另外,对润滑油组合物而言,除了燃料经济性这样的共同性能,还要求根据用途的特有的性能。例如,齿轮装置用的润滑油组合物进一步分为汽车等高速高载荷齿轮用、一般机械的相对轻载荷齿轮用、一般机械的相对高载荷齿轮用等用途,被用来防止齿轮的损伤、烧结。
就这样的齿轮装置用的润滑油组合物而言,通常要求极压性优异。例如专利文献2和3中公开了含有特定的乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物的极压性优异的润滑油组合物。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,燃料经济性与极压性是相反的性能,难以兼顾它们的性能。作为提高燃料经济性的方法,例如可以考虑使用低粘度的齿轮油而降低粘性电阻,但就该方法而言容易发生油膜破裂且耐烧结性降低,因此导致产生极压性的降低以及轴承、齿轮的疲劳寿命劣化等新的问题。此外,油膜破裂导致齿面彼此的接触频率变高,从而摩擦导致的损失也变大。
另外,将润滑油组合物在齿轮装置用途中使用的情况下,除了燃料经济性、极压性,还要求剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性、耐磨损性。需求像这样可以兼顾燃料经济性和极压性,还具有优良的剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性、耐磨损性的润滑油组合物的技术开发。
鉴于上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供兼顾燃料经济性和极压性,还具有剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性和耐磨损性的润滑油组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人等反复锐意研究,结果发现,通过组合特定的基础油与特定的添加剂,解决了上述技术问题。本发明是基于该见解而完成的。
即,本发明提供一种润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包含基础油、粘度指数改进剂、钼系摩擦调节剂、含硼分散剂、以及选自硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂和硫-磷系极压剂中的至少二种极压剂或硫-磷系极压剂,该基础油仅包含合成油,该基础油的100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且10mm2/s以下,该粘度指数改进剂为数均分子量(Mn)1,000以上且10,000以下的树脂,该含硼分散剂所含硼原子(B)与该钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子(Mo)的质量比[(B)/(Mo)]为1以上且5以下,该极压剂所含硫原子(S)与磷原子(P)的质量比[(S)/(P)]为10以上且20以下。
发明效果
根据本发明,可以提供兼顾燃料经济性和极压性,还具有剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性和耐磨损性的润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明的润滑油组合物进行说明。需要说明的是,在本说明书中,关于数值范围的记载的“以上”、“以下”的数值可以是任意组合的数值。另外,在本说明书中,用“~”表示的数值范围表示包含“~”的前后所记载的数值分别作为最小值和最大值的范围,阶段性地记载的最小值和最大值可以任意地组合。
本发明的润滑油组合物的特征在于,包含基础油、粘度指数改进剂、钼系摩擦调节剂、含硼分散剂、以及选自硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂和硫-磷系极压剂中的至少二种极压剂或硫-磷系极压剂,该基础油仅包含合成油,该基础油的100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且10mm2/s以下,该粘度指数改进剂为数均分子量(Mn)1,000以上且10,000以下的树脂,该含硼分散剂所含硼原子(B)与该钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子(Mo)的质量比[(B)/(Mo)]为1以上且5以下,该极压剂所含硫原子(S)与磷原子(P)的质量比[(S)/(P)]为10以上且20以下。
(基础油)
本发明中所用的基础油仅包含合成油,不含矿物油。若包含矿物油,则牵引系数变大,结果得不到燃料经济性。
作为合成油,例如可举出聚苯醚、烷基苯、烷基萘、酯油、二醇系或聚烯烃系合成油等,更具体而言,可举出聚-α-烯烃(PAO)、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、聚丁烯、烷基苯、烷基萘、聚亚烷基二醇、聚苯醚、烷基取代二苯醚、多元醇酯、二元酸酯、碳酸酯、硅油、氟化油、GTL(Gasto Liquids,天然气合成油)等。
在本发明中,上述之中优选聚α-烯烃类、酯油、聚烯烃系合成油,更优选聚-α-烯烃(PAO)、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物、多元醇酯、二元酸酯、碳酸酯、GTL(Gas to Liquids,天然气合成油),进一步优选聚-α-烯烃(PAO)。另外,本发明中的基础油可以单独使用上述的合成油,或组合使用多种上述的合成油。
本发明中作为基础油所用的合成油需要100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且10mm2/s以下。若基础油的运动粘度小于3mm2/s则得不到氧化稳定性,另一方面若超过10mm2/s则动力损失变大,得不到燃料经济性。从得到优良的燃料经济性和氧化稳定性的观点出发,优选3mm2/s以上且8mm2/s以下,进一步优选3mm2/s以上且6mm2/s以下。
另外,作为基础油,从燃料经济性的观点出发,优选粘度指数为120以上的,更优选为125以上的,进一步优选为130以上的。这里,润滑油组合物的运动粘度和粘度指数是以JIS K 2283:2000为基准,使用玻璃制毛管式粘度计测定的值。
基础油的含量以润滑油组合物总量为基准优选为60质量%以上,更优选为70质量%以上,进一步优选为75质量%以上,另外,优选为99质量%以下,更优选为95质量%以下。
(粘度指数改进剂)
本发明的润滑油组合物作为粘度指数改进剂包含数均分子量(Mn)为1,000以上且10,000以下的树脂。作为树脂,可举出例如:聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯(分散型、非分散型)、烯烃系共聚物(分散型、非分散型)、苯乙烯系共聚物(例如、苯乙烯-二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物等)等。在本发明中,从剪切稳定性的观点出发,优选烯烃系共聚物。
作为烯烃系共聚物,可举出例如碳数2~20、优选2~16、更优选2~14的烯烃的共聚物,可优选举出乙烯与α-烯烃的共聚物。作为乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物,可举出例如15~80摩尔%的乙烯与丙烯、1-丁烯、1-癸烯等碳数3~20的α-烯烃的共聚物,可以是无规共聚体也可以是嵌段共聚体。
该共聚物对于润滑油是非分散型,也可以使用将乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物用马来酸、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基咪唑、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯等接枝化而成的分散型的共聚物。
粘度指数改进剂的数均分子量(Mn)为1,000以上且10,000以下。若数均分子量(Mn)不足1,000,则得不到充分的粘度指数改进效果(燃料经济性),另外,若超过10,000则得不到剪切稳定性。从得到粘度指数改进效果、并且得到剪切稳定性的观点出发,粘度指数改进剂的数均分子量(Mn)优选1,000以上且8,000以下,更优选1,300以上且6,000以下,进一步优选1,500以上且5,500以下。本发明中,从燃料经济性、剪切稳定性的观点出发特别优选数均分子量(Mn)为像上述范围那样的低分子量的烯烃系共聚物。
从燃料经济性、剪切稳定性的观点出发,粘度指数改进剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,更优选1质量%以上且10质量%以下,进一步优选1.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。
(钼系摩擦调节剂)
本发明的润滑油组合物包含钼系摩擦调节剂。作为钼系摩擦调节剂,通常作为内燃机用润滑油的摩擦调节剂使用的任意的化合物均可以使用,可举出例如选自钼胺络合物和/或二硫代氨基甲酸硫化氧钼、三核钼硫化合物、二硫代磷酸钼中的至少一种。更具体而言,从降低金属间摩擦系数从而得到优良的燃料经济性的观点出发,优选使用选自二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)、二硫代磷酸钼(MoDTP)和钼酸的胺盐中的至少一种。在本发明中,特别优选二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)。
作为二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC),可优选举出由通式(1)所表示的。

上述通式(1)中、R1~R4各自独立地表示碳数5~18的烃基,彼此可以相同也可以不同。
X1~X4各自独立地表示氧原子或硫原子,彼此可以相同也可以不同。另外,从提高在基础油中的溶解性的观点出发,X1~X4中的硫原子与氧原子的摩尔比〔硫原子/氧原子〕优选为1/3~3/1,更优选为1.5/2.5~3/1。
作为R1~R4的烃基,可举出例如:戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十一烷基、十二烷基、十三烷基、十四烷基、十五烷基、十六烷基、十七癸基、十八烷基等碳数5~18的烷基;辛烯基、壬烯基、癸烯基、十一碳烯基、十二碳烯基、十三碳烯基、十四碳烯基、十五碳烯基等碳数5~18的烯基;环己基、二甲基环己基、乙基环己基、甲基环己基甲基、环己基乙基、丙基环己基、丁基环己基、庚基环己基等碳数5~18的环烷基;苯基、萘基、蒽基、联苯基、三联苯基等碳数6~18的芳基;甲苯基、二甲基苯基、丁基苯基、壬基苯基、甲基苄基、二甲基萘基等烷基芳基;苯基甲基、苯基乙基、二苯基甲基等碳数7~18的芳基烷基等。在本发明中,上述烃基之中优选碳数的上限为16,更优选碳数12。
从降低金属间摩擦系数而得到优良的燃料经济性的观点出发,钼系摩擦调节剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下,更优选为0.1质量%以上且3质量%以下,进一步优选为0.2质量%以上且1.5质量%以下。另外,钼系摩擦调节剂的以钼原子计的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.005质量%以上且0.1质量%以下。从维持耐磨损性的观点出发,更优选0.007质量%以上且0.1质量%以下,进一步优选0.01质量%以上且0.08质量%以下。
另外,在本发明中,可以使用钼系摩擦调节剂以外的摩擦调节剂。作为钼系摩擦调节剂以外的摩擦调节剂,可举出例如分子中至少具有1个碳数6~30的烷基或烯基、特别是碳数6~30的直链烷基或直链烯基的脂肪族胺、脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、脂肪酸、脂肪族醇和脂肪族醚等无灰摩擦调节剂,这些可以单独或多种组合使用。
这些摩擦调节剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下,更优选为0.1质量%以上且3质量%以下,进一步优选为0.2质量%以上且1.5质量以下。
(含硼分散剂)
本发明的润滑油组合物包含含硼分散剂。作为含硼分散剂,可举出例如含硼酰亚胺系分散剂。作为该含硼酰亚胺系分散剂,可优选举出含硼琥珀酰亚胺。作为含硼琥珀酰亚胺,可举出将由下面的通式(2)所示的单一型和由(3)所示的偶联型的琥珀酰亚胺硼化而得的含硼琥珀酰亚胺。

在上述通式(2)和(3)中,R5、R7和R8分别为数均分子量500以上且4,000以下的烯基或烷基,R7和R8可以相同也可以不同。R5、R7和R8的数均分子量优选为1,000以上且4,000以下。
只要上述R5、R7和R8的数均分子量为500以上,在基础油中的溶解性就良好,只要上述R5、R7和R8的数均分子量为4,000以下,就能得到良好的分散性和优良的清净性。
R6、R9和R10分别为碳数2~5的亚烷基,R9和R10可以相同也可以不同。
m为1~10的整数,优选为2~5的整数,更优选为3或4。若m为1以上则分散性为良好,若为10以下则在基础油中的溶解性也良好,并可得到优良的清净性。另外,n为0~10的整数,优选为1~4的整数,更优选为2或3。只要n在上述范围内,在分散性和在基础油中的溶解性的方面就优选,就可得到优良的清净性。
含硼琥珀酰亚胺通常可以通过使聚烯烃与马来酸酐的反应得到的烯基琥珀酸酐、或将其氢化得到的烷基琥珀酸酐与多胺和硼化合物反应来制造。另外,单一型的含硼琥珀酰亚胺化合物和偶联型的含硼琥珀酰亚胺化合物可以通过改变烯基琥珀酸酐或烷基琥珀酸酐与多胺的反应比率来制造。
作为多胺,可举出乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺等单二胺;二亚乙基三胺、三亚乙基四胺、四亚乙基五胺、五亚乙基六胺、二(甲基亚乙基)三胺、二亚丁基三胺、三亚丁基四胺等多亚烷基多胺;氨基乙基哌嗪等哌嗪衍生物。
另外,作为硼化合物,例如可举出氧化硼、卤化硼、硼酸、硼酸酐、硼酸酯、硼酸的铵盐等。
需要说明的是,含硼琥珀酰亚胺中硼含量B与氮含量N的质量比、B/N通常优选为0.1~3,更优选为0.2~1。
含硼分散剂的含量若考虑清净性,则以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.1质量%以上且10质量%以下,更优选为0.3质量%以上且8质量%以下,进一步优选为0.5质量%以上且5质量%以下,另外含硼分散剂的以润滑油组合物总量为基准的以硼原子计的含量优选为0.01质量%以上且0.1质量%以下,更优选为0.015质量%以上且0.08质量%以下。
(极压剂)
本发明的润滑油组合物包含选自硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂和硫-磷系极压剂中的至少二种的极压剂、或硫-磷系极压剂作为极压剂。这些极压剂有助于作为固有性能的极压性的提高,在本发明的构成中,也能有助于耐磨损性的提高。
即,在本发明中,从得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,重要的是组合使用包含硫的极压剂和包含磷的极压剂作为极压剂,例如,使用硫系极压剂的情况下,与磷系极压剂和/或硫-磷系极压剂组合使用,使用磷系极压剂的情况下,与硫系极压剂和/或硫-磷系极压剂组合使用,使用硫-磷系极压剂的情况下可以单独使用,或者与硫系极压剂和/或磷系极压剂组合使用。
作为硫系极压剂,可举出例如:硫化油脂、硫化脂肪酸、硫化酯、硫化烯烃、单硫化物、多硫化物、二烃基多硫化物、噻二唑化合物、烷基硫代氨基甲酰基化合物、硫代氨基甲酸酯化合物、硫代萜化合物、硫代二丙酸二烷基酯化合物等,这些可以单独使用或多种组合使用。这些当中,从极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,优选例如使碳数2~15的烯烃(或其2~4聚体)与硫、氯化硫等硫化剂反应得到的硫化烯烃;二丁基硫醚、二己基硫醚、二庚基硫醚、二月桂基硫醚、二(十四烷基)硫醚等二烷基硫醚等单硫化物;与该单硫化物对应的多硫化物;此外例如,二苄基多硫化物、二苯基多硫化物、二环己基多硫化物等二烃基多硫化物等。
作为磷系极压剂,可举出例如:芳基磷酸酯、烷基磷酸酯、烯基磷酸酯、烷基芳基磷酸酯等磷酸酯;与这些对应的酸性磷酸酯;芳基亚磷酸氢酯、烷基亚磷酸氢酯、芳基亚磷酸酯、烷基亚磷酸酯、芳基烷基亚磷酸酯等亚磷酸酯;与这些对应的酸性亚磷酸酯;以及它们的胺盐等,这些可以单独使用或多种组合使用。这些当中,从极压性和耐磨损性的提高的观点出发,优选芳基磷酸酯、芳基亚磷酸酯、芳基烷基亚磷酸酯、酸性烷基亚磷酸酯,具体而言,更优选磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)、三(壬基苯基)亚磷酸酯、二油烯基亚磷酸氢酯和2-乙基己基二苯基亚磷酸酯,特别优选磷酸三甲苯酯(TCP)。
另外,作为硫-磷系极压剂,可举出单硫代磷酸酯、二硫代磷酸酯、三硫代磷酸酯、单硫代磷酸酯的胺碱、二硫代磷酸酯的胺盐、单硫代亚磷酸酯、二硫代亚磷酸酯、三硫代亚磷酸酯等,这些可以单独使用或多种组合使用。这些当中,从极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,优选二烷基二硫代磷酸酯、二芳基二硫代磷酸酯,例如:二己基二硫代磷酸酯、二辛基二硫代磷酸酯、二(辛硫基乙基)二硫代磷酸酯、二环己基二硫代磷酸酯、二油烯基二硫代磷酸酯、二苯基二硫代磷酸酯、二苄基二硫代磷酸酯等二硫代磷酸酯。
从得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,硫系极压剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下,更优选为1质量%以上且8质量%以下,进一步优选为2质量%以上且7质量%以下。
从得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,磷系极压剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.1质量%以上且10质量%以下,更优选为0.5质量%以上且8质量%以下,进一步优选为0.5质量%以上且3质量%以下。
另外,从得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,硫-磷系极压剂的含量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准优选为0.1质量%以上且10质量%以下,更优选为0.5质量%以上且8质量%以下,进一步优选为0.5质量%以上且3质量%以下。
(各种原子的质量比)
在本发明的润滑油组合物中,含硼分散剂所含硼原子(B)与钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子(Mo)的质量比[(B)/(Mo)]为1以上且5以下。若硼原子(B)与钼原子(Mo)的质量比[(B)/(Mo)]在上述范围外,则金属间摩擦系数变得过大,得不到优良的燃料经济性。从得到优良的燃料经济性的观点出发,硼原子(B)与钼原子(Mo)的质量比[(B)/(Mo)]优选为1以上且4.5以下,更优选为1以上且3以下。
在本发明的润滑油组合物中,极压剂所含硫原子(S)与磷原子(P)的质量比[(S)/(P)]为10以上且20以下。若硫原子(S)与磷原子(P)的质量比[(S)/(P)]小于10则得不到优良的极压性,另一方面若超过20则得不到优良的耐磨损性。从得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性的观点出发,硫原子(S)与磷原子(P)的质量比[(S)/(P)]优选为10以上且18以下,更优选为10以上且17以下。
硫原子的以润滑油组合物的总量为基准的含量优选为1.5质量%以上且5.0质量%以下,更优选为1.5质量%以上且3.0质量%以下,进一步优选1.7质量%以上且2.5质量%以下。若硫原子的含量在上述范围内,则可得到优良的极压性。
另外,磷原子的以润滑油组合物的总量为基准的含量优选为0.1质量%以上且0.5质量%以下,更优选为0.1质量%以上且0.3质量%以下,进一步优选为0.1质量%以上且0.2质量%以下。若磷原子的含量在上述范围内,则可得到优良的极压性和耐磨损性。
(其他添加剂)
在本发明的润滑油组合物中,可以在不违背本发明的目的的范围内适当配合其他的添加剂。作为那样的添加剂,可举出例如抗氧化剂、无灰系分散剂、金属系清净剂、降凝剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、消泡剂等。
作为抗氧化剂,可举出例如:胺系抗氧化剂、酚系抗氧化剂、钼系抗氧化剂、硫系抗氧化剂、磷系抗氧化剂等。
作为胺系抗氧化剂,可举出例如:二苯胺、具有碳数3~20的烷基的烷基化二苯胺等二苯基胺系抗氧化剂;α-萘基胺、碳数3~20的烷基取代苯基-α-萘基胺等萘基胺系抗氧化剂等。
作为酚系抗氧化剂,可举出例如:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚、3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八烷基酯等一元酚系抗氧化剂;4,4’-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)、2,2’-亚甲基双(4-乙基-6-叔丁基苯酚)等二元酚系抗氧化剂;受阻酚系抗氧化剂等。
作为钼系抗氧化剂,可举出例如:使三氧化钼和/或钼酸与胺化合物反应而得的钼胺络合物等。
作为硫系抗氧化剂,可举出例如:吩噻嗪、二(十八烷基)硫醚、3,3’-硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、2-巯基苯并咪唑等。
作为磷系抗氧化剂,可举出例如:三苯基亚磷酸酯、三壬基苯基亚磷酸酯、二异丙基单苯基亚磷酸酯、单丁基二苯基亚磷酸酯等亚磷酸酯等。
这些抗氧化剂可以单独或多种组合使用,通常优选多种组合使用。
抗氧化剂,可以单独使用一种,也可以混合使用二种以上。例如,从氧化稳定性的效果的观点出发,优选一种或二种以上酚系抗氧化剂与一种或二种以上胺系抗氧化剂的混合物。
抗氧化剂的配合量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准通常优选为0.1质量%以上且5质量%以下的范围,更优选为0.1质量%以上且3质量%以下。
作为无灰系分散剂,可举出上述的含硼琥珀酰亚胺以外的无灰系分散剂,例如不含硼的琥珀酰亚胺类、苄基胺类、含硼苄基胺类、琥珀酸酯类、以脂肪酸或者琥珀酸为代表的一元或二元羧酸酰胺类等。
另外,作为金属系清净剂,可举出例如:钙等碱土类金属的中性金属磺酸盐、中性金属酚盐、中性金属水杨酸盐、中性金属膦酸盐、碱性金属磺酸盐、碱性金属酚盐、碱性金属水杨酸盐、高碱性(例如,总碱值为200~700mgKOH/g)金属磺酸盐、高碱性金属水杨酸盐、高碱性金属酚盐等。这些无灰系分散剂、金属系清净剂的配合量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准通常为0.1质量%以上且20质量%以下,优选为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下。
作为降凝剂,可举出例如:重均分子量为5,000以上且50,000以下左右的聚甲基丙烯酸酯等。
从配合效果的方面出发,降凝剂的配合量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准通常为0.1质量%以上且2质量%以下左右,优选为0.1质量%以上且1质量%以下。
作为金属钝化剂,可举出苯并三唑系、甲苯基三唑系、噻二唑系和咪唑系化合物等。
金属不活性剂的配合量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准通常为0.01质量%以上且3质量%以下,优选为0.01质量%以上且1质量%以下。
作为防锈剂,可举出石油磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、二壬基萘磺酸盐、烯基琥珀酸酯、多元醇酯等。
从配合效果的方面出发,这种防锈剂的配合量以润滑油组合物的总量为基准通常为0.01质量%以上且1质量%以下,优选为0.05质量%以上且0.5质量%以下。
作为消泡剂,可举出硅油、氟硅油和氟烷基醚等,从消泡效果和经济性的平衡等方面出发,以润滑油组合物的总量为基准,通常为0.0005质量%以上且0.5质量%以下,优选为0.01质量%以上且0.2质量%以下。
(润滑油组合物的各种物性)
本发明的润滑油组合物的40℃时的运动粘度优选为10mm2/s以上且70mm2/s以下,更优选为20mm2/s以上且60mm2/s以下,进一步优选为25mm2/s以上且50mm2/s以下。本发明的润滑油组合物的100℃时的运动粘度优选为6mm2/s以上且15mm2/s以下,更优选为6mm2/s以上且12mm2/s以下,进一步优选为6mm2/s以上且11mm2/s以下。
另外,本发明的润滑油组合物的粘度指数优选为160以上,更优选为170以上,进一步优选为180以上。
这里,运动粘度和粘度指数的测定方法与上述基础油相同。

基础油D:聚-α-烯烃(PAO),100℃运动粘度:150mm2/s,粘度指数:117
基础油E:酯基础油,100℃运动粘度:4mm2/s,粘度指数:139
基础油F:分类在API基础油类别的组III中的矿物油,100℃时的运动粘度:2mm2/s,粘度指数:116
基础油G:分类在API基础油类别的组III中的矿物油,100℃时的运动粘度:10mm2/s,粘度指数:107
粘度指数改进剂A:OCP(烯烃共聚物):乙烯与丙烯的共聚物,数均分子量:2,600
粘度指数改进剂B:OCP(烯烃共聚物):乙烯与丙烯的共聚物,数均分子量:3,700
粘度指数改进剂C:聚甲基丙烯酸酯,数均分子量:50,000
极压剂A:硫化烯烃与多硫化物(二叔丁基二硫化物和二叔丁基三硫化物)的混合物
极压剂B:亚磷酸酯与硫代磷酸酯的混合物
极压剂C:磷酸三甲苯酯
分散剂A:含硼琥珀酰亚胺(含硼聚丁烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺),聚丁烯基的数均分子量:2,300,氮含量1.76质量%,硼含量1.45质量%
分散剂B:含硼琥珀酰亚胺(含硼聚丁烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺),聚丁烯基的数均分子量:2,000,氮含量1.45质量%,硼含量1.3质量%
摩擦调节剂A:无灰系调整剂(油酸酰胺)
摩擦调节剂B:二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)
其他添加剂:降凝剂、抗氧化剂、消泡剂等
合成油、矿物油和润滑油组合物的性状的测定通过以下的方法进行。
(1)运动粘度
以JIS K 2283:2000为基准,测定40℃、100℃时的运动粘度。
(2)粘度指数(VI)
以JIS K 2283:2000为基准进行测定。
(3)硼原子、钼原子、硫原子和磷原子的含量
以JIS-5S-38-92为基准进行测定。
(4)氮原子的含量
以JIS K2609:1998为基准进行测定。
配合表1和表2所示的种类和配合量的基础油和各种添加剂,分别制备各实施例和比较例的润滑油组合物。对所得的润滑油组合物,通过以下的方法进行各种试验,评价其物性。评价结果在表1和表2中示出。
〔剪切稳定性试验〕
以JPI-5S-29-88“超声波、A法、60分、30ml”为基准,测定剪切后100℃的运动粘度的降低率(%)。可以说降低率(%)越小,剪切稳定性越优异。
〔牵引系数〕
使用MTM牵引测量器,测定牵引系数。可以说牵引系数越小,燃料经济性越优异。
测定条件如下。(负荷载荷:45N,油温:20℃,滑滚比(slide roll ratio):50%,平均旋转速度:1m/s)
〔金属间摩擦系数〕
使用块对环(block-on-ring)试验机(LFW-1),以JASOM358:2005为基准,测定金属间摩擦系数。在下述的试验条件下进行比较,可以说测定的摩擦系数越小,燃料经济性越优异。
试验工具
环:Falex S-10 试验环(TestRing)(SAE4620Steel)
块:Falex H-60 试验块(TestBlock)(SAE01Steel)
试验条件
温度:110℃
载荷:1112N
滑动速度:0.5m/s
〔ISOT试验〕
以JIS K 2514-1:2013为基准,使各实施例和比较例的润滑油组合物中存在铜·铁催化剂,在试验温度150℃、试验时间120小时的条件下使该润滑油组合物劣化,将劣化油的100℃时的运动粘度设为运动粘度0,将未劣化油的100℃时的运动粘度设为运动粘度1时,计算粘度降低率(=100-(运动粘度0-运动粘度1)×100/运动粘度0)。可以说粘度低下率越小,越难以发生劣化、氧化稳定性越优异。
〔Shell四球试验耐载荷性(EP)试验〕
以ASTM D2783-03(2014)为基准,在转速1800rpm、室温的条件下进行,测定烧结负荷WL(N)。可以说该值越大,耐载荷性(极压性)越优异。
〔Shell四球磨损(WEAR)试验〕
以ASTM D4172-94(2010)为基准,在100℃、1800rpm、392N、60分的条件下进行试验,测定磨耗痕径(mm)。可以说该值越小,耐磨损性越优异。

注)表1和表2中的*1~4为如下。
*1,硼(B)含量是含硼分散剂的以组合物总量为基准的以硼原子计的含量(含硼分散剂所含硼原子的含量)。
*2,钼(Mo)含量是钼系摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的以钼原子计的含量(钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子的含量)。
*3,硫(S)含量和磷(P)含量是使用的极压剂所含硫原子的合计含量和磷原子的合计含量。
*4,氮(N)含量是分散剂与其他添加剂中的抗氧化剂所含氮(N)成分(0.052质量%)的合计量。
工业实用性
本发明的润滑油组合物是兼顾燃料经济性和极压性,还具有剪切稳定性、氧化稳定性和耐磨损性的润滑油组合物,尤其用于齿轮装置(齿轮),例如适合用作汽车用齿轮油、工业用齿轮油等,特别适合用于汽车的差速齿轮的润滑。
Claims (38)
1.一种润滑油组合物,其特征在于,包含基础油、粘度指数改进剂、钼系摩擦调节剂、含硼分散剂、以及极压剂,所述极压剂包含硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂和硫-磷系极压剂,
硫系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下,
磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.1质量%以上且10质量%以下,
硫-磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下,
该基础油的以组合物总量为基准的含量为60质量%以上且99质量%以下,
该基础油仅包含合成油,
该合成油为选自聚苯醚、烷基苯、烷基萘、酯油、二醇系合成油和聚烯烃系合成油中的1种以上,
该基础油的100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且10mm2/s以下,
该粘度指数改进剂是数均分子量Mn为1,000以上且10,000以下的树脂,
该粘度指数改进剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,
该钼系摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下,
该含硼分散剂所含硼原子与该钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子的质量比B/Mo为1以上且5以下,该极压剂所含硫原子与磷原子的质量比S/P为13.2以上且20以下,
所述润滑油组合物的40℃的运动粘度为31.9mm2/s以上且50mm2/s以下,
所述润滑油组合物的100℃的运动粘度为7.33mm2/s以上且11mm2/s以下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼分散剂的以组合物总量为基准的以硼原子计的含量为0.01质量%以上且0.1质量%以下。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼分散剂的以组合物总量为基准的以硼原子计的含量为0.015质量%以上且0.08质量%以下。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,钼系摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的以钼原子计的含量为0.005质量%以上且0.1质量%以下。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,钼系摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的以钼原子计的含量为0.007质量%以上且0.1质量%以下。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫原子的以组合物总量为基准的含量为1.5质量%以上且5质量%以下。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫原子的以组合物总量为基准的含量为1.5质量%以上且3.0质量%以下。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,磷原子的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.1质量%以上且0.5质量%以下。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,磷原子的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.1质量%以上且0.3质量%以下。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,质量比B/Mo为1以上且4.5以下。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,质量比S/P为13.2以上且18以下。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,基础油的100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且8mm2/s以下。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,基础油的粘度指数为120以上。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,基础油仅包含选自聚α-烯烃类和酯油中的至少一种合成油。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,基础油的以组合物总量为基准的含量为70质量%以上且95质量%以下。
16.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,粘度指数改进剂为烯烃系共聚物。
17.根据权利要求16所述的润滑油组合物,其中,烯烃系共聚物为乙烯与碳数3~20的α-烯烃的共聚物。
18.根据权利要求16所述的润滑油组合物,其中,烯烃系共聚物为乙烯与丙烯的共聚物。
19.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,粘度指数改进剂的数均分子量Mn为1,000以上且8,000以下。
20.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,粘度指数改进剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为1质量%以上且10质量%以下。
21.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,钼系摩擦调节剂为选自二硫代氨基甲酸钼、二硫代磷酸钼和钼酸的胺盐中的至少一种。
22.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,钼系摩擦调节剂为二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
23.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,还包含在分子中具有至少1个碳数6~30的烷基或烯基的选自脂肪族胺、脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、脂肪酸、脂肪族醇和脂肪族醚中的至少一种无灰摩擦调节剂。
24.根据权利要求23所述的润滑油组合物,其中,无灰摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下。
25.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼分散剂为含硼琥珀酰亚胺。
26.根据权利要求25所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼琥珀酰亚胺中硼含量B与氮含量N的质量比B/N为0.1~3。
27.根据权利要求25所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼琥珀酰亚胺为含硼聚丁烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺。
28.根据权利要求27所述的润滑油组合物,其中,含硼聚丁烯基琥珀酸双酰亚胺具有的聚丁烯基的数均分子量为500以上且4000以下。
29.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫系极压剂为选自硫化烯烃、二烷基硫醚和二烷基多硫化物中的至少一种。
30.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,磷系极压剂为选自磷酸酯和亚磷酸酯中的至少一种。
31.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫-磷系极压剂为硫代磷酸酯。
32.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为1质量%以上且8质量%以下。
33.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。
34.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,硫-磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且8质量%以下。
35.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,粘度指数为160以上。
36.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其中,还包含选自抗氧化剂、含硼分散剂以外的无灰系分散剂、金属系清净剂、降凝剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂和消泡剂中的至少一种。
37.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油组合物,其用于齿轮油。
38.一种使用了润滑油组合物的齿轮,所述润滑油组合物的特征在于,包含基础油、粘度指数改进剂、钼系摩擦调节剂、含硼分散剂、以及极压剂,所述极压剂包含硫系极压剂、磷系极压剂和硫-磷系极压剂,
硫系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下,
磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.1质量%以上且10质量%以下,
硫-磷系极压剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且10质量%以下,
该基础油的以组合物总量为基准的含量为60质量%以上且99质量%以下,
该基础油仅包含合成油,
该合成油为选自聚苯醚、烷基苯、烷基萘、酯油、二醇系合成油和聚烯烃系合成油中的1种以上,
该基础油的100℃的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上且10mm2/s以下,
该粘度指数改进剂是数均分子量Mn为1,000以上且10,000以下的树脂,
该粘度指数改进剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.5质量%以上且15质量%以下,
该钼系摩擦调节剂的以组合物总量为基准的含量为0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下,
该含硼分散剂所含硼原子与该钼系摩擦调节剂所含钼原子的质量比B/Mo为1以上且5以下,该极压剂所含硫原子与磷原子的质量比S/P为13.2以上且20以下,
所述润滑油组合物的40℃的运动粘度为31.9mm2/s以上且50mm2/s以下,
所述润滑油组合物的100℃的运动粘度为7.33mm2/s以上且11mm2/s以下。
