本发明属于保健品加工领域,特别是一种调理肠胃的益生元及其制备方法。
背景技术
益生元是这样一种物质:它是一种膳食补充剂,通过选择性的刺激一种或少数种菌落中的细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响从而改善寄主健康的不可被消化的食品成分。成功的益生元应是在通过上消化道时,大部分不被消化而能被肠道菌群所发酵的。最重要的是它只是刺激有益菌群的生长,而不是有潜在致病性或腐败活性的有害细菌。
最基本的益生元为碳水化合物,但定义并不排除被用作益生元的非碳水化合物物质。理论上来讲,任何可以减少现在有害菌种,而有益于促进健康的菌种或活动的物质都可以叫做益生元。
一般可以这么认为,益生元给益生菌提供“食物”,能够被肠道内有益细菌分解吸收,促进有益细菌生长繁殖。大家所熟悉的双歧因子就是促进肠内双歧 杆菌生长的益生元。而异麦芽低聚糖和低聚果糖是益生元中最为优异的代表。
益生元是指不易被消化的食品成分,通过选择性的刺激一种或几种细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响,从而改善寄主健康的物质。
益生元主要包括各种寡糖类物质或称低聚糖(由2~10个分子单糖组成)。更概括的说法是功能性低聚糖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种调理肠胃的益生元及其制备方法,该益生元采用桑果粉、辣木粉等植物原料作为主要成份,以达到调理肠胃的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种调理肠胃的益生元,该药片选用桑果粉为主要成分,配以D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液、木糖醇、玉米淀粉配制而成;各成分的重量份数配比如下:桑果粉20-30份、D-甘露糖醇10-15份、低聚果糖5-8份、辣木粉20-30份、茯苓水提取液5-8份、薏苡仁水提取液5-8份、木糖醇5-7份、玉米淀粉10-15份。
一种制备上述的调理肠胃的益生元的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)过筛:取桑果粉、D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、木糖醇、玉米淀粉,分别过120目筛,取过筛后的部分备用;
2)称量:按质量份数称取步骤1)中过筛后的桑果粉20-30份、D-甘露糖醇10-15份、低聚果糖5-8份、辣木粉20-30份、木糖醇5-7份、玉米淀粉10-15份,另外再按质量份数称取茯苓水提取液5-8份、薏苡仁水提取液5-8份;
3)混合:将步骤2)称取的桑果粉、D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、木糖醇、玉米淀粉混合搅拌15~25min,即得原料混合粉;
4)高效湿法混合制粒:将步骤3)制得的原料混合粉加入到高效混合湿法制粒机中,设置搅拌桨混合速度为200~400rpm,剪切桨切割速度为2500~3500rpm,压缩空气气源压力为0.4~0.6MPa,将步骤2)称取的茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液加入到原料混合粉中搅拌制粒15~25min;
5)干燥:将步骤4)制得的湿颗粒置于烘箱中,在温度为60~70℃的条件下干燥至颗粒的水分小于5.0%;
6)采用旋转式压片机进行压片。
桑果(又名桑椹)是桑树的成熟果实,自古以来就作为水果和中药材应用,药食兼用,营养丰富,被誉为“第三代水果;桑葚中含有丰富的白黎芦醇。白黎芦醇是一种有效的抗氧化剂,能抑制低密度脂蛋白的脂质过氧化反应,防止低密度脂蛋白氧化产生的细胞毒素,从而保护细胞的脂质过氧化。白黎芦醇还能降低血小板聚集,从而预防动脉硬化;桑葚中含有大量芦丁,芦丁可阻止结肠癌的形成,可凉血止血、清肝泻火,具抗炎、抗病毒作用;故常吃桑葚还有助于防治脑出血、高血压、视网膜出血、慢性支气管炎等;另外,常食桑椹可以明目,缓解眼睛疲劳干涩的症状。
辣木,其原料来源广泛、价格低廉。同时,辣木所含钙质是牛奶的四倍;辣木所含蛋白质是牛奶的二倍;辣木所含钾是香蕉的三倍;辣木所含铁是菠菜的三倍;辣木所含维生素C是柑橘的七倍;辣木所含维生素A是(B胡萝卜)的四倍;辣木是对抗营养不良的健康食品,被西方科学家称为奇迹之绎。

4)高效湿法混合制粒:将步骤3)制得的原料混合粉加入到高效混合湿法制粒机中,设置搅拌桨混合速度为200rpm,剪切桨切割速度为2500rpm,压缩空气气源压力为0.4MPa,将步骤2)称取的茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液加入到原料混合粉中搅拌制粒15min;
5)干燥:将步骤4)制得的湿颗粒置于烘箱中,在温度为60℃的条件下干燥至颗粒的水分小于5.0%;
6)采用旋转式压片机进行压片。

一种制备调理肠胃的益生元的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

5)干燥:将步骤4)制得的湿颗粒置于烘箱中,在温度为65℃的条件下干燥至颗粒的水分小于5.0%;
6)采用旋转式压片机进行压片。

一种制备调理肠胃的益生元的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)过筛:取桑果粉、D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、木糖醇、玉米淀粉,分别过120目筛,取过筛后的部分备用;

4)高效湿法混合制粒:将步骤3)制得的原料混合粉加入到高效混合湿法制粒机中,设置搅拌桨混合速度为400rpm,剪切桨切割速度为3500rpm,压缩空气气源压力为0.6MPa,将步骤2)称取的茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液加入到原料混合粉中搅拌制粒25min;
5)干燥:将步骤4)制得的湿颗粒置于烘箱中,在温度为70℃的条件下干燥至颗粒的水分小于5.0%;
6)采用旋转式压片机进行压片。
Claims (2)
1.一种调理肠胃的益生元,其特征在于:该药片选用桑果粉为主要成分,配以D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液、木糖醇、玉米淀粉配制而成;各成分的重量份数配比如下:桑果粉20-30份、D-甘露糖醇10-15份、低聚果糖5-8份、辣木粉20-30份、茯苓水提取液5-8份、薏苡仁水提取液5-8份、木糖醇5-7份、玉米淀粉10-15份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的调理肠胃的益生元的方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)过筛:取桑果粉、D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、木糖醇、玉米淀粉,分别过120目筛,取过筛后的部分备用;
2)称量:按质量份数称取步骤一中过筛后的桑果粉20-30份、D-甘露糖醇10-15份、低聚果糖5-8份、辣木粉20-30份、木糖醇5-7份、玉米淀粉10-15份,另外再按质量份数称取茯苓水提取液5-8份、薏苡仁水提取液5-8份;
3)混合:将步骤2)称取的桑果粉、D-甘露糖醇、低聚果糖、辣木粉、木糖醇、玉米淀粉混合搅拌15~25min,即得原料混合粉;
4)高效湿法混合制粒:将步骤3)制得的原料混合粉加入到高效混合湿法制粒机中,设置搅拌桨混合速度为200~400rpm,剪切桨切割速度为2500~3500rpm,压缩空气气源压力为0.4~0.6MPa,将步骤2)称取的茯苓水提取液、薏苡仁水提取液加入到原料混合粉中搅拌制粒15~25min;
5)干燥:将步骤4)制得的湿颗粒置于烘箱中,在温度为60~70℃的条件下干燥至颗粒的水分小于5.0%;
6)采用旋转式压片机进行压片。
