本发明属于保健品技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨质疏松症(Ostcoporosis,OP)是老龄化社会的常见病和多发病,是一种以骨量低下,骨微结构破坏,导致骨脆性增加,容易发生骨折的全身性疾病。引起骨质疏松的原因有多种,主要原因有:1、遗传因素。骨质可能是多基因疾病,这些基因可能参与骨量的获得和骨转换的调控,有明显的种族差异,世界卫生组织预测到2050年全年发生微部骨折的中老年妇女中,将有超过50%的病例发生在亚洲地区。2、营养因素。钙是骨质中最基本的矿物质成分,钙摄入不足吸收不良均会造成骨质疏松,并且随着年龄的增长,人体对钙的摄取、吸收减少,而且室外活动也逐渐减少,维生素D合成不足,都会促进骨质疏松的发生。3、内分泌变化。进入老年后,人体内分泌发生很大变化,甲状腺激素升高、降钙素和生长激素降低,破骨细胞的溶骨和吸收作用显著增强,骨细胞成骨能力下降。此外骨质疏松还与生活习惯和药物的影响有关,不活动的人比活动的人容易发生过骨质疏松,老年人往往肌肉缺乏锻炼,骨骼内血液循环减慢,代谢功能降低,促使骨质疏松的发生。此外,长期服用肾上糖皮质激素、抗癫痫药、抗凝剂、含铝制酸剂、利尿剂、甲状腺激素等以及癌症病人进行化疗均会影响钙吸收与代谢,造成骨质疏松。
骨质疏松症不仅有骨量的改变,而且有骨的形态学变化,最终导致骨的力学性下降。而目前现代医学主张的激素替代疗法由于其严重的副作用,在应用上受到了限制。市面上,也有一些以玛咖为主要成分用于增强骨密度、防治骨质疏松的保健食品,但是它们大多疗效不明显,见效缓慢,一方面是由于其配方优化不够,另一方面是由于制备过程中各成分的一些功能性成分被破坏,失去功效。因此,探索出能够有效改善和治疗OP的优化配方及制备方法的含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物、营养补充剂势在必行。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物及其制备方法,制备工艺简单,疗效好,安全无副作用。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的。
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖30~40份、青梅25~35份、淫羊藿10~15份、山茱萸8~12份、杜仲雄花8~12份、栗子8~12份、黄瓜籽6~10份、罗汉果2~5份。
玛咖(Lepedium meyenii Walp.),原产于海拔4000米以上的秘鲁安第斯山区,属十字花科独行菜属。玛咖是一种药食两用植物,可食用部分为其根部。玛咖营养丰富,干根中含有10%以上的蛋白质,8.5%的纤维,其内含丰富的锌、钙、铁、钛、铷、钾、钠、铜、锰、镁、锶、磷、碘等矿物质,并含有维生素C、B1、B2、B6、A、E、B12、B5,脂肪多为不饱和脂肪酸,亚油酸和亚麻酸的含量达脂肪含量的53%以上,天然活性成分包含玛咖酰胺、玛咖稀、生物碱、多糖、芥子油苷及其分解产物异硫氰酸苄酯、甾醇、多酚类物质,是可以预防多种疾病的新资源食品。
青梅又称酸梅、果梅,为蓄薇科杏属乔木,主产于长江以南的广大丘陵山区,是我国传统的药食两用果品,青梅中含有柠檬酸、苹果酸、单宁酸、酒石酸等16种以上的有机酸,每100g果肉的热量为121KJ,为热量最低的水果之一,同时还富含维生素B、维生素C、维生素A及钙、铁、磷等矿物元素,其钙磷比合理且含量高,是儿童食品和老年食品的好原料。青梅具有抗菌保肝、消除疲劳、驱虫止痛、祛腐生肌等保健功能。
淫羊藿,味辛甘性温,含淫羊藿甙、挥发油、蜡醇、植物甾醇、鞣质、维生素E等成分。走肝肾二经,能增加心脑血管血流量,促进造血功能、免疫功能及骨代谢,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤等功效,为补命门、益精气、强筋骨、补肾壮阳之要药。
山茱萸,其味酸涩,含有16种氨基酸,维生素A、C等大量人体所必需的元素。有滋肝补肾、固肾涩精的作用,适用于肝肾不足所致的腰膝酸软、遗精滑泄之症。
杜仲雄花,味甘,温,无毒,含60多种有效植物成分,如木质素类,环烯醚萜类、苯丙素类活性物质、黄酮、生物碱、氨基酸、多糖以及矿质元素Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe、Ca、P、B、Mg、K等,其中氨基酸含量达21.47%,钙的含量达0.92%,具有补中,强肝、补肾、益精气,坚筋骨之功效。
栗子,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素C、B族维生素、钙、磷、铁、钾等多种营养成分,具有益气健脾,能够维持牙齿、骨骼、血管肌肉的正常功用,可以预防和治疗骨质疏松,腰腿酸软,筋骨疼痛、乏力等,延缓人体衰老,是老年人理想的保健果品。
黄瓜籽,其性味甘、凉、无毒,含有多种游离氨基酸和维生素以及芸香甙、异槲皮甙、精氨酸的葡萄糖甙等甙类、胡萝卜素及其它对人体有益的矿物质、硫胺素、核黄素。具有补钙、祛风、续筋接骨等功效,可用于治疗风湿痹痛、骨折筋伤等病症。
罗汉果,味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,其果实和叶均含有罗汉果三萜皂苷,含大量葡萄糖、果糖、十多种人体必需氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪酸、黄酮类化合物、维生素C、含锰、铁、镍、硒、锡、碘、钼等26种无机微量元素。具有凉血舒骨、清热解暑毒、益寿延年之功效。

优选地,所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖35份、青梅30份、淫羊藿12份、山茱萸10份、杜仲雄花10份、栗子10份、黄瓜籽8份、罗汉果4份。
本发明还提供所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将所述原料各组分除杂、净化、晾干后备用;
S2.栗子和黄瓜籽于90~120℃焙炒30~45min,再粉碎成粉末100~120目,得到混合物A;
S3.青梅破碎打浆,用板框压滤机过滤或离心,得滤液,将滤液于60~70℃进行减压浓缩,得到浸膏B;
S4.玛咖、淫羊藿、山茱萸、杜仲雄花和罗汉果,粉碎至5~25目,混合加入30%~80%浓度的乙醇水溶液,在料液比1∶10~1∶15、65~80℃浸提2~4次,每次2~3h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;
S5.将步骤S2的混合物A、步骤S3的浸膏B与步骤S4的浓缩浸膏C均匀混合后,干燥粉碎,得到本发明功能食品组合物。
优选地,所述组合物的剂型为粉末状、片状、颗粒状、丸剂或胶囊剂中的任意一种。

S2.栗子和黄瓜籽于90~120℃焙炒30~45min,再粉碎成粉末100~120目,得到混合物A;
S3.青梅破碎打浆,用板框压滤机过滤或离心,得滤液,将滤液于60~70℃进行减压浓缩,得到浸膏B;
S4.玛咖、淫羊藿、山茱萸、杜仲雄花和罗汉果,粉碎至5~25目,混合加入30%~80%浓度的乙醇水溶液,在料液比1∶10~1∶15、65~80℃浸提2~4次,每次2~3h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;
S5.将步骤S2的混合物A、步骤S3的浸膏B与步骤S4的浓缩浸膏C均匀混合后,干燥粉碎,得到本发明功能食品组合物。
具体实施方式中的组合物的剂型为粉末状、片状、颗粒状、丸剂或胶囊剂中的任意一种。
以下以具体实施条件为例对本发明方法进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖35份、青梅30份、淫羊藿12份、山茱萸10份、杜仲雄花10份、栗子10份、黄瓜籽8份、罗汉果4份。
所述含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1.将所述原料各组分除杂、净化、晾干后备用;
S2.栗子和黄瓜籽于100℃焙炒30min,再粉碎成粉末100~120目,得到混合物A;
S3.青梅破碎打浆,用板框压滤机过滤或离心,得滤液,将滤液于65℃进行减压浓缩,得到浸膏B;
S4.玛咖、淫羊藿、山茱萸、杜仲雄花和罗汉果,粉碎至5~25目,混合加入30%~80%浓度的乙醇水溶液,在料液比1∶12、75℃浸提3次,每次2h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;
S5.将步骤S2的混合物A、步骤S3的浸膏B与步骤S4的浓缩浸膏C均匀混合后,干燥粉碎,得到本发明功能食品组合物。
实施例2
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖38份、青梅28份、淫羊藿11份、山茱萸9份、杜仲雄花10份、栗子9份、黄瓜籽9份、罗汉果3份。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖30份、青梅25份、淫羊藿10份、山茱萸8份、杜仲雄花8份、栗子8份、黄瓜籽6份、罗汉果2份。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖40份、青梅35份、淫羊藿15份、山茱萸12份、杜仲雄花12份、栗子12份、黄瓜籽10份、罗汉果5份。
制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物的配方与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,制备方法采用如下步骤:将所述玛咖、淫羊藿、山茱萸、杜仲雄花和罗汉果,粉碎至5~25目,混合加入95%浓度的乙醇水溶液,在料液比1∶15、80℃浸提3次,每次2h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;将混合物A、浸膏B与浓缩浸膏C均匀混合后,干燥粉碎,得到本发明功能食品组合物。
对比例1
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于,将青梅、黄瓜籽、替换成硫酸软骨素、维生素D3,且硫酸软骨素为30份,维生素D3为12份。
对比例2
一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物的配方与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,制备方法步骤S4为:将各组方原料按配方配比在75%乙醇水溶液中以料液比1:20、75℃浸提3次,每次2h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;其余与实施例1相同。
应用例
将实施例1~5及对比例1~2的配方制得的产品进行动物实验。
随机取70只16~17月龄SD大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分成七组,每组的平均体重大体相同,分别饲喂实施例1~5和对比例1~2的配方产品,各组大鼠的饲料相同,且自由进食。
大鼠连续喂养12周,末次给药后24小时,处死,分离左侧股骨,去净皮肉,测定左侧股骨颈、股骨中点和股骨远心端的骨密度。
骨密度的影响
与对比例1相比,*p<0.05。
观察各组实验结果及表中数据,本发明较优选的为实施例1,且整体而言,实施例的效果要明显好于对比例,实施例中大鼠股骨质量、骨钙含量及股骨中点骨密度均显著增加,说明本发明对于老年性的骨质疏松具有增加骨密度和对骨质疏松有防治作用。而改变本发明配方(增加或减少),都会影响各组分之间的功效及营养配合,不利于发挥最佳效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖30~40份、青梅25~35份、淫羊藿10~15份、山茱萸8~12份、杜仲雄花8~12份、栗子8~12份、黄瓜籽6~10份、罗汉果2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述玛咖为玛咖根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖35~38份、青梅28~32份、淫羊藿10~12份、山茱萸8~10份、杜仲雄花10~12份、栗子9~10份、黄瓜籽8~9份、罗汉果2~4份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的各组分组成:玛咖35份、青梅30份、淫羊藿12份、山茱萸10份、杜仲雄花10份、栗子10份、黄瓜籽8份、罗汉果4份。
5.权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.将所述各组分原料除杂、净化、晾干后备用;
S2.将栗子和黄瓜籽于90~120℃焙炒30~45min,再粉碎成粉末100~120目,得到混合物A;
S3.青梅破碎打浆,用板框压滤机过滤或离心,得滤液,将滤液于60~70℃进行减压浓缩,得到浸膏B;
S4.玛咖、淫羊藿、山茱萸、杜仲雄花和罗汉果,粉碎至5~25目,混合加入30%~80%浓度的乙醇水溶液,在料液比1∶10~1∶15、65~80℃浸提2~4次,每次2~3h,提取滤液经减压回收溶剂,得到浓缩浸膏C;
S5.将步骤S2的混合物A、步骤S3的浸膏B与步骤S4的浓缩浸膏C均匀混合后,干燥粉碎,得到本发明功能食品组合物。
6.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种含玛咖和青梅的增加骨密度的功能食品组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的剂型为粉末状、片状、颗粒状、丸剂或胶囊剂中的任意一种。
