技术领域
本发明涉及一种桑葚肽组合物,属于保健品领域。
背景技术
桑葚的主要成分:桑葚是桑科桑属多年生木本植物桑树的果实,椭圆形,长1-3厘米,表面不平滑。未成熟的为绿色,逐渐成长为白色、红色,成熟后为紫色或紫黑色,味酸甜。桑葚既可入食又可入药,桑葚味甘酸性微寒入心、肝、肾经为滋补强壮、养心益智佳果。
桑葚含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素A原、B1、B2、PP及C、氨基酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、酒石酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质钙、磷、铁、铜、锌等营养成分,具有补血滋阴生津止渴润肠燥等功效,主治阴血不足而致的头昏目眩耳鸣、心悸、烦躁失眠、腰膝酸软、须发早白、消渴、口干、大便干结等症。
现有技术中,见于采用桑葚制备用于改善睡眠质量、眼疾、胃肠道疾病以及高血压、高血脂的保健食品。例如常见的桑葚饮料,其主要原料成分包括桑葚、水、麦芽糖、柠檬酸和白砂糖等。
桑葚制品除上述功能外,实际上还存在很多其他未被开发的功效。因此,开发全营养的且无副作用的桑葚制品是有必要的。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种多功能、无副作用的桑葚肽组合物。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种桑葚肽组合物,以重量份计,包含如下组分原料:桑葚多肽粉10~40份、寡肽-1 0.05~0.5份、魔芋粉1-10份、维生素C 0.05~1份、维生素E 0.05~1份。
优选地,所述桑葚多肽粉通过如下步骤制备得到:
(1)桑葚洗净,置入打浆机内打成粗果汁;
(2)粗果汁经高压均质工艺后,过200目筛,得到细腻桑葚汁;
(3)将所述细腻桑葚汁装盘,经梯度冷冻干燥后,过300目筛,得桑葚多肽粉。
优选地,所述高压均质工艺为:在高压均质设备中,设置高压范围800bar,打浆时间为5-10min。
优选地,所述冷冻干燥工艺为:将所述细腻桑葚汁在-40℃温度下,保持1小时;再在-25℃温度下,保持1小时;再在-15℃温度下,保持2小时;再在5℃温度下,保持3小时。
有益效果:本发明采用简单原料组合,具体为桑葚多肽粉、寡肽-1和魔芋粉三种主成分辅以维生素C、维生素E,得到祛火除湿,降低血糖,并可对口腔、食道、胃粘膜和消化系统起到修复保护的效果的组合物。

本发明的桑葚肽组合物的制备采用常规工艺即可,具体可为将上述组分混合后,搅拌均匀即可。
本发明中的桑葚多肽粉对本发明来说是重要的。本发明的桑葚多肽粉,最大限度的保存桑葚中的营养成分,避免营养物质的流失。所述桑葚多肽粉通过如下步骤制备得到:
(1)桑葚洗净,置入打浆机内打成粗果汁;
(2)粗果汁经高压均质工艺后,过200目筛,得到细腻桑葚汁;
(3)将所述细腻桑葚汁装盘,经梯度冷冻干燥后,过300目筛,得桑葚多肽粉。
其中,本发明中的桑葚洗净,置入打浆机内打成粗果汁这一步骤是重要的。具体是将桑葚果肉和桑葚梗全部置入打浆机内打成粗果汁,以此起到天然无副作用的祛火除湿的功效。
作为本发明的一个实施例,所述高压均质工艺为:在高压均质设备中,设置高压范围800bar,打浆时间为5-10min。
本发明桑葚多肽粉制备过程中采用的梯度冷冻干燥工艺对本发明桑葚肽组合物的全营养的保持而言是重要的。所述梯度冷冻干燥工艺为:将所述细腻桑葚汁在-40℃温度下,保持1小时;再在-25℃温度下,保持1小时;再在-15℃温度下,保持2小时;再在5℃温度下,保持3小时。此工艺得到的桑葚多肽粉很好的保留了桑葚果肉以及桑葚梗的全营养,营养多样化,祛火除湿。
本发明所述寡肽-1采用中国专利“一种利用大肠杆菌表达寡肽-1的制备方法”(申请号:201510344986.9;申请日:2015.06.19;申请人:烟台华昕生物科技有限公司)制备得到,具体步骤为:工程菌发酵、分离纯化宿主细胞的表达产物、最后冷冻干燥得到白色干粉状寡肽-1。
本发明添加通过大肠杆菌发酵提纯得到的寡肽生物活性成分,可以修复受损的表皮皮肤及口腔、食道、胃粘膜,在享受美味饮品的同时养护口腔食道和胃粘膜。
实施例1
一种桑葚肽组合物,包含如下组分原料:桑葚多肽粉20g、寡肽-1 0.2g、魔芋粉8g、维生素C0.5g、维生素E0.5g。本发明组合物可作为冲剂饮用,在冲饮时,在本发明桑葚肽组合物中加入500mL温水/热水即可,本发明得到的产品口感顺滑,营养多样化,祛火除湿,降低血糖,并可对口腔、食道、胃粘膜和消化系统起到修复保护的效果。

(1)桑葚洗净,置入打浆机内打成粗果汁;

(3)将所述细腻桑葚汁装盘,经梯度冷冻干燥后,过300目筛,得桑葚多肽粉。
