针对现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种红枣益生菌泡腾片及其制备方法,所述的这种红枣益生菌泡腾片及其制备方法要解决现有技术中的泡腾片功能单一,不具有调节肠胃的功能的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种红枣益生菌泡腾片,按质量百分比计算,由以下原料制备而成:
复合益生菌菌粉0.1~0.5%、
红枣酵素粉10~20%,
复合酸味剂8~19%、
复合甜味剂0.7~1%、
麦芽糊精30~50%、
硬酯酸镁0~1%、
碳酸氢钠10~20%、
碳酸氢钾10~20%。
本发明还提供了上述的一种红枣益生菌泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.一个制备复合益生菌菌粉的步骤;将乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌菌粉在粉体混合机中混合5~15min,制备成复合益生菌菌粉,所述的乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的质量比为1:1:2:2:2:2~6;

本发明和已有技术相比,其技术进步是显著的。本红枣益生菌泡腾片不仅具有红枣酵素补血安神的功效,而且通过添加复合益生菌菌粉,具有促进肠道蠕动,降低胆固醇的功能。同时,本红枣益生菌泡腾片速溶效果好,食用方便,更容易为人体吸收。

下面通过实施例对本发明进行阐述,但并不限制本发明。
本发明各实施例中:
本发明各实施例中红枣益生菌泡腾片中活菌数量的测定:
取2.5片红枣益生菌泡腾片,加入22.5mL稀释液,均质,按10倍系列稀释,选取2~3个适宜稀释度的样品均液,各取1mL分别加入无菌培养皿中,每皿加入15~20mL平板计数琼脂培养基,混匀,培养,计算菌落总数,按照国家规定的GB4789.2-2010检测方法测定。
实施例1
一种红枣益生菌泡腾片的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
a.复合益生菌菌粉的制备
采用乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌菌粉在粉体混合机中混合5min,制备成复合益生菌菌粉,乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的比例为1:1:2:2:2:2;
b.红枣酵素粉的制备
超声清洗200g红枣,去核,放入微波真空干燥箱中,微波功率1000W,真空度-0.09MPa,使红枣的水分≤5%,将干燥后的红枣粉碎为30目的粒度,然后用球磨粉碎机粉碎,球料质量比为9:1,研磨时间为15h,公转盘转速为400r/min,粉碎后过325目筛,加入其质量3倍去离子水搅拌,微波辅助提取1h,微波功率为80W,浸提2次,在温度20℃下,向红枣溶液中接种0.12%的酵母菌,放在40℃培养箱中发酵5h后。收集红枣液,放入微波真空冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,微波功率800W,真空度0.6MPa,温度-30℃,干燥后红枣酵素的水分≤5%;
c.配料,以重量百分比计
将益生菌菌粉0.1%、红枣酵素粉10%、复合酸味剂19%、复合甜味剂0.9%、麦芽糊精50%、硬酯酸镁0%放在粉体混合机中混合5min,采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒;再将碳酸氢钠10%和碳酸氢钾10%同样在粉体混合机中混合5min,采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,以上乙醇溶液中乙醇与水的体积比例为4:1;
d.真空干燥、压片成型
将上述造粒后的物料过18目筛得湿颗粒,放在真空干燥箱中干燥,使物料的水分含量≤5%,然后将干燥后的物料在压片机中压片成型,每片1g,得到所述绿茶益生菌泡腾片。
包装:采用包装机包装后贮存。
产品中活菌数量1.6×106CFU/g
实施例2
一种红枣益生菌泡腾片的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
a.复合益生菌菌粉的制备
采用乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌菌粉在粉体混合机中混合8min,制备成复合益生菌菌粉,乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的比例为1:1:2:2:2:4;
b.红枣酵素粉的制备
超声清洗200g红枣,去核,放入微波真空干燥箱中,微波功率2000W,真空度-0.06MPa,使红枣的水分≤5%,将干燥后的红枣粉碎为40目的粒度,然后用球磨粉碎机粉碎,球料质量比为10∶1,研磨时间为18h,公转盘转速为400r/min,粉碎后过325目筛,加入其质量7倍去离子水搅拌,微波辅助提取1h,微波功率为400W,浸提2次,在温度25℃下,向红枣溶液中接种0.12%的酵母菌,放在41℃培养箱中发酵15h后。收集红枣液,放入微波真空冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,微波功率1000W,真空度0.6MPa,温度-30℃,干燥后红枣酵素的水分≤5%;
c.配料,以重量百分比计
将益生菌菌粉0.3%、红枣酵素粉15%、复合酸味剂13%、复合甜味剂0.7%、麦芽糊精40%、硬酯酸镁1%放在粉体混合机中混合10min,采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒;再将碳酸氢钠15%和碳酸氢钾15%同样在粉体混合机中混合10min,采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,以上乙醇溶液中乙醇与水的体积比例为4:3;
d.真空干燥、压片成型
将上述造粒后的物料过18目筛得湿颗粒,放在真空干燥箱中干燥,使物料的水分含量≤5%,然后将干燥后的物料在压片机中压片成型,每片1g,得到所述红枣益生菌泡腾片。
包装:采用包装机包装后贮存。
产品中活菌数量3.2×106CFU/g
实施例3
a.复合益生菌菌粉的制备
采用乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌菌粉在粉体混合机中混合15min,制备成复合益生菌菌粉,乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的比例为1:1:2:2:2:6;
b.红枣酵素粉的制备
超声清洗红枣,去核,放入微波真空干燥箱中,微波功率3000W,真空度-0.03MPa,使红枣的水分≤5%,将干燥后的红枣粉碎为50目的粒度,然后用球磨粉碎机粉碎,球料质量比为12∶1,研磨时间为20h,公转盘转速为400r/min,粉碎后过325目筛,加入其质量10倍去离子水搅拌,微波辅助提取1h,微波功率为800W,浸提2次,在温度30℃下,向红枣溶液中接种0.12%的酵母菌,放在42℃培养箱中发酵20h后。收集红枣液,放入微波真空冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,微波功率1200W,真空度0.6MPa,温度-30℃,干燥后红枣酵素的水分≤5%;
c.配料,以重量百分比计
将益生菌菌粉0.5%、红枣酵素粉20%、复合酸味剂8%、复合甜味剂1%、麦芽糊精30%、硬酯酸镁0.5%在粉体混合机中混合15min后采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,再将碳酸氢钠20%和碳酸氢钾20%同样在粉体混合机中混合15min,采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,以上乙醇溶液中乙醇与水的体积比例为4:6;
d.真空干燥、压片成型
将上述造粒后的物料过18目筛得湿颗粒,放在真空干燥箱中干燥,使物料的水分含量≤5%,然后将干燥后的物料在压片机中压片成型,每片1g,得到所述红枣益生菌泡腾片。
包装:采用包装机包装后贮存。
产品中活菌数量5.8×106CFU/g

Claims (4)
1.一种红枣益生菌泡腾片,其特征在于按质量百分比计算,由以下原料制备而成:
复合益生菌菌粉0.1~0.5%、
红枣酵素粉10~20%,
复合酸味剂8~19%、
复合甜味剂0.7~1%、
麦芽糊精30~50%、
硬酯酸镁0~1%、
碳酸氢钠10~20%、
碳酸氢钾10~20%。
2.权利要求1所述的一种红枣益生菌泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.一个制备复合益生菌菌粉的步骤;将乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌菌粉在粉体混合机中混合5~15min,制备成复合益生菌菌粉,所述的乳双歧杆菌、两歧双杆菌、嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌的质量比为1:1:2:2:2:2~6;
b.一个制备红枣酵素粉的步骤;将红枣超声清洗,去核,放入微波真空干燥箱中,微波功率1000~3000W,真空度-0.09~-0.03MPa,使红枣的水分≤5%,将干燥后的红枣粉碎为30~50目的粒度,然后用球磨粉碎机粉碎,球料质量比为9~12:1,研磨时间为15~20h,公转盘转速为400r/min,粉碎后过325目筛,加入其质量3~10倍去离子水,微波辅助提取1h,微波功率为80~800W,浸提,在温度20~30℃下,向红枣溶液中接种质量百分比为0.12%的酵母菌,放在40~42℃培养箱中发酵5~20h后,收集红枣液,放入微波真空冷冻干燥箱中进行干燥,微波功率800~1200W,真空度0.6MPa,温度-30℃,干燥后红枣酵素的水分≤5%;
c.一个配料和造粒的步骤,按照质量百分比称取取复合益生菌菌粉、红枣酵素粉、复合酸味剂、复合甜味剂、麦芽糊精、硬酯酸镁、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾,将红枣酵素粉、复合酸味剂、复合甜味剂、麦芽糊精、硬酯酸镁、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾粉碎过100目筛,将复合益生菌菌粉、复合酸味剂、复合甜味剂、麦芽糊精、硬酯酸镁放于粉体混合机中混合5~15min,然后采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,再将碳酸氢钠和碳酸氢钾同样在粉体混合机中混合5~15min后采用乙醇溶液湿法造粒,上述乙醇溶液中乙醇与水的体积比为4:1~6;
d.一个真空干燥、压片成型的步骤,将上述造粒后的物料过18目筛得湿颗粒,放在真空干燥箱中干燥,使物料的水分含量≤5%,然后将干燥后的物料在压片机中压片成型,得到所述红枣益生菌泡腾片。
3.如权利要求1所述一种红枣益生菌泡腾片,其特征在于:复配酸味剂由柠檬酸、苹果酸和富马酸组成,所述的柠檬酸、苹果酸和富马酸的质量比为1:0.4:0.05。
4.如权利要求1所述一种红枣益生菌泡腾片,其特征在于:复配甜味剂由蔗糖、低聚麦芽糖和木糖醇组成,蔗糖、低聚麦芽糖和木糖醇的质量比为1.2:1:0.07。
