Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,其中:铝合金圈梁通过连接角钢与铝合金立柱连接,屋面铝合金檩条斜置在铝合金立柱上呈金字顶屋面;铝合金立柱与铝合金圈梁及屋面铝合金檩条连接部位均设有铝合金反扣式固定铝槽,槽内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱与铝合金圈梁、铝合金圈梁与屋面铝合金檩条之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件固定;屋面铝合金檩条上面设置屋面铝合金方管次梁,在次梁上面铺设隔热防火复合板、防水卷材和树脂瓦。本实用新型中,铝合金立柱与屋面梁及檩条连接部位均设置凹扣槽,柱与梁、梁与檩条相互镶嵌,再加以紧固,使之连接更为牢固安全。本实用新型的屋面系统承载强度高,抗震性能优越;其施工周期短,安装方便。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于建筑结构领域,涉及铝合金结构房屋,特别涉及一种铝合金结构房屋的屋面系统结构。
背景技术
[0002] 在建筑设计中总是希望能够具有大跨度的无竖向结构的空间,这就可以根据需求进行灵活隔断,使室内布置呈多样化。传统住宅由于所用材料的性质,限制了空间布置的自由。如果开间过大,就会造成楼板厚度大,梁柱截面过大,不但影响室内美观,而且加大结构重量,增加土建投资。入住装修时拟自行改变设计墙体布置,但苦于大部分墙体不可拆除或移位,既增加了经济负担,又因破坏承重墙而增加了危险隐患。
[0003] 传统的混凝土建筑需要使用大量的混凝土和砖瓦,基础施工取土量大,还要在城市周边开山挖石,消耗了土地这一宝贵资源,而且不利于环境保护。
[0004] 现有的钢结构建筑,其重量较重,材料成本高,还增加了基础造价,使得整个项目投资较高。在传统建筑和钢结构建筑中,对龙骨、墙板、门窗等部件没有采取隔热保温、隔声、防水、防火措施。
[0005] 在抗震设防区,钢筋砼结构有许多不足之处。现浇砼则需要连续作业,尤其在我国北方地区受到作业季节的影响。
[0006] 有鉴于此,该领域技术人员致力于研发一种铝合金结构房屋,其中大部分构件可在工厂生产,运往现场进行整体组装,并对铝合金房屋的屋面系统结构加以改进。
发明内容
[0007] 本实用新型的任务是提供一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,其中设置了屋面铝合金檩条与圈梁的安装连接结构,铝合金立柱与屋面梁及檩条连接部位均设置凹扣槽,柱与梁、梁与檩条相互镶嵌,再加以紧固,使之连接更为牢固安全。

[0009] 一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,它包括铝合金立柱、铝合金圈梁,它还包括屋面铝合金檩条、屋面铝合金方管次梁、隔热防火复合板、防水卷材以及树脂瓦;
[0010] 所述铝合金圈梁通过连接角钢与铝合金立柱连接,所述屋面铝合金檩条斜置在铝合金立柱上呈金字顶屋面;
[0011] 所述铝合金立柱与铝合金圈梁及屋面铝合金檩条连接部位均设有铝合金反扣式固定铝槽,铝合金反扣式固定铝槽内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱与铝合金圈梁、铝合金圈梁与屋面铝合金檩条之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件固定;
[0012] 所述屋面铝合金檩条上面设置屋面铝合金方管次梁,在屋面铝合金方管次梁上面铺设隔热防火复合板、防水卷材和树脂瓦。

[0015] 本实用新型是一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,其中设置了屋面铝合金檩条与圈梁的安装连接结构,铝合金立柱与屋面梁及檩条连接部位均设有可镶嵌特制配件的凹扣槽形状,柱与梁、梁与檩条相互镶嵌,再加上螺栓或螺丝的固定,使之连接更为牢固安全。
[0016] 本实用新型的一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统具有以下优点:
[0017] 1、设计制造周期短,设计生产一体化。铝合金结构连接简单,在垂直平面内比传统结构能更好地应用错层、跃层结构。
[0018] 2、承载强度高,抗震性能优越。可大大提高铝合金结构房屋的强度性、稳定性和安全性。
[0019] 3、材料生产组装作业优势突出。铝合金结构的大部分构件在工厂生产,运往现场通过螺栓进行整体组装,可全天候作业。现场作业量小,减少了作业临时用地,与传统建筑材料相比,对周围环境污染小,提高了作业的机械化水平。由于铝结构本身可作为劲性结构承担结构荷载和施工荷载,施工时可以节省支模、拆模的材料,由此降低成本,大大加快施工速度。资金价值在施工中充分体现,减少资金成本。
[0020] 4、铝合金结构性价比高。铝合金构件截面尺寸小,可以增加使用面积,与砼结构和砖混结构相比,自重比较轻,地基的处理比较容易,可以采用天然基础型式。由于基础在工程造价中占有比重比较大,上部结构重量轻可以降低基础的造价,从而减少整个项目的投资。
[0021] 铝合金结构房屋采用模块化作业特点,从另一方面减少了人工费用和模板等其它辅助材料费用。铝合金结构房屋可自行完成多品种、多色彩的内、外观设计,体现了个性化房屋和使用的舒适度。铝合金结构比钢结构耐腐蚀性强,使用寿命长,减少维护维修费用。随着体系化、产业化水平的提高,铝合金结构房屋性价比高的特点突出,成本将会大大降低。
[0022] 5、施工周期短,安装方便。铝合金立柱与屋面梁及檩条连接部位均设置凹扣槽,柱与梁、梁与檩条相互镶嵌,再加以紧固,使之连接更为牢固安全。主要连接部位都增设防震胶垫,以防止铝合金材料因热胀冷缩或环境震动时相互摩擦而发出声响,并有助于提高其抗震能力。金字顶屋面两侧安装有铝合金排水沟,可及时把收集到的雨水实时排至下水道,以减低屋面因下雨时积水而增加的负荷。在已安装固定好的铝合金檩条上按顺序一层层地铺设好屋面铝合金方管次梁、隔热防火复合板、防水卷材及屋面树脂瓦。

[0030] 参看图1至图4,本实用新型提供了一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,它主要由铝合金立柱1、铝合金圈梁2、屋面铝合金檩条5、屋面铝合金方管次梁9、隔热防火复合板6、防水卷材7以及树脂瓦8构成。
[0031] 铝合金圈梁2通过连接角钢12与铝合金立柱I连接,屋面铝合金檩条5斜置在铝合金立柱I上呈金字顶屋面。
[0032] 铝合金立柱I与铝合金圈梁2及屋面铝合金檩条5连接部位均设有铝合金反扣式固定铝槽4,铝合金反扣式固定铝槽4内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱I与铝合金圈梁2、铝合金圈梁2与屋面铝合金檩条5之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件例如螺栓3固定。
[0033] 在屋面铝合金檩条5上面设置屋面铝合金方管次梁9,用自攻自钻螺丝10将屋面铝合金方管次梁9固定在屋面铝合金檩条5上。在屋面铝合金方管次梁9上面铺设隔热防火复合板6、防水卷材7和树脂瓦8。
[0034] 如图1中所示,金字顶屋面两侧安装有铝合金排水沟11,可及时把收集到的雨水实时排至下水道,以减低屋面因下雨时积水而增加的负荷。
[0035] 铝合金圈梁2与铝合金立柱I相接处设置减震胶垫13,以防止铝合金材料因热胀冷缩或环境震动时相互摩擦而发出声响,并有助于提高其抗震能力。
[0036] 综上所述,采用本实用新型的一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,铝合金立柱与屋面梁及檩条连接部位均设置凹扣槽,柱与梁、梁与檩条相互镶嵌,再加以紧固,使之连接更为牢固安全。在已安装固定好的铝合金檩条上按顺序一层层地铺设好屋面铝合金方管次梁、隔热防火复合板、防水卷材及屋面树脂瓦。本实用新型的铝合金房屋的屋面系统承载强度高,抗震性能优越;其施工周期短,安装方便。

1.一种铝合金房屋的屋面系统,它包括铝合金立柱(1)、铝合金圈梁(2),其特征在于:它还包括屋面铝合金檩条(5)、屋面铝合金方管次梁(9)、隔热防火复合板(6)、防水卷材(7)以及树脂瓦(8); 所述铝合金圈梁(2)通过连接角钢(12)与铝合金立柱(I)连接,所述屋面铝合金檩条(5 )斜置在铝合金立柱(I)上呈金字顶屋面; 所述铝合金立柱(I)与铝合金圈梁(2 )及屋面铝合金檩条(5 )连接部位均设有铝合金反扣式固定铝槽(4),铝合金反扣式固定铝槽(4)内镶嵌连接配件,使铝合金立柱(I)与铝合金圈梁(2)、铝合金圈梁(2)与屋面铝合金檩条(5)之间相互镶嵌,再由紧固件固定; 所述屋面铝合金檩条(5)上面设置屋面铝合金方管次梁(9),在屋面铝合金方管次梁(9)上面铺设隔热防火复合板(6)、防水卷材(7)和树脂瓦(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的屋面系统,其特征在于:所述金字顶屋面两侧安装有铝合金排水沟(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金房屋的屋面系统,其特征在于:所述铝合金圈梁(2)与铝合金立柱(I)相接处设置减震胶垫(13)。
