Abstract
一种枇杷叶棕色素的制备方法及用途,将植物药材枇杷叶除杂晒干,以水为溶剂加温萃取,提取液经真空浓缩、喷雾干燥得粉状枇杷叶棕色素。该色素在使纺织服装及日化产品着色时,兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于天然植物功效成分提取范畴,具体涉及一种从植物药材枇杷叶中提取天然棕色素的制备方法及用途。
背景技术
色素是构成工业产品缤纷色彩的重要原、辅材料,有合成类和天然类之分,合成色素为高分子化工产品,对人体和环境有一定的毒副作用,各国政府对其制造和应用已有所限制;而天然色素大多是从无毒植物中提取而来,在食品、医药、日化及相当门类工业产品中得到广泛应用。但在现有技术方案中,大多是使用有机溶剂及化学助剂来进行生产,既增加成本,又导致生产过程不安全,还存在着污染产品本身及环境的隐患。其实在没有特别限制或要求、只作为一般工业产品的着色剂使用时,更多地可以参考古方记载并结合现代技术,以简洁的工艺制造出价廉物美的各种健康环保的达标产品。枇杷叶作为药材早已得到广泛应用,并被多部药典收录,但作为一种着色剂的原料未见广泛使用,早先在我国沿江江南一带偶有用来印染服饰,本人据此结合现代工艺技术进行尝试并获初步成功。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于以简洁、环保的生产方法,从植物药材枇杷叶中提取出天然棕色素,并用于一般工业产品的着色,使被印染产品在具备悦目的颜色时兼具有助人体健康的功效。
技术方案:以水为溶剂加温沸煮植物药材枇杷叶,使其中的色素充分溶于水中,固液分离后溶液脱溶得偏红的天然棕色素;该色素用于纺织服装及曰化产品中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
上述方案中,先将采集的新鲜枇杷叶除去杂质及叶子背面的绒毛,经晒干后破碎成5mm大小的碎片,与枇杷叶质量25倍的弱碱性水共入罐中,搅拌沸煮3小时后固液分离,残渣另途沤制生物肥。
滤液静置1小时后除去沉淀物,清液于≤70℃下真空浓缩后喷雾干燥,得粉状枇杷叶棕色素。
枇杷叶属中药材,具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗光辐射作用,用其所含的天然棕色素做着色剂用于一般工业产品中,使相关产品兼具美观和有益健康的功效。
以水复溶该色素粉末,按常规印染方法,使棉、麻、丝、毛等纺织品具悦目的色彩,并兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
直接将该色素粉末加入香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌防腐、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
本发明有益效果是:(1)以天然植物药材为原料,价廉易得,且与环境相容性好,对人体健康有益。
(2)不使用有毒副作用的醚、醇、苯等有机溶剂,仅以水作为溶剂并循环利用,成本低,生产过程安全无污染。
(3)基本以物理手段简易提取,设备投入少,产品天然、无毒害及化学残留。
(4)着色效果自然、悦目,美观且伴植物淡香,是取代合成色素的较理想品种之一。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例做进一步说明,不限制本发明。
实施例1,将采集的新鲜枇杷叶用水洗去杂质及叶子背面的绒毛,经晒干后破碎成5mm大小的碎片待用,取25倍枇杷叶质量的清水,用食用碱调成PH值为9的弱碱性水待用,然后将备好的枇杷叶和弱碱性水共入罐中,搅拌沸煮3小时使叶中色素充分溶入水中,之后过300目筛固液分离,滤渣另途沤制生物肥;滤液静置1小时后除去底部沉淀物,清液于≤70℃下真空浓缩后喷雾干燥,得粉状枇杷叶棕色素,得率17%。
实施例2,将上述色素粉末溶于水中,按常规染色工艺对棉、麻、丝、毛类纺织品进行印染,均呈鲜艳的红棕色,其上色率、色牢度、耐光度等指标经检测均较为理想,且织物伴有植物淡香,具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的作用。
实施例3,在香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产过程中,按比例直接加入该色素粉末,产品均呈现鲜艳透明的红棕色并伴有植物淡香,检测对比加入该色素前后的各项指标,在抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗光辐射能力方面有所增强,其余指标皆无异常变化,为达标产品。
Claims (2)
1.一种枇杷叶棕色素的制备方法及用途,其特征是:以水为溶剂加温沸煮植物药材枇杷叶,使其中的色素充分溶于水中,固液分离后溶液脱溶得天然棕色素;该色素用于纺织服装及曰化产品中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种枇杷叶棕色素的制备方法及用途,其特征是:
(1)将新鲜枇杷叶除去杂质及叶子背面的绒毛、晒干后破成碎片,与枇杷叶质量25倍的弱碱性水共入罐,搅拌沸煮3小时后固液分离。
(2)滤液静置1小时后除去沉淀物,清液于≤70℃下真空浓缩后喷雾干燥,得粉状棕色素。
(3)以水复溶该色素粉末,按常规印染方法,使棉、麻、丝、毛等纺织品着色并兼具抗菌消炎、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
(4)直接将该色素粉末用于香皂、洗液、牙膏等日化品的生产中,使产品在着色的同时兼具抗菌防腐、抗氧化、抗紫外辐射的功效。
