技术领域
本发明涉及管道疏通产品领域,特别涉及一种具有泡腾效果的固体管道疏通剂及制备方法。
背景技术
随着技术的更新,疏通管道不再仅仅局限于使用大型工具或者管道疏通机之类的器械进行操作了,使用管道疏通剂就可以轻松解决管道堵塞的问题。家用管道疏通剂,目前主要分为液体型和固体型两大类产品。液体型产品在运输过程中易漏液,危险性较高,而且液体型产品对于堵塞较严重的管道,作用不是太大。固体型产品,多以苛性碱为主要成分,与水接触后可能因为瞬间局部温度上升过高而造成管道受热变形的情况,管道里不能与管道疏通剂接触的部位,也得不到清理。
本发明产品通过泡腾作用在低温下就能快速发泡,提高了产品的溶解速度,能使管道疏通剂快速分散到管道壁各部位,使堵塞物溶解、分散、溶胀,从而疏通管道,并杀灭细菌。同时,本发明产品还通过泡腾作用平稳了放热量,降低了瞬间局部温度上升过高带来的风险,不易造成管道变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有管道疏通剂中存在的部分问题,提供一种具有泡腾效果的固体管道疏通剂及其制备方法;该管道疏通剂通过泡腾作用在低温下就能快速发泡、分解、乳化堵塞物,疏通效果好,疏通时间短,同时杀灭管道中的细菌。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种管道疏通剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)室温下取乙醇和去离子水混匀后加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,充分搅拌,得到混合溶液A;
(2)在步骤(1)的混合溶液A中依次加入表面活性剂和酒石酸充分混匀后使用压力喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥造粒,压力为5-20MPa,进风温度为300-350℃,得到组份B;
(3)取苛性碱加入粉体混合机中,开启搅拌,主轴转速为30转/分,依次加入硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、脂肪酶、次氯酸钠和步骤(2)所得的组份B,继续搅拌20分钟,得到所述的管道疏通剂;
所述步骤(1)的组分及加入质量份数如下:羟丙基甲基纤维素5-10份;乙醇:15-30份;去离子水:10-20份;
所述步骤(2)的组分及加入质量份数如下:酒石酸:7-12份;表面活性剂:2-5份;
所述步骤(3)的组分及加入质量份数如下:苛性碱:50-60份;硫酸钠:3-10份;碳酸氢钠:17-28份;脂肪酶:1-5份;次氯酸钠:5-15份。
优选地,所述步骤(2)的喷雾干燥的压力为10MPa,进风温度为300℃。

本发明的有益效果:本发明将酸粒单独制粒,解决了产品的稳定性。本发明与传统的管道疏通剂相比,通过泡腾作用在低温下就能快速发泡,提高了产品的溶解速度,使管道疏通剂快速地与管道壁有效接触,缩短了疏通时间。本发明通过泡腾作用平稳了放热量,降低了瞬间局部温度上升过高带来的风险。本发明具有较强的杀菌效果。

本申请产品的通过以下方法制备:
(1)室温下按照一定的重量配比取乙醇和去离子水混匀,再加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,充分搅拌,得到混合溶液A;
(2)然后分别按照一定的重量配比在所述混合液A中,依次加入表面活性剂和酒石酸,充分混匀后,使用压力喷雾干燥机进行喷雾干燥造粒,得到组份B;

按管道疏通剂和水的重量比为1:3,在一定量管道疏通剂里加水,全部溶解时间为30秒,溶解油垢时间为1分钟,溶解头发时间为40秒,溶解菜叶时间为50秒。

Claims (8)
1.一种管道疏通剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)室温下取乙醇和去离子水混匀后加入羟丙基甲基纤维素,充分搅拌,得到混合溶液A;
(2)在步骤(1)的混合溶液A中依次加入表面活性剂和酒石酸充分混匀后使用压力喷雾干燥机在10MPa压力下,进风温度为300℃时喷雾干燥造粒,得到组份B;
(3)取苛性碱加入粉体混合机中,开启搅拌,主轴转速为30转/分,依次加入硫酸钠、碳酸氢钠、脂肪酶、次氯酸钠和步骤(2)所得的组份B,继续搅拌20分钟,得到所述的管道疏通剂;
所述步骤(1)的组分及加入质量份数如下:羟丙基甲基纤维素5-10份;乙醇:15-30份;去离子水:10-20份;
所述步骤(2)的组分及加入质量份数如下:酒石酸:7-12份;表面活性剂:2-5份;
所述步骤(3)的组分及加入质量份数如下:苛性碱:50-60份;硫酸钠:3-10份;碳酸氢钠:17-28份;脂肪酶:1-5份;次氯酸钠:5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道疏通剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)的喷雾干燥的压力为8MPa,进风温度为350℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管道疏通剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)-(3)的搅拌设备为粉体混合机,搅拌时间为20分钟,搅拌转速为30转/分。
4.一种管道疏通剂,其特征在于,包含主要成分及质量份数如下:

7.根据权利要求5-6任一所述的管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(2)醚硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(9)醚和十二烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求5-6任一所述的管道疏通剂,其特征在于,所述苛性碱为氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠的至少一种。
