两次浸泡滤液备用;
(3)将滤液置于温度为35~36℃、常压环境下离心分离处理2~3分钟,收集离心滤液,调速螺旋泵的离心转速为1200转/min;
(4)将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩,滤液加热至78~80℃之间,蒸发浓缩至固形物含量为55~60%,冷却至常温;
(5)将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏,控制喷雾干燥机的进风温度为185~190℃、出风温度为80~85℃、进料压力为16Mpa,干燥至固形物含量为75~80%即得茶多酚浓缩膏产品。
将上述茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法所制备的茶多酚浓缩膏作为食物染料、美容彩绘护肤化妆品染料或者是洗涤用品茶香填料的添加剂,作为制备其相应产品的组成成分。
实施例2:
一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,过40目筛,然后用纯水恒温浸泡4小时,浸泡温度为88℃,茶枝叶与纯化水的重量比为1:7,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛,分别得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)将经过第一次浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加40%的乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡4.5小时,浸泡温度为78℃,滤渣乙醇的重量比为1:5,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛过滤得滤液,并合并两次浸泡滤液备用;
(3)将滤液置于温度为36~37℃、常压环境下离心分离处理2~3分钟,收集离心滤液,调速螺旋泵的离心转速为1300转/min;
(4)将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩,滤液加热至80~83℃之间,蒸发浓缩至固形物含量为58~63%,冷却至常温;
(5)将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏,控制喷雾干燥机的进风温度为188~192℃、出风温度为84~87℃、进料压力为17Mpa,干燥至固形物含量为75~80%即得茶多酚浓缩膏产品。
实施例3:
一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,过40目筛,然后用纯水恒温浸泡4小时,浸泡温度为90℃,茶枝叶与纯化水的重量比为1: 8,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛,分别得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)将经过第一次浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加40%的乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡5小时,浸泡温度为80℃,滤渣乙醇的重量比为1:6,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛过滤得滤液,并合并两次浸泡滤液备用;
(3)将滤液置于温度为37~38℃、常压环境下离心分离处理2~3分钟,收集离心滤液,调速螺旋泵的离心转速为1500转/min;
(4)将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩,滤液加热至82~85℃之间,蒸发浓缩至固形物含量为60~65%,冷却至常温;
(5)将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏,控制喷雾干燥机的进风温度为192~195℃、出风温度为85~90℃、进料压力为18Mpa,干燥至固形物含量为75~80%即得茶多酚浓缩膏产品。
将实施例1至3所述茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法所制备的茶多酚浓缩膏作为食物染料、美容彩绘护肤化妆品染料或者是洗涤用品茶香填料的添加剂,作为制备其相应产品的组成成分。可以实现变废为宝,充分利用冬季对茶树进行修剪的枝叶作为原料制备茶多酚浓缩膏,其原料来源丰富,该方法安全、高效、工艺简单、操作方便、成本低廉、适于工业化大生产,制得的产品可作为添加剂,适用于食品、保健品和日用化学品等领域。

Claims (4)
1.一种茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)采摘冬季茶树的茶枝叶进行粉碎后,过30~40目筛,然后用纯水恒温浸泡3~4小时,浸泡温度为85~90℃,茶枝叶与纯化水的重量比为1:6~8,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛,分别得滤渣和滤液备用;
(2)将经过第一次浸泡过滤后所得的滤渣中加40%的乙醇进行第二次恒温浸泡4~5小时,浸泡温度为75~80℃,滤渣乙醇的重量比为1:4~6,经浸泡后混合液过20目筛过滤得滤液,并合并两次浸泡滤液备用;
(3)将滤液置于温度为35~38℃、常压环境下离心分离处理2~3分钟,收集离心滤液,调速螺旋泵的离心转速为1200~1500转/min;
(4)将滤液采用蒸馏回收乙醇后再浓缩,滤液加热至78~85℃之间,蒸发浓缩至固形物含量为55~65%,冷却至常温;
(5)将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥即得茶多酚浓缩膏,控制喷雾干燥机的进风温度为185~195℃、出风温度为80~90℃、进料压力为16~18Mpa,干燥至固形物含量为75~80%即得茶多酚浓缩膏产品。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,其特征在于:它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为食物染料的添加剂,作为制备彩色食物的组成成分。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,其特征在于:它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为美容彩绘护肤化妆品染料的添加剂,作为制备护肤化妆品的组成成分。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的茶多酚浓缩膏的制备方法的应用,其特征在于:它是将上述制备方法所制备的浓缩膏作为洗涤用品茶香填料的添加剂,作为制备洗涤用品的组成成分。
