本发明与厨房用具有关,具体是指一种干粮软化用冷馏箱。
背景技术
干粮一般是指含水量较小的粮食类食物,比如,用糊状的粮食加工物糊子在加热的鏊子上滚出的煎饼,人们为了便于其耐久储存常将其在叠制成煎饼卷后再刻意的晾干或炵干,经过这样的加工过程,煎饼的含水率会由刚烙好较软时的约17-20/100降为14/100左右,这样的干粮既使在炎热的夏天也能储存十天半月而不会产生霉变毁掉,在农忙时节人们几乎无暇顾及制作煎饼时无疑会很方便人们的生产劳动和生活;而从食用和口感来说,干粮类食物并不太好,它较干硬,咀嚼费劲耗时,将其放进蒸笼中进行热馏的软化方法对其并不适合:蒸馏时间较短时出锅的煎饼的表面几层软化较好而里面的多层还远未馏透,通过延时蒸馏来全部馏透又会发现表面的几层软化的过于厉害成为泥状;所以,针对此问题需要一种专用器具来解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的便是提供一种用于厨房内软化干粮比如煎饼的干粮软化用冷馏箱,它可以解决前述的问题。
本发明技术方案的内容如下:它包含矩形的箱体,所述箱体其上层为含注水口的注水箱,其下层为带箱门的软化箱;箱体的上下层之间为加工有成排密布的漏孔的隔层,漏孔的直径为1.2mm,漏孔内填塞有加工为铅笔头状的轻质海绵,在隔层下表面上的处于成排漏孔间的部位都装置有夹口朝下的夹片,在软化箱的底面上则是集水仓。

下面结合附图对本设计作举例说明。
如图所示,它包含矩形的箱体10,在箱体的上层是含注水口的注水箱1,它通过朝上的注水口注入清水,箱体的下层为带箱门9的软化箱8,箱门通过合页连接箱体;在箱体10的上下层之间即注水箱和软化箱之间为隔层3,隔层3上加工有成排密布的微小漏孔2,漏孔的直径为1.2mm,漏孔内填塞有加工为铅笔头状的轻质海绵4,填塞有铅笔头状的轻质海绵的漏孔可以作为注水箱内的水向下通过的通道,这样的漏孔、孔径尺寸和其内的轻质海绵的共同作用,能够产生这样的效果:漏水呈水滴状,水滴最小化(直径约为2.5-3.0mm),水滴下滴的间隔时间均匀且下滴的间隔时间合理,在如软化箱这样密闭的空间内这种漏孔的设计可以在较短的时间内提供与空气最大化接触面积的水滴,也即是可以让软化箱内的空气在最短的时间内达到饱和湿度并保持这种状态,这是软化箱能够软化如煎饼卷类干粮的设计关键;在隔层3下表面上的处于成排漏孔间的部位都装置有夹口朝下的夹片5,它可以方便从下向上夹住置放或取下煎饼卷6,在软化箱8的底面上则是集水仓7,它会容纳储存下落的水滴。具体的使用操作时,首先将煎饼卷6放进软化箱8里的夹片5内,关闭好箱门9,注水入注水箱1,在室温条件下,如前所述,密闭的软化箱内的空气会在较短的时间内被如雨淋下状的水滴及集水仓的水体表面的水分挥发等作用达到饱和湿度(相对湿度100/100),在拥有饱和湿度的湿空气的作用下煎饼卷会从里到外均匀的软化,一般在饭前两小时左右的时间将煎饼卷进行如前所述的软化加工就能取得理想的软化效果,而且既使长时间没有取出,煎饼卷在软化到一定程度后就不会继续软化成太过分的泥状了,软化后的煎饼卷软硬适中咀嚼方便口感良好,也保存了粮食类干粮的原有风味,是人们食用煎饼卷的好帮手。
