Abstract

一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶及其制备方法,特征在于利用纳米碳酸钙作为补强剂,提高产品的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度、弹性和热老化性能,降低低温性能,并且与炭黑相比,可以改变颜色并保色效果优异。并且利用硅烷偶联剂KH‑550对碳酸钙进行表面改性,使碳酸钙可以在硅橡胶中能够更好的分散,以提高硅橡胶的交联密度和拉伸性能。

一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及硅橡胶领域,特别是涉及具有良好疏水性的高性能硅橡胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学的进步以及对人们对海洋的探索逐步加深,在不久的将来使用机器进行水下作业将成为常态。但如今水下作业的机器,海底光缆,海底管道等由于金属材料的锈蚀导致漏水,因此,寻找能够适应这种特殊作业环境的新材料就显得十分必要!硅橡胶具有稳定的硅氧化学结构,有良好的生物相容性,优异的耐高低温、耐化学性能,优良的电气性能、天然透明度和半透明度。通过添加的补强剂也可以加强橡胶的性能,加入纳米碳酸钙可提高拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度、弹性和热老化性能,降低低温性能;对非补强性橡胶的补强性能特别明显。单加入纳米碳酸钙会导致胶料结构化,使胶料变硬,效果不理想,因此还需要加入硅烷偶联剂使之与硅橡胶有更好的界面结合强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶及其制备方法:
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,加入各类配合剂,其中,配合剂的加料顺序为:纳米碳酸钙55g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷15g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包,下片
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。
将胶料在120℃的平板硫化机上硫化25min,压力为10MPa。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:
(1)在硅橡胶中引进碳酸钙和硅灰石,一方面利用硅灰石作为强化改质填充剂,增加产品形状的稳定、张力强度、剪切强度等特点;另一方面利用碳酸钙辅助,提高产品的强度、耐磨性和抗老化性等性能的极限,使制得的橡胶体系形成杂化网络,极大地提高了橡胶的整体性能。
(2)通过碳酸钙和KH550两种填料的配比,得到疏水性、抗拉伸和抗撕裂性能更加优异的橡胶材料。
具体实施方式:
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,加入各类配合剂,其中,配合剂的加料顺序为:纳米碳酸钙55g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷15g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包,下片
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。
将胶料在120℃的平板硫化机上硫化25分钟,压力为10MPa。
得到含纳米碳酸钙和硅烷偶联剂的硅橡胶,并对硅橡胶进行拉伸、撕裂、压缩和吸水率测试,其中,拉伸、撕裂和压缩分别按照国标GB/T 528-2009、GB/T 529-2008和GB/T7757-1997来执行,吸水率按如下条件测试:
直径12mm、厚1.4mm试片,浸入18±2℃的去离子,24h,测量浸水前后体积的变化。
通过以下实例对本发明专利进一步说明
实施例1
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,加入各类配合剂,其中,配合剂的加料顺序为:纳米碳酸钙55g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷15g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包,下片
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。

测得拉伸强度为6.1N/mm2,撕裂强度为17.65N/mm2
对比例1
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,加入各类配合剂,其中,配合剂的加料顺序为:纳米碳酸钙50g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷17g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包,下片。
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。
将胶料在120℃的平板硫化机上硫化25min,压力为10MPa。
测得拉伸强度为3.6N/mm2,撕裂强度为13.44N/mm2
两则实例所得产品对比效果明显,加入55g纳米碳酸钙的实施例所得的硅橡胶抗拉伸,抗撕裂性能明显优于对比例。

Claims (5)

1.一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶,其特征在于用以下步骤制备得到:
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,依次加入纳米碳酸钙55g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷15g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包后下片。
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。
将胶料在120℃的平板硫化机上硫化25分钟,压力为10MPa。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶,其特征为纳米碳酸钙的平均直径为23nm,比表面积为235m2/g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶,其特征为硅灰石的尺寸为1000目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶,其特征为硅橡胶为乙烯含量0.18mol%的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶,分子量55万。
5.一种含纳米碳酸钙的疏水硅橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将200g甲基乙烯基硅橡胶在开炼机上进行包辊,加入各类配合剂,其中,配合剂的加料顺序为:纳米碳酸钙55g、硅灰石45g、硅氮烷15g、KH550 0.7g,捣胶30min,打4次三角包,下片
将混合均匀的橡胶放入170℃的烘箱中加热1h。
将加热后的橡胶取出,冷却至常温,将橡胶放在开炼机上返炼20min后加入硫化剂2,4-二氯过氧化苯甲酰1g,混合5min。
将胶料在120℃的平板硫化机上硫化25min,压力为10MPa。
