本发明公开了一种竹制地板加工工艺,包括下述工艺步骤:(1)选料;(2)断料:将原竹制成定长竹筒;(3)开片:将竹筒用撞机撞开,得到宽度相等的竹片;(4)粗刨:将竹片上残留的竹内结削去,将竹片按厚度分类,将粗刨机调成相应的厚度规格,粗刨后分别堆放,并困扎成捆;(5)消毒碳化:将竹片送进烘干消毒碳干机,竹片表里碳化;(6)干燥:对竹片进行风干处理;(7)竹条精刨:对竹条的四面进行精细刨削;(8)分选:精刨后的竹条进行分选,将加工尺寸不合要求、有残缺、虫蛀、颜色差别大的竹条分拈出去;(9)涂胶及组坯、热压胶合;(10)后加工和表面涂饰。

一种竹制地板加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及地板制造领域,更具体的说是一种竹制地板加工工 艺。
背景技术
竹地板是一种新型建筑装饰材料,它以天然优质竹子为原料,经 过二十几道工序,脱去竹子原浆汁,经高温高压拼压,再经过多层 油漆,最后红外线烘干而成。竹地板以其天然赋予的优势和成型之 后的诸多优良性能给建材市场带来一股绿色清新之风。竹地板有竹 子的天然纹理,清新文雅,给人一种回归自然、高雅脱俗的感觉。它 具有很多特点,首先竹地板以竹代木,具有木材的原有特色,而且 竹在加工过程中,采用符合国家标准的优质胶种,可避免甲醛等物 质对人体的危害,还有竹地板利用先进的设备和技术,通过对原竹进 行26道工序的加工,兼具有原木地板的自然美感和陶瓷地砖的坚固 耐用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了供一种竹制地板加工工艺。
本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种竹制地板加工工艺,包括下述 工艺步骤:
(1)选料:原竹选用4年以上竹龄的毛竹,长度在7m-9m之间, 胸径大于10cm,壁厚7mm以上,重量25-35kg/根;
(2)断料:截去原竹根部采伐时形成的歪斜端头,以端口为定位 面,从根部向梢部依次截取留有加工余量的定长竹筒;
(3)开片:将竹筒用撞机撞开,得到宽度相等的竹片;
(4)粗刨:首先将竹片上残留的竹内结用刀削去,然后将竹片按 厚度分类,将粗刨机调成相应的厚度规格,粗刨后分别堆放,并困 扎成捆;
(5)消毒碳化:将竹片送进烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热 的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹片表里碳化,碳化 程度为5%—30%;
(6)干燥:对竹片进行风干处理;
(7)竹条精刨:对竹条的四面进行精细刨削;
(8)分选:精刨后的竹条进行分选,将加工尺寸不合要求、有残 缺、虫蛀、颜色差别大的竹条分拈出去;
(9)涂胶及组坯、热压胶合;
(10)后加工和表面涂饰。
进一步地,其步骤(6)中竹材风干后的含水率控制在5%-10%。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明提供一种竹制地板加工 工艺,其步骤包括选料、断料、开片、粗刨、消毒碳化、干燥、竹条 精刨、分选、涂胶及组坯、热压胶合、后加工和表面涂饰,竹材代 木材,具有木材的原有特色,而且竹在加工过程中,采用符合国家标准的优质胶种,可避免甲醛等物质对人体的危害,还有竹地板利用 先进的设备和技术,通过对原竹进行10道工序的加工,兼具有原 木地板的自然美感和陶瓷地砖的坚固耐用。
本发明的生产竹制地板的方法,通过将竹条送进烘干消毒碳干机 进行消毒碳化,热效率高,而且穿透竹条内部,更助于竹条内部糖分、 蛋白质的分解,避免竹条发霉变色。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种竹制地板加工工艺,包括下述工艺步骤:
(1)选料:原竹选用4年以上竹龄的毛竹,长度在7m-9m之间, 胸径大于10cm,壁厚7mm以上,重量25-35kg/根;

1.一种竹制地板加工工艺,包括下述工艺步骤:
