Abstract

背景技术
洗涤剂和清洁产品组合物可以以固体和液体产品的形式商购获得。
在国内,液体产品消费呈现增长趋势。这涉及到运输大量的水,以及使用许多必须回收的塑料容器。在用于洗涤衣物的洗涤剂粉末领域已经清楚地观察到这种现象,其中已经注意到粉末产品消耗的显着减少,并且转向了液体产品。
片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物在液体和固体组合物方面提供了优点,因为它们被压缩并且不含水,在运输和储存方面更具成本效益。此外,它们更容易进行正确计量,并且在使用时不会引起任何与散发粉末有关的问题。为了使所述组合物能够被消费者接受,片剂在与水接触时必须快速崩解,从而获得洗涤剂组合物。
在现有技术中也已经描述了泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂或清洁组合物,其具有处理、计量、运输和储存的便利性以及快速活性组分溶解等优点。然而,尽管有上述优点,所述组合物在市场上仍未能占上风。其中一些原因可能是由于需要特定的环境条件的相对复杂的制造方法,并且必须考虑组分之间可能存在的不希望的相互作用。还需要在崩解的容易性和片剂的机械强度之间找到折衷,这是两个相互冲突但必须同时满足的特征。考虑到这些体系在制造和储存过程中都对湿气非常敏感,其配方和稳定性也是一个挑战。
在这个意义上,美国专利US5,114,647描述了包含氯代异氰脲酸酯作为消毒组分的泡腾片剂。为了获得良好的崩解速率,使用一种制造方法,其包括压缩然后粉碎加入了崩解剂的碱性碳酸盐与固体羧酸的混合物。在工业规模上实施所述方法是困难的。
国际专利申请WO-A-98/24873描述了在芯中含有泡腾和崩解剂体系的片剂,并涂有涂层以增加其稳定性。结合涂层的附加步骤导致该制造方法比期望的更复杂。
国际专利申请WO-A-93/08255描述了包含香料和山梨醇作为载体的泡腾片剂。
欧洲专利申请EP-A-1134281描述了包含非压缩相和压缩相的洗涤剂片剂(在非压缩相中发现对压缩敏感的组分),从而可以更好地控制洗涤过程。不过,其制造方法是复杂的。
国际专利申请WO-A-00/04117和WO-A-00/04124描述了多相洗涤剂片剂,其中在其中一个相中发现充当片剂的破裂剂的泡腾体系。其优选实施方式还描述了不同的相在不同的压力下被压缩,由此使制造方法变得复杂。
国际专利申请WO-A-02/33037和WO-A-00/33038描述了一种用于自动洗衣机的洗涤剂片剂,其包含交联聚合物崩解剂与崩解延缓剂,并且任选地包含泡腾体系。其优选实施方式还描述了不同的相在不同的压力下被压缩,由此使制造方法变得复杂。
国际专利申请WO-A-02/086048描述了包含具有杀菌性能的化合物和由酸组分和碱性组分形成的泡腾剂的泡腾片剂。但是,它们必须在低于室温的温度和低于20%的湿度下储存。
国际专利申请WO-A-02/99026描述了一种用于增强固体材料在液体中的溶解的方法,该方法涉及使用包括酶和用于酶从其中产生气体的底物的泡腾体系。

国际专利申请WO-A-2008/009804描述了在产品层之间包含碎裂层的多层片剂,其包含作为崩解剂的微晶纤维素。其还描述了,与在所述分散层中发现所述崩解剂相比,在所述洗涤剂组分的相同层中掺入所述崩解剂导致更低的崩解速率。在50℃和搅拌下,崩解时间从9分钟减少到5分钟,在这两种情况下都是长时间的。
国际专利申请WO-A-2012/045907描述了包含20重量%至30重量%十二烷基硫酸钠和由柠檬酸和碳酸钠或碳酸氢钠形成的泡腾崩解剂辅助剂的组合物。
国际专利申请WO-A-2014/013120描述了包含1%至24%重量的乙氧基化醇的泡腾片剂。所述文件没有提供关于片剂溶解时间的任何数据。
尽管在现有技术中描述了上述技术方案,仍然需要泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物,其易于生产,即使在室温下在水中能够快速崩解,并且具有良好的抗环境湿度。

具体实施方式
本发明的目的涉及泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物,其包括:
a)具有直链式或支链式C8-18烷基链的烷基硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,其为钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、单乙醇铵盐、二乙醇铵盐或三乙醇铵盐形式,
b)泡腾体系,其由水溶性有机酸和选自碱性碳酸盐、碱性碳酸氢盐和其混合物的无机盐形成,
c)崩解剂体系,其包括选自淀粉、预胶化淀粉、羟基乙酸淀粉钠和羧甲基纤维素钠的至少两种崩解剂的组合,和
d)脲。
本发明的作者开发了一种泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物,其惊人地几乎立即与水接触分解,即使在没有防潮的情况下也具有良好的结构强度和稳定性。
本发明的片剂除了具有高的崩解和溶解速率之外,不会在其溶解的容器中留下任何残余物,使得所有的活性组分均匀地溶解在水相中。
在本发明的上下文中,术语“片剂”是“丸粒”的同义词,因为这两个术语在该领域中可互换使用。
在本说明书以及权利要求书中,除非上下文中另外明确指出,否则单数形式“一”,“一个”和“所述”包括复数形式。
阴离子表面活性剂
在本发明的组合物中使用具有直链式或支链式C8-18烷基链的烷基硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,其为钠,钾,铵,单乙醇铵,二乙醇铵或三乙醇铵盐的形式。
优选地,其为具有直链式C12-14烷基链或支链式C11-15烷基链的烷基硫酸盐,更优选为具有直链式C12-14烷基链或直链式C12烷基链的烷基硫酸盐,甚至更优选为具有直链式C12-14烷基链或直链式C12烷基链烷基硫酸盐的钠盐。
烷基硫酸盐型表面活性剂可以在市场上找到,例如Texapon(BASF)或(Huntsman)品牌。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于组分a)-d)的总重量,阴离子表面活性剂的含量通常为2wt%-20wt%,优选3wt%-15wt%,更优选4wt%和10wt%。
泡腾体系
本发明的组合物包含用于在与水溶液接触时使片剂崩解的泡腾体系。
所述泡腾体系由水溶性有机酸和选自碱性碳酸盐,碱性碳酸氢盐及其混合物的无机盐形成。
水溶性有机酸优选选自柠檬酸,苹果酸,酒石酸,丙二酸,马来酸,琥珀酸及其混合物,优选柠檬酸,酒石酸及其混合物,甚至更优选柠檬酸。这些酸可以以无水形式,水合形式或其部分盐形式使用,例如酒石酸氢钾。在更优选的实施方式中,水溶性有机酸为无水柠檬酸。
相对于组分a)-d)的总重量,水溶性有机酸的含量通常为10wt%至45wt%,优选12wt%至40wt%,更优选15wt%至35wt%。
作为泡腾体系一部分的无机盐选自碱性碳酸盐,碱性碳酸氢盐及其混合物。

崩解剂体系
本发明的组合物包含崩解剂体系,其包含选自淀粉,预胶化淀粉,羟基乙酸淀粉钠和羧甲基纤维素钠的至少两种崩解剂的组合,优选选自淀粉,预胶化淀粉,和羧甲基纤维素钠,更优选是淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合。
相对于组分a)至d)的总重量,崩解剂含量通常为5wt%至25wt%,优选8wt%至20wt%,更优选10wt%至15wt%。
当使用淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合时,淀粉:羧甲基纤维素钠重量比优选使用10:1至1:10,更优选5:1至1:5,甚至更优选3:1和1:1。特别优选地,淀粉:羧甲基纤维素钠的重量比为1.7:1。

脲
本发明的组合物包含脲。相对于组分a)至d)的总重量,脲含量通常为5wt%至25wt%,优选8wt%至20wt%,更优选10wt%至12wt%。
脲与崩解剂体系的组合,优选为淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合,使得获得具有高活性组分崩解速率和溶解速率的片剂。

其他组分
泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物是一种通用组合物,其允许在所述基本组合物中掺入其它组分以获得组合物,该组合物适合于例如用于清洗玻璃器皿,用于降低水硬度,用于手动和自动洗涤碗碟,用于提供碗碟的光泽度,用于从硬质表面去除油脂(例如,排油烟机,厨房,玻璃陶瓷炉灶面,电磁炉),用于清洁硬质表面(如陶瓷地板,瓷砖地板,镶木地板,人造木材台面,天然石材台面,人造石台面,墙壁),用于消毒硬质表面(如地板,厕所,浴缸,水槽),用于洗涤和软化衣物,或用于除垢。
可以添加到本发明组合物中的额外组分选自适用于组合物预期用途的组分。额外组分的含量相对于组合物的总重量通常为1wt%至50wt%,使得所有组分的总和为组合物的100%。
所述额外组分可以是单一相的相同泡腾片剂的一部分,或者分布在两个或更多个相中。崩解剂体系优选包含在还含有其它洗涤剂组分的层中。
在一个优选的实施方式中,本发明的组合物包含至少一种额外组分,其选自表面活性剂、助洗剂、碱剂、漂白剂、漂白活化剂、有机聚合物、抗再沉积剂、除垢剂、泡沫调节剂、颜色转移抑制剂、增稠剂、酶、香料及其混合物。

方法
本发明的组合物可以通过本领域技术人员公知的以下方法制备,例如直接压片。
在混合器中将粉末形式的组分轻轻混合并通过施加压力在压片机中压实。为此,例如将不同组分的粉状组合物引入用于片剂的旋转或偏心压机的壳体中,并且组合物在0.5至25kN/cm2,优选1至10kN/cm2,更优选在1至8kN/cm2的压力下压制组合物。如果片剂包括两层或更多层,则根据所描述的方法获得每一层,并且一层被压在另一层之上。
本发明的目的涉及一种用于制备泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

3)将步骤2)得到的混合物加入到步骤1)得到的混合物中,
4)将崩解剂体系的组分混合,该崩解剂体系包含选自淀粉、预胶化淀粉、羟基乙酸淀粉钠、无定形纤维素、微晶纤维素、羧甲基纤维素钠、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的至少两种崩解剂的组合,
5)将步骤4)得到的混合物加入到步骤2)得到的混合物中,
6)压制步骤5)中获得的粉末状混合物。

如果组合物包含液体组分例如香料或非离子液体表面活性剂,则该组分可以通过喷洒在固体组分的混合物上来引入。它优选以固体形式掺入到先前获得的混合物中。为此,可以将液体组分与沉淀的无定形二氧化硅和淀粉的组合以重量比在10:1和1:10之间,优选在1:1和1:10之间,更优选在1:1和1:10之间1:5,甚至更优选1:1至1:3之间混合,以获得具有良好流动性的粉末状产品,以将其掺入其余固体组分形成的混合物中。相对于二氧化硅和淀粉的混合物,液体组分的含量通常为25wt%至75wt%,优选30wt%至60wt%%,更优选45wt%至55wt%,并且甚至更优选50wt%。在该更优选的实施方式中,每份沉淀的无定形二氧化硅和淀粉的混合物使用一份液体。

用本发明的方法获得的片剂通常具有5-250克,优选5-50克,更优选5-25克,甚至更优选5-10克的重量。
一旦获得,片剂可被装入不同类型的容器,例如泡罩包装,流动包装,塑料包装,铝包装。
在正常情况下,本发明的片剂是稳定的,不需要包装,不会失去效率。虽然本发明的片剂最好是包装好的,以便有利于使用者的介绍,并在由于长期高湿度的环境条件而发生的任何可能情况下保持其性能。
片剂的用途
本发明的另一目的涉及本发明的片剂用于制备含水洗涤剂溶液的用途。
如上所述,将特定组分加入到片剂的基本组合物中,可获得组合物,该组合物适合于例如用于清洗玻璃器皿,用于降低水硬度,用于手动和自动洗涤碗碟,用于提供碗碟的光泽度,用于从硬质表面去除油脂(例如,排油烟机,厨房,玻璃陶瓷炉灶面,电磁炉),用于清洁硬质表面(如陶瓷地板,瓷砖地板,镶木地板,人造木材台面,天然石材台面,人造石台面,墙壁),用于消毒硬质表面(如地板,厕所,浴缸,水槽),用于洗涤和软化衣物,或用于除垢。
具体地,本发明的片剂用于制备含水洗涤剂溶液,该含水洗涤剂溶液用于清洗玻璃器皿,用于降低水硬度,用于手动和自动洗涤碗碟,用于自动提供碗碟的光泽度,用于从硬质表面去除油脂,用于清洁硬质表面,用于消毒硬质表面,用于洗涤和软化衣服,以及用于除垢。
令人惊讶地,本发明的片剂具有良好的抗碎裂和磨损的结构强度,甚至在室温下在水中几乎立即与水接触分解,并且即使在没有湿度保护的情况下也具有良好的稳定性,而没有损失效率。
它还具有与商业产品类似的清洁效率。
本发明的片剂的计量取决于要除去的污物的类型。
重量为5-10克的片剂通常用于0.5升至10升,优选0.75升至5升的水中。在难以除去污渍的情况下,可以加入另外的片剂以增加清洁水溶液中活性组分的浓度。
对于工业清洗,考虑到上述比例,较大的片剂可用于较大量的水。
下面包括用于说明本发明的一些实施例,但是不能认为这些实施例限制本发明。
实施例
实施例1:用于清洁玻璃器皿的泡腾片剂
将组成泡腾体系的1.4kg无水碳酸氢钠,0.6kg碳酸钠和2.15kg柠檬酸混合。
将0.35kg十二烷基硫酸钠和0.8kg脲混合,得到均匀混合物后,将其加入到前面制得的泡腾体系中,轻轻混合。向得到的混合物中加入0.25kg羧甲基纤维素钠,0.4kg淀粉和0.2kg香料,继续轻微混合混合物。
在偏心片制造机BE-30(J.Bonals,Spain)中,将混合物在1-3kN/cm2的压力下压制,得到每片重6克的片剂。
将得到的片剂加入750ml水中,得到适用于清洁玻璃器皿的洗涤剂组合物。片剂在室温下15至30分钟溶于水中。
实施例2:降低水硬度的泡腾片剂
按照与实施例1类似的方法,制备包含1.2克柠檬酸,1.2克草酸,1.6克无水碳酸氢钠,0.55克碳酸钠,0.6克十二烷基硫酸钠,0.8克脲,0.4克羧甲基纤维素,0.45克淀粉和0.2克香料的片剂。
将所得片剂中一片加入到750ml水中,得到适合降低水硬度的洗涤剂组合物。片剂在室温下15至30分钟内溶于水中。
实施例3:去除油脂的泡腾片剂
按照与实施例1类似的方法,制备包含1.2克柠檬酸,0.6克无水碳酸氢钠,1.5克碳酸钠,0.35克十二烷基硫酸钠,0.8克脲,0.4克羧甲基纤维素,0.5克淀粉,0.15克EDTA Na2,1.3克偏硅酸钠,0.5克氢氧化钠和0.2克香料的片剂。
将得到的片剂中的一片加入到750ml水中,得到适于从硬质表面除去油脂的洗涤剂组合物。片剂在室温下15至30分钟溶于水中。
实施例4:用于清洁硬质表面的泡腾片剂
按照与实施例1类似的方法,制备包含2.1克柠檬酸,1.6克无水碳酸氢钠,0.55克碳酸钠,0.55克十二烷基硫酸钠,0.8克脲,0.35克羧甲基纤维素,0.6克淀粉,0.65克椰油二乙醇酰胺和0.2克香料的片剂。
将得到的片剂中的一片加入到5升水中,得到适用于清洁硬表面的洗涤剂组合物。片剂在室温下15至30分钟溶于水中。
实施例5:泡腾片剂应用测试
采用类似于实施例1的方法,按照23因子设计制备8种重6克/片的片剂,其因子和水平如表I所示:

阴离子表面活性剂含量,即十二烷基硫酸钠含量为%,而在每种情况下调节柠檬酸,碳酸氢钠和碳酸钠的含量,使得各成分的总量为100%。因此,相对于组合物的总重量,柠檬酸含量为37wt%至46wt%,碳酸氢钠含量为25wt%至33wt%,碳酸钠含量为8wt%至16wt%。
对三个参数R1,R2和R3评估获得的片剂,这三个参数分别对应于片剂的结构强度,片剂在水中的崩解以及片剂对温度和湿度的稳定性,一式三份确定。
片剂的不同部分经受剪切力后定性评价片剂的结构强度。如果片剂能够承受不同的压力,则认为片剂具有良好的结构强度。
通过在室温(20℃至22℃)下在没有搅拌的情况下,在500ml水的容器中观察所述崩解来评估片剂的崩解。如果崩解完成的最长时间为30分钟,则做出高崩解评估。
在制得片剂2个月后,对片剂对环境湿度的稳定性进行评估,即没有任何湿度保护,暴露于25℃至30℃之间的温度和相对湿度为50%和80%。如果片剂保持不变,在泡腾体系的组分之间没有观察到任何反应,则做出高稳定性评估。

可以观察到,只有脲与崩解剂体系的组合,在这种情况下,通过淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合形成的片剂符合关于结构稳定性,在水中迅速崩解和对湿度的稳定性的要求。
实施例6:测试用于清洁玻璃器皿的片剂
将实施例1中制备的片剂溶解在750ml硬度为25°F的水中。
在相同的测试中使用商业玻璃器皿液体清洁产品。
在测试中评估了用于清洁沉积在玻璃器皿上的油污的两种产品的效率。
为了产生所述污渍,将脂肪酸,猪油,甘油三酯,羊毛脂胆固醇,烃混合物混合,并将污渍沉积在一块玻璃器皿上。在室温下进行干燥处理之后,将该玻璃器皿放置在自动装置中,该自动装置允许用一块布进行模拟清洁,在该布上应用待测产品。
通过视觉评估去除的污渍量来表征清洁效率,使用1至5的刻度,其中1对应于没有污渍被去除,2对应于少量污渍被去除,3对应于一半污渍被去除,4对应于大部分污渍被去除,5对应于所有污渍被去除。
测试一式三份进行,对于两种产品都得到相当于大部分污渍被去除的4的得分。
因此,本发明的泡腾片剂具有与商业产品相当的玻璃器皿清洁效率。
实施例7:测试用于清洗硬质表面的片剂
将实施例4中制备的片剂溶解在5升硬度为25°F的水中。
在相同的测试中使用商业地板液体清洁产品,每5升水中有50ml的比例。
在测试中评估了用于清洁沉积在不锈钢片上的油污的两种产品的效率。
为了产生所述污渍,将黄油,猪油,人造黄油,番茄酱和鸡蛋混合,并将污渍沉积在不锈钢片上。在105℃的温度下干燥之后,将片材在50℃的温度下浸入包含产物的浴中。用轨道搅拌器搅拌容器2分钟以模拟清洁作用。然后用水冲洗并在烘箱中再次干燥。
通过在清洁之前和之后对片材进行称重,并确定被去除的污渍量来表征清洁效率。
测试一式三份进行,对于本发明的泡腾片剂得到14%的去除率,标准偏差为1%,商业产品的去除率为10%,标准偏差为0%。
因此,本发明的泡腾片剂具有比商业产品稍高的硬质表面清洁效率。
基于测量样品溶液在30”,3'和5'时从特定高度落下时获得的泡沫体积,根据UNE55-502-89标准测定本发明泡腾片剂的发泡能力,
表IV显示了本发明片剂和商业地板清洁产品在不同时间的泡沫体积,以ml表示:

Claims (20)
1.泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物,其包括:
a)具有直链式或支链式C8-18烷基链的烷基硫酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂,该表面活性剂为钠盐、钾盐、铵盐、单乙醇铵盐、二乙醇铵盐或三乙醇铵盐形式,
b)泡腾体系,其由水溶性有机酸和选自碱性碳酸盐、碱性碳酸氢盐和其混合物的无机盐形成,
c)崩解剂,其由淀粉和羧甲基纤维素钠的组合组成,和
d)脲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂是具有直链式C12-14烷基链或直链式C12烷基链的烷基硫酸盐的钠盐。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,相对于组分a)至d)的总重量,所述阴离子表面活性剂的含量为2wt%至20wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述水溶性有机酸是无水柠檬酸。

5)将步骤4)得到的混合物加入到步骤2)得到的混合物中,
6)压制步骤5)中获得的粉末状混合物。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述额外组分添加至步骤5)得到的混合物中。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,使用无沉淀的无定形二氧化硅和淀粉的组合作为载体,将液体形式的额外组分加入至前面步骤5)获得的固体形式的混合物中。
19.根据权利要求1-15所述的泡腾片剂形式的洗涤剂组合物用于制备含水洗涤剂溶液的用途。
20.根据权利要求19所述的用途,用于制备含水洗涤剂溶液,该含水洗涤剂溶液用于清洗玻璃器皿,用于降低水硬度,用于手动和自动洗涤碗碟,用于自动提供碗碟的光泽度,用于从硬质表面去除油脂,用于清洁硬质表面,用于消毒硬质表面,用于洗涤和软化衣服,以及用于除垢。
