本发明提供一种高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片,其含有如下重量比的组分:十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠1~50%、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺1~10%、元明粉1~40%、甲基纤维素1~10%、碱性蛋白酶0.1~3%、轻质硅酸钠5~20%、碳酸氢钠10~30%、柠檬酸5~20%、香料0.01~3%、色素0.01~3%、锌离子抗菌剂0.01~3%。此外还提供上述产品的制备方法,包括将十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素和轻质硅酸钠按配比混合;以喷淋方式加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺混合;再加入碱性蛋白酶混合得混合物A;在碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸中分别加入混合物A、锌离子抗菌剂、香料和色素,混合后经高压压片得到所述产品。本发明工艺简单,在减少产品体积的同时又保持着优良的洗涤效果和抗菌效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤用锌离子抗菌泡腾片及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国历史使用洗涤用品皂荚结束于1840年英国入侵,从此肥皂正是进入中国。之后随着洗涤产品发展,全球洗涤产品也有块状、粉状进入到液体、即溶方向。同时我国的洗涤用品的发展趋势朝着浓缩化、安全化和环保化转变,这体现了国家对环保的关注和重视,对消费者健康安全的保证以及消费者日益增长的生活质量的需求。
我国洗涤用品使用量正以每年6%的速度增长,直致2015年我国的洗涤用品的生产总量达到1100万吨,消费者对洗涤产品的数量和质量越来越高,与此同时运营而生了各类亲肤、易洗、易漂、高效去污的洗涤产品。
现代人推崇健康、安全、便捷的生活方式。就本身作为生活易耗品的洗涤用品而言,在选择的时候也是有着诸多考虑,是否安全,高效,便于使用及携带。
现有的洗涤用品一般有皂类,液体类和粉类。皂类在使用中不便于存放,且不易充分使用,造成不必要的浪费,而且不适用于洗衣机洗涤;液体类盛放容器的特殊性,造成底部不易全部倒出,造成浪费,且容器本身也消耗更多能源,增加成本,污染环境;粉类体积过大,占用了过多洗涤存放空间,且多为碱性,容易伤衣伤手。且三类洗涤用品都存在共同的问题,就是携带不方便、无法准确控制使用量和泡沫过多不容易漂洗的诟病。
随着经济快速发展,商务、旅行、会务等出行活动日渐增多,同时人们生活节奏加快,一种携带方便,使用方便,用量容易控制的洗涤用品开始为人们所需要。而目前压制而成的洗衣片在水中溶解速度慢,溶解时会产生絮状物或沉积物,洗涤效果得不到充分发挥。同时制作工艺较为繁复。
为了有效抑制细菌生长,许多厂家采用银离子抗菌,银离子具有卓越的抗生素和灭菌作用,虽然微量的银对人体是无害的,银只是人体组织内的微量元素之一,由于WHO规定银对人的安全值为0.05ppm以下,目前,在国内外对纳米银用在日用品、婴儿用品、医疗器械等领域安全性质产生了质疑后,被列入有限制应用的抗菌领域。
发明内容
本发明提供一种工艺简单,浓缩的高效低泡抗菌洗衣泡腾片,以克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷。
本发明首先提供一种高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片,其含有如下重量比的组分:
各组分重量百分比之和为100%。
其中十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠可采用含量为70~80%的市售产品;甲基纤维素优选食品级;
优选的,十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素、碱性蛋白酶和轻质硅酸钠的细度均大于100目。
本发明还提供上述高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素和轻质硅酸钠按配比搅拌混合均匀;
步骤2、在体系温度50~60℃,湿度低于30%的条件下,以喷淋方式加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺,继续搅拌混合均匀;
步骤3、再加入碱性蛋白酶,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物A;
步骤4、在干燥的常混反应器中按配比加入碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,搅拌混合均匀,然后分别加入所述混合物A、锌离子抗菌剂、香料和色素,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物B;
步骤5、将所述混合物B经高压压片得到所述高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片。
优选的,在步骤1之前,先将十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素、碱性蛋白酶和轻质硅酸钠分别研磨后,以目数大于100目的筛网过筛。
上述各步骤中的搅拌时间以各组分充分混合均匀为宜,一般控制在5-30分钟。
进一步优选的,步骤5中,所述混合物5经高压压片后,还要经塑封或装密封瓶处理。
对于最后的压片成型过程,现有的泡腾片加工工厂都可以达到生产要求,从而降低生产成本。
本发明提供一种工艺简单,浓缩的高效低泡抗菌洗衣泡腾片,在减少体积的同时又保持着优良的洗涤效果,且泡腾方式可以快速溶解,产生的泡腾气体对于洗涤效果也有着辅助作用。每次洗涤按照洗涤公斤数放入相应片数,很好的控制使用量。外出根据需要携带,不占用太多空间和重量。
本发明含有高浓度的表面活性剂,小剂量使用可保证优良洗涤效果,同时柠檬酸将整体酸碱度调和为中性,不伤衣不伤手。洗衣片本身为低泡配方,保证洗涤效果的同时方便漂洗。且洗衣泡腾片含有碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸泡腾成分,溶解速率快,无絮状物和残渣,完全溶解,快速发挥洗涤效果,环保无浪费,这两种成分同时作为洗涤助剂,增强洗涤效率。
本发明根据不同洗涤物重量,分别生产3g~30g不同规格的压片,按照洗涤物重量放入对应的洗衣片,保证洗涤质量的同时不会造成浪费。
本发明还采用纳米抗菌材料是将无机锌离子采用高科技的纳米技术处理,和洗涤基料充分融合,使其具有更为广泛、卓越的抗菌杀菌功能,并且通过缓释作用,提高了抗菌长效性。
在抗菌材料制成产品中的金属锌离子与细菌接触反应后,造成微生物固有成分破坏或产生功能障碍。当微量的金属锌离子到达微生物细胞膜时,因后者带负电荷,依靠库仑引力,使两者牢固吸附,金属离子穿透细胞壁进入细胞内,并与巯基(-SH)反应,使蛋白质凝固,破坏细胞合成酶的活性,细胞丧失分裂繁殖能力而死亡。金属锌离子还能破坏微生物电子传输系统、呼吸系统和物质传输系统。当菌体失去活性后,金属锌离子又会从菌体中游离出来,重复进行杀菌活动,因此其抗菌效果持久。
同时本发明根据不同含量的配比调配,分别生产针对不同需求的洗涤产品,如针对婴儿和成人、针对内衣和外套、针对洗衣和洗护等。
同时,本发明可根据不同用户需求,分别生产不同形状的产品,如几何形,花型,人物动物形及标识标志形等。也可根据需要配置各种颜色和各种香味。
另外,本发明生产工艺简单,可利用现有泡腾片制备设备,大大降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

下面给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素(食品级)、碱性蛋白酶和轻质硅酸钠分别研磨后,以目数大于100目的筛网过筛;
将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、元明粉、甲基纤维素和轻质硅酸钠按配比搅拌混合均匀;
在体系温度50~60℃,湿度低于30%的条件下,以喷淋方式加入月桂酸二乙醇酰胺,继续搅拌混合均匀;
再加入碱性蛋白酶,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物A;
在干燥的常混反应器中按配比加入碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸,搅拌混合均匀,然后分别加入所述混合物A、锌离子抗菌剂、香料和色素,搅拌混合均匀,得混合物B;
将所述混合物B经高压压片、塑封后得到所述高浓缩中性洗涤锌离子抗菌泡腾片。
