背景技术
随着时代变化,消费者的消费观念随之变化,固体类化妆品越来越受欢迎。
COVID-19疫情的爆发,使人们的洗手观念发生了变化,勤洗手,减少与外界接触预防传染的洗手观念已经深入人心。但是目前还有很对人对于洗手时间的长短没有科学意识,也不会去可以控制洗手时间的长短。
现有的手部清洁用品,如香皂、洗手液等,在公共场所由于多人接触,有交叉传染的风险,同时难以控制洗手时间,给用户使用带来诸多不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种20s-30s快速溶解皂及其制备工艺,目的是在20s-30s内完成快速溶解,促使人们刚好完成一个标准洗手流程,同时一次使用一块,减少与外界接触与交叉污染的风险。
本发明的20s-30s快速溶解皂,按照质量百分比,包括30-40%小苏打,25-40%柠檬酸,0.5-1%羧甲基纤维素,35-45%填充剂,1-3%阴离子表面活性剂,1-5%溶解粘合剂和0.3-1%香精。
其中,所述的填充剂是苏打或元明粉。
所述的溶解粘合剂是PEG-8或甘油。
所述的20s-30s快速溶解皂还包括按需添加的色素。
本发明的20s-30s快速溶解皂的制备工艺,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按照质量百分比,30-40%小苏打,25-40%柠檬酸,0.5-1%羧甲基纤维素,35-45%
填充剂,1-3%阴离子表面活性剂,1-5%溶解粘合剂,0.3-1%香精进行备料,进行生产前准备;
(2)预先将柠檬酸研磨成粉末待用,常温研磨,电机转速2930r/min;
(3)称取小苏打进入搅拌锅搅拌,常温搅拌转速2930r/min;
(4)加入香精,按需加入色素,对版调色,常温搅拌均匀,搅拌转速2930r/min;
(5)加入溶解粘合剂,常温搅拌转速2930r/min;
(6)加入其它所有固体粉料:羧甲基纤维素、填充剂、阴离子表面活性剂,常温搅拌转速2930r/min,得到初步样品;
(7)常温取初步样品试加配比量柠檬酸,手工混合均匀后核对样品颜色;
(8)将初步样品过筛;
(9)过筛后的物料转移至柠檬酸搅拌锅搅拌混合柠檬酸,常温转速150-200r/min,时间控制在5分钟内完成;
(10)常温下锻压成型,装框转移至干燥房间干燥,温度≤28℃±2,湿度65%±2,干燥时间>48小时;
(11)包装塑封,标识入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的特点和有益效果是:
本发明的20s-30s快速溶解皂能够在20-30秒之间完成溶解,刚好完成一个标准洗手流程,而同类产品控制不了溶解时间;
本发明的20s-30s快速溶解皂比类似产品泡沫更为丰富,抑菌效果更好。柠檬酸和小苏打发生中和反应生产二氧化碳,表面活性剂在此过程产生丰富的泡沫,但一旦泡沫接触到大量氧气,泡沫会急剧破灭,给消费者的视觉是没有或很少泡沫,还影响洗手效果。
本发明中羧甲基纤维是一种增稠剂,本身不具有发泡功能,在溶解时可以隔绝产生的泡沫与氧气接触,从而使泡沫更持久地留在手上。CMC在水中溶解比小苏打、柠檬酸等要慢,CMC在皂接触到水时速度结团,形成粘膜,阻止氧气快速接触泡沫,从而达到延长泡沫停留时间的目的,因此与同类产品相比泡沫维持的时间更长,清洗效果更好,具有更好的抑菌效果。
本发明的20s-30s快速溶解皂具有更长时间的保质期,本发明工艺中控制冲压压力5000kg,会使制备的皂形成更紧密或疏松的质地,确定产品的使用时间长短。

(6)加入其它所有固体粉料:羧甲基纤维素、填充剂、阴离子表面活性剂,常温搅拌转速2930r/min,得到初步样品;

本发明实施例1~6速溶皂产品的微生物效果测试如表4所示,具体测试条件是:选志愿者10名,先用棉签手部取样1,后用实施例洗后,手部取样1附近再取样2,按《化妆品安全技术规范》2015版方法检测微生物,前后微生物对比,得出减少量;微生物减少量%=微生物数量1-微生物数量2/微生物数量1*100%,然后取平均数。
本品不属于杀菌产品,只是将微生物菌落从手上洗去,从表4中可以看出,本发明实施例产品能够几乎完全洗掉手部的微生物。

(4)加入香精,按需加入色素,对版调色,常温搅拌均匀,搅拌转速2930r/min;
(5)加入溶解粘合剂,常温搅拌转速2930r/min;
(6)加入其它所有固体粉料:羧甲基纤维素、填充剂、阴离子表面活性剂,常温搅拌转速2930r/min,得到初步样品;
(7)常温取初步样品试加配比量柠檬酸,手工混合均匀后核对样品颜色;
(8)将初步样品过筛;
(9)转移至柠檬酸搅拌锅搅拌混合柠檬酸,常温转速150-200r/min,时间控制在5分钟内完成;
(10)常温下锻压成型,装框转移至干燥房间干燥,温度≤28℃±2,湿度65%±2,干燥时间>48小时;
(11)包装塑封,标识入库。
