提及“木屋”很自然就想到欧洲的浪漫乡村。欧洲是古老神奇之洲,各国城市的精粹异彩纷呈,世代流芳,随处散发着的浪漫的气息,给人以深陷其中,流连忘返的感觉。欧洲乡村独具风格的木屋可以说是这一切的灵魂——没有钢筋、没有混凝土、没有砖瓦,只有泥土花香的气息,全身心回归大自然的感觉,焦虑的心得到了宁静,疲惫的身躯得以放松。
如今,在欧洲的这些国家,新的城乡差别正在显现。不过,这次是″乡村优于城市″,一项调查表明89%的乡村人口不愿离开农村,而56%的城市人口希望住到农村去。为什么这么多人想回到农村?乡村恬淡的生活环境令人们神往,还有更为吸引他们的是别具特色的居住环境--原木住宅。厌倦了钢砖结构的冰凉气息,木屋重新点燃了人们心中缺失已久的雅致、静谧、自然的乡村情调。
木屋的屋顶要承受日晒雨淋,甚至是冰雹等恶劣的天气,现有技术中木屋的屋顶一般只采用各种的瓦片,但是瓦片经过太阳的持续暴晒后,热量慢慢传递到木材上,难以降温,而且受到雨天和冰雹的影响,只采用瓦片的屋顶隔音效果难以满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优秀的隔热和隔音能力的隔热隔音木屋屋顶。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种隔热隔音木屋屋顶,包括横梁、实木板和树脂瓦,所述横梁上设置有侧梁,所述侧梁与横梁榫卯连接,所述实木板搭载于侧梁上,所述实木板上设置有自攻螺栓,所述自攻螺栓与侧梁螺纹连接,所述实木板上搭载有陶瓷纤维板,所述实木板与陶瓷纤维板之间设置有补强胶带,所述陶瓷纤维板上设置有硅胶隔热垫,所述硅胶隔热垫表面为波峰状设置,所述硅胶隔热垫上设置有轻钢龙骨,所述轻钢龙骨为嵌入于陶瓷纤维板设置,所述轻钢龙骨上焊接有铝合金条,所述树脂瓦安装于铝合金条上,所述树脂瓦为架空设置。
作为优选,所述铝合金条为中空设置,可以大大减轻屋顶的整体重量,减少横梁的负担。
作为优选,所述铝合金条和轻钢龙骨上均涂有防腐蚀涂料,可以防止铝合金条和轻钢龙骨被侵蚀,经久耐用。
作为优选,所述硅胶隔热垫表面涂有荷叶乳胶漆,能随着下雨而自洁,污染物不能沾附在硅胶隔热垫的整个表面,而只能松散地聚集在表面,由于表面几乎不能沾润湿,所以含尘雨水成珠滚落,整个表面长期处于干燥状态,阻止微生物附着在硅胶隔热垫表面。
作为优选,所述实木板上设置有榫头,所述榫头为嵌入于陶瓷纤维板设置,可以提升实木板和陶瓷纤维板之间的稳定性。
作为优选,所述侧梁上设置有实木条,可以提供多个受力点,从而提升屋顶的整体的稳定性。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种树脂瓦的制造方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
由按重量份数配比的丙烯腈18-22份、苯乙烯10-12份、丙烯酸酯橡胶25-30份、二甲基二氯硅烷19-22份、乙烯基环体9-11份、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷6-8份、辛苯昔醇1-4份、四氧化三铅6-10份、氧化铁11-13份、异丁烯8-10份、异戊二烯7-11份、硅酸钾6-8份、氧化钇4-6份、氧化镧5-8份、氮化硅3-5份、三氯化铝6-8份和纳米二氧化锆1-4份组成,包括以下步骤:
1)将二甲基二氯硅烷19-22份倒入到器皿中,然后加入适量的水分,使得二甲基二氯硅烷19-22份完全水解后与乙烯基环体9-11份和四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷6-8份一起倒入到反应釜中,然后加热至300℃,使得乙烯基环体9-11份完全裂解,制得混合物,备用;
2)将步骤1)制得的混合物倒入到蒸馏设备中进行减压蒸馏处理,直至混合物变成无色透明液体为止,制得无色透明液体,备用;
3)将异丁烯8-10份和异戊二烯7-11份一起置于反应容器中,然后加入三氯化铝6-8份并充分搅拌,使其发生催化反应,充分反应后进行冷却处理,制得橡胶,备用;
4)将丙烯腈18-22份、苯乙烯10-12份、丙烯酸酯橡胶25-30份一起倒入到乳化搅拌锅中,充分搅拌均匀后加入辛苯昔醇1-4份,进行乳化处理40分钟,取出,冷却,制得合成塑料,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的合成塑料、步骤2)制得的无色透明液体和步骤3)制得的橡胶一起倒入到锅炉中并加热至450℃,使得合成塑料和橡胶完全溶解后加入四氧化三铅6-10份、氧化铁11-13份、硅酸钾6-8份、氧化钇4-6份、氧化镧5-8份、氮化硅3-5份和纳米二氧化锆1-4份,充分搅拌均匀,制得粘稠混合液体,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的粘稠混合液体倒入到注塑模具中,然后经冷却处理,即可使用。
本发明的有益效果为:通过将树脂瓦设置为架空,可以减少树脂瓦与铝合金条的接触面积,降低热量和声音的传递效率,通过设置有硅胶隔热垫和陶瓷纤维板,两者配合具有优秀的隔热能力,而且硅胶隔热垫表面为波峰状设置,具有很好的缓冲振动效果,使硅胶隔热垫对高频的吸收能力非常强,使硅胶隔热垫具有优秀的隔音降噪效果。

2)将步骤1)制得的混合物倒入到蒸馏设备中进行减压蒸馏处理,直至混合物变成无色透明液体为止,制得无色透明液体,备用;
3)将异丁烯9份和异戊二烯9份一起置于反应容器中,然后加入三氯化铝7份并充分搅拌,使其发生催化反应,充分反应后进行冷却处理,制得橡胶,备用;
4)将丙烯腈20份、苯乙烯11份、丙烯酸酯橡胶28份一起倒入到乳化搅拌锅中,充分搅拌均匀后加入辛苯昔醇3份,进行乳化处理40分钟,取出,冷却,制得合成塑料,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的合成塑料、步骤2)制得的无色透明液体和步骤3)制得的橡胶一起倒入到锅炉中并加热至450℃,使得合成塑料和橡胶完全溶解后加入四氧化三铅8份、氧化铁12份、硅酸钾7份、氧化钇5份、氧化镧7份、氮化硅4份和纳米二氧化锆3份,充分搅拌均匀,制得粘稠混合液体,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的粘稠混合液体倒入到注塑模具中,然后经冷却处理,即可使用。
实施例三:

2)将步骤1)制得的混合物倒入到蒸馏设备中进行减压蒸馏处理,直至混合物变成无色透明液体为止,制得无色透明液体,备用;
3)将异丁烯10份和异戊二烯11份一起置于反应容器中,然后加入三氯化铝8份并充分搅拌,使其发生催化反应,充分反应后进行冷却处理,制得橡胶,备用;
4)将丙烯腈22份、苯乙烯12份、丙烯酸酯橡胶30份一起倒入到乳化搅拌锅中,充分搅拌均匀后加入辛苯昔醇4份,进行乳化处理40分钟,取出,冷却,制得合成塑料,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的合成塑料、步骤2)制得的无色透明液体和步骤3)制得的橡胶一起倒入到锅炉中并加热至450℃,使得合成塑料和橡胶完全溶解后加入四氧化三铅10份、氧化铁13份、硅酸钾8份、氧化钇6份、氧化镧8份、氮化硅5份和纳米二氧化锆4份,充分搅拌均匀,制得粘稠混合液体,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的粘稠混合液体倒入到注塑模具中,然后经冷却处理,即可使用。
本发明的有益效果为:通过将树脂瓦设置为架空,可以减少树脂瓦与铝合金条的接触面积,降低热量和声音的传递效率,通过设置有硅胶隔热垫和陶瓷纤维板,两者配合具有优秀的隔热能力,而且硅胶隔热垫表面为波峰状设置,具有很好的缓冲振动效果,使硅胶隔热垫对高频的吸收能力非常强,使硅胶隔热垫具有优秀的隔音降噪效果。

1.一种隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:包括横梁、实木板和树脂瓦,所述横梁上设置有侧梁,所述侧梁与横梁榫卯连接,所述实木板搭载于侧梁上,所述实木板上设置有自攻螺栓,所述自攻螺栓与侧梁螺纹连接,所述实木板上搭载有陶瓷纤维板,所述实木板与陶瓷纤维板之间设置有补强胶带,所述陶瓷纤维板上设置有硅胶隔热垫,所述硅胶隔热垫表面为波峰状设置,所述硅胶隔热垫上设置有轻钢龙骨,所述轻钢龙骨为嵌入于陶瓷纤维板设置,所述轻钢龙骨上焊接有铝合金条,所述树脂瓦安装于铝合金条上,所述树脂瓦为架空设置,所述树脂瓦由按重量份数配比的丙烯腈18份、苯乙烯10份、丙烯酸酯橡胶25份、二甲基二氯硅烷19份、乙烯基环体9份、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷6份、辛苯昔醇1份、四氧化三铅6份、氧化铁11份、异丁烯8份、异戊二烯7份、硅酸钾6份、氧化钇4份、氧化镧5份、氮化硅3份、三氯化铝6份和纳米二氧化锆1份组成,包括以下步骤:
1)将二甲基二氯硅烷19份倒入到器皿中,然后加入适量的水分,使得二甲基二氯硅烷19份完全水解后与乙烯基环体9份和四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷6份一起倒入到反应釜中,然后加热至300℃,使得乙烯基环体9份完全裂解,制得混合物,备用;
2)将步骤1)制得的混合物倒入到蒸馏设备中进行减压蒸馏处理,直至混合物变成无色透明液体为止,制得无色透明液体,备用;
3)将异丁烯8份和异戊二烯7一起置于反应容器中,然后加入三氯化铝6份并充分搅拌,使其发生催化反应,充分反应后进行冷却处理,制得橡胶,备用;
4)将丙烯腈18份、苯乙烯10份、丙烯酸酯橡胶25份一起倒入到乳化搅拌锅中,充分搅拌均匀后加入辛苯昔醇1份,进行乳化处理40分钟,取出,冷却,制得合成塑料,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的合成塑料、步骤2)制得的无色透明液体和步骤3)制得的橡胶一起倒入到锅炉中并加热至450℃,使得合成塑料和橡胶完全溶解后加入四氧化三铅6份、氧化铁11份、硅酸钾6份、氧化钇4份、氧化镧5份、氮化硅3份和纳米二氧化锆1份,充分搅拌均匀,制得粘稠混合液体,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的粘稠混合液体倒入到注塑模具中,然后经冷却处理,即可使用。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:所述铝合金条为中空设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:所述铝合金条和轻钢龙骨上均涂有防腐蚀涂料。
4.如权利要求3所述的隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:所述硅胶隔热垫表面涂有荷叶乳胶漆。
5.如权利要求4所述的隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:所述实木板上设置有榫头,所述榫头为嵌入于陶瓷纤维板设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的隔热隔音木屋屋顶,其特征在于:所述侧梁上设置有实木条。
