本发明公开了一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,按照重量份有以下原料组成:甘氨酸2‑5份、茶多酚1‑4份、硫酸亚铁3‑7份、卵磷酯4‑9份、山梨糖醇5‑8份、溶菌酶4‑10份、焦磷酸钠5‑9份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯6‑10份和蜂胶7‑10份。本发明具有保鲜、防腐的功效,并且天然成份和微量合成成份相互搭配,既保证了食用的安全性,又能够降低一定的生产成本,同时又包含了天然植物的提取物,所以能够保证即使食用的量比较大的前提下,也不会对消费者的健康造成较大的损害,并且天然成份防腐效果更佳。

本发明涉及油炸食品生产制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂。
背景技术
防腐剂是指天然或合成的化学成份,用于加入食品、药品、颜料、生物标本等,以延缓微生物生长或化学变化引起的腐败;防腐剂主要作用是抑制微生物的生长和繁殖,以延长食品的保存时间;防腐剂是用以保持食品原有品质和营养价值为目的的食品添加剂;现有的防腐剂大多都是以化学成份为主的居多,但是化学成份的使用虽然复合国家相关规定,但是如果防腐剂内含有过多的人工合成化学成份,对人体健康难免会产生负面的影响;因此我们需要研制出一种更加天然环保的食品保鲜防腐剂。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,按照重量份有以下原料组成:甘氨酸2-5份、茶多酚1-4份、硫酸亚铁3-7份、卵磷酯4-9份、山梨糖醇5-8份、溶菌酶4-10份、焦磷酸钠5-9份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯6-10份和蜂胶7-10份。

上述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,还包括有乳酸链球菌素3-7份、壳聚糖4-9份、D-异抗坏血酸钠0.5-2份和香精油2-5份。
上述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,所述乳酸链球菌素5份、壳聚糖6.5份、D-异抗坏血酸钠1.2份和香精油3.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明具有保鲜、防腐的功效,并且天然成份和微量合成成份相互搭配,既保证了食用的安全性,又能够降低一定的生产成本,同时又包含了天然植物的提取物,所以能够保证即使食用的量比较大的前提下,也不会对消费者的健康造成较大的损害,并且天然成份防腐效果更佳等有益效果;而且添加的乳酸链球菌素能够更加持久的保证肉质的鲜嫩以及益生菌的数量,使得油炸食品即使是加过了长期的冷冻保存也依然具有较好的营养价值。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:甘氨酸3-4份、茶多酚2-3份、硫酸亚铁4-6份、卵磷酯5-8份、山梨糖醇6-7份、溶菌酶5-9份、焦磷酸钠6-8份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯7-9份和蜂胶8-9份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,其特征在于,按照重量份有以下原料组成:甘氨酸3.5份、茶多酚2.5份、硫酸亚铁5份、卵磷酯6.5份、山梨糖醇6.5份、溶菌酶7份、焦磷酸钠7份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯8份和蜂胶8.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,其特征在于,还包括有乳酸链球菌素3-7份、壳聚糖4-9份、D-异抗坏血酸钠0.5-2份和香精油2-5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种油炸食品用冷冻保鲜剂,其特征在于:所述乳酸链球菌素5份、壳聚糖6.5份、D-异抗坏血酸钠1.2份和香精油3.5份。
