本发明涉及一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,属于数控机床设备领域。包括床身、夹具体、动力头、端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台,所述端部数控滑台为两个,左右对称布置在中部数控滑台两侧,端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台的上表面呈倾斜布置,一端高一端低,分别固定在床身上方,所述动力头左右对称分别安装在端部数控滑台上且可横向进给调节,夹具体安装在中部数控滑台上且可纵向进给调节,所述每个动力头上设有两个分别用于安装铣刀和钻头的主轴;本发明采用斜式数控滑台具有更好的稳定性,提高了机床的精度,排屑方便,且对轴件上铣端面、钻中心孔一次装夹完成,可双面同时加工,工作效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及数控机床设备领域,尤其涉及一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床。
背景技术
轴类铣端面钻中心孔机床被广泛地使用于各种汽车零部件如半轴、曲轴、凸轮轴、变速箱轴、电机轴等轴类零件的加工,是大批量生产轴类零件的理想设备。现有的铣端面钻中心孔机床一般采用卧式床身,数控滑台水平布置,排屑不方便,切削下的铁屑带有很高的热量,积聚在滑台导轨上会使导轨受热变形,使工作精度发生变化,在批量化自动加工过程中会导致工件的批量报废。而且加工时,重心高,稳定性差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺陷与不足的问题,本发明提出了一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,采用斜式数控滑台具有更好的稳定性,提高了机床的精度,排屑方便,且对轴件上铣端面、钻中心孔一次装夹完成,可双面同时加工,工作效率高。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,包括床身、夹具体、动力头、端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台,所述端部数控滑台为两个,左右对称布置在中部数控滑台两侧,端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台的上表面呈倾斜布置,一端高一端低,分别固定在床身上方,所述动力头左右对称分别安装在端部数控滑台上且可横向进给调节,夹具体安装在中部数控滑台上且可纵向进给调节,所述每个动力头上设有两个分别用于安装铣刀和钻头的主轴。
进一步的,所述夹具体上端设有托架,下端设有排屑槽。
进一步的,所述夹具体采用自定心V型液压夹具,床身下方设有控制夹紧的脚踏开关。
进一步的,所述床身上设有排屑孔,排屑孔位于排屑槽下方。
进一步的,所述动力头设有电机,电机通过同步带与铣刀主轴相连,铣刀主轴通过同步带与钻头主轴相连,所述主轴由变频器控制。
进一步的,所述动力头上还设有冷却液喷管,所述冷却液喷管可弯曲调整。
进一步的,所述端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台的倾斜角度为20度。
进一步的,所述端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台采用内导向的硬轨,通过伺服电机和滚珠丝杆传动。
本发明具有如下有益效果:左右两面都设有动力头,可双面加工;本发明可对轴件上铣端面、钻中心孔一次装夹完成,通过脚踏开关控制液压夹紧,更换不同品种仅需要更换夹具夹持位置、中心钻及相应加工程序,自定心液压夹紧,操作方便可靠;滑台采用斜式,可以降低加工重心的高度,稳定性更好,排屑更方便;采用内导向的硬轨数控滑台及伺服电机和滚珠丝杆结构,耐磨性好、精度高,切削刚性好;主轴由变频器控制,实现无级变速。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图所示:一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,包括床身1、夹具体2、动力头3、端部数控滑台4和中部数控滑台5,所述端部数控滑台4为两个,左右对称布置在中部数控滑台5两侧,端部数控滑台4和中部数控滑台5的上表面呈倾斜布置,一端高一端低,分别固定在床身1上方,所述动力头3左右对称分别安装在端部数控滑台4上且可横向进给调节,夹具体2安装在中部数控滑台5上且可纵向进给调节,所述每个动力头3上设有两个分别用于安装铣刀11和钻头12的主轴。
所述夹具体2上端设有托架41,下端设有排屑槽31。
所述夹具体2采用自定心V型液压夹具,床身1下方设有控制夹紧的脚踏开关。
所述床身1上设有排屑孔32,排屑孔32位于排屑槽31下方。
所述动力头3设有电机13,电机13通过同步带与铣刀主轴相连,铣刀主轴通过同步带与钻头主轴相连,所述主轴由变频器控制。
所述动力头3上还设有冷却液喷管21,所述冷却液喷管可弯曲调整。
所述端部数控滑台4和中部数控滑台5的倾斜角度为20度。
所述端部数控滑台4和中部数控滑台5采用内导向的硬轨,通过伺服电机和滚珠丝杆传动。
具体的,本机床为三轴布局、双面加工的铣端面钻中心孔机床,数控滑台倾斜20度布置在床身1上,端部数控滑台4由数控系统驱动实现进退刀及钻孔进给运动,其左右滑台上各置一组动力头3,由变频器实现转速调整,进行铣面及钻孔加工,与左右滑台呈90度布置的中部数控滑台5由数控系统驱动实现切削进给及工位互换。中部数控滑台5上装有一套可根据零件长短调整夹持间距的自定心V形夹具。通过人工上、下料,液压夹紧。
本机床加工动作循环为:手动上料至拖架41,靠轴向定位(自动靠紧定位功能),脚踏开关液压夹紧,手动关闭防护门,按循环启动,主轴旋转,冷却液喷管21打开,左右动力头3同时快速定位,中部数控滑台5进给铣端面,左右动力头3同时微退让刀,工件快速定位到钻轴位置,左右动力头3同时钻中心孔,套车外圆及倒角,左右动力头3同时快速退出,主轴停止旋转,关闭冷却液喷管,中部数控滑台5快速回到上料位置,打开防护门下料,进入下一循环 。

1.一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:包括床身、夹具体、动力头、端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台,所述端部数控滑台为两个,左右对称布置在中部数控滑台两侧,端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台的上表面呈倾斜布置,一端高一端低,分别固定在床身上方,所述动力头左右对称分别安装在端部数控滑台上且可横向进给调节,夹具体安装在中部数控滑台上且可纵向进给调节,所述每个动力头上设有两个分别用于安装铣刀和钻头的主轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述夹具体上端设有托架,下端设有排屑槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述夹具体采用自定心V型液压夹具,床身下方设有控制夹紧的脚踏开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述床身上设有排屑孔,排屑孔位于排屑槽下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述动力头设有电机,电机通过同步带与铣刀主轴相连,铣刀主轴通过同步带与钻头主轴相连,所述主轴由变频器控制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述动力头上还设有冷却液喷管,所述冷却液喷管可弯曲调整。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种斜式铣端面钻中心孔机床,其特征在于:所述端部数控滑台和中部数控滑台的倾斜角度为20度。
