Abstract
本发明公开了一种油基悬浮剂及其制备方法和用途。所述油基悬浮剂包括如下组分:A组分:至少一种室温下为固体的螺虫乙酯活性物;B组分:至少一种通式为R1‑COO‑R2和/或R1‑COO‑R2‑OOC‑R1的脂肪酸酯;C组分:至少一种非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;D组分:任选的一种或至少两种选自乳化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂或惰性填充材料的添加剂。本发明制备的油基悬浮剂能有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长问题,大大的抑制了螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒的粒径增长,提升了螺虫乙酯的活性,与常规制剂相比获得了更高的活性,减少了螺虫乙酯的使用量。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,涉及一种油基悬浮剂及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
螺虫乙酯是拜耳公司开发的季酮酸类化合物,是迄今具有双向内吸传导性能的现代杀虫剂之一。该化合物可以在整个植物体内向上向下移动,抵达叶面和树皮,从而防治如生菜和白菜内叶上及果树皮上的害虫。这种独特的内吸性能可以保护新生茎、叶和根部,防止害虫的卵和幼虫生长。其另一个特点是持效期长,可提供长达8周的有效防治。
因为螺虫乙酯具有双向内吸传导性能,所以把螺虫乙酯制备成油基悬浮剂是最优选择。已知公开了许多种活性农业化学品物质的无水悬浮剂浓缩物。例如,EP0789999描述了一种此类制剂,该制剂除了活性物和油之外,还含有一种经疏水化的硅酸铝盐增稠剂。这制剂的稳定性好,但缺点是必须有增稠剂,这会是生产过程更加复杂,加工成本和能耗增加。
此外,US6165940公开了一种无水悬浮剂浓缩液,其中除了活性成分、渗透剂和表面活性剂外,还存在一种有机溶剂,合适的此类溶剂包括液体石蜡或植物油脂。然而,该无水悬浮剂浓缩液在贮存过程中存在严重的粒径增长风险。
CN100435637C公开了一种油基悬浮浓缩液,其中除了室温下为固体的活性农业化学品物质、链烷醇烷氧基化物和非离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂外,也是用了植物油或矿物油,同样存在严重的粒径增长风险。
CN100548124C公开了一种油基悬浮液,其中含有式I结构的活性物、渗透剂和非离子和/或阴离子表面活性剂外,也是用了植物油,同样存在严重的粒径增长风险。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种油基悬浮剂及其制备方法和用途。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种油基悬浮剂,所述油基悬浮剂包括如下组分:
A组分:至少一种室温下为固体的螺虫乙酯活性物;
B组分:至少一种通式为R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1的脂肪酸酯,其中R1为具有10-25个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1-10个碳原子的烷基;
C组分:至少一种非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
D组分:任选的一种或至少两种选自乳化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂或惰性填充材料的添加剂。
在本发明中通过对于油基悬浮剂的组分进行特定选择,尤其是选择使用脂肪酸酯成分,使得油基悬浮剂能有效的控制螺虫乙酯在贮存过程中粒径增长问题,大大抑制了螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒的粒径增长,提高了制剂的稳定性,提高螺虫乙酯的作用效果。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂不含增稠剂(例如植物油或矿物油),但却能够表现出优异的稳定性,尤其是能够提高含有螺虫乙酯活性物的制剂的稳定性。
优选地,所述油基悬浮剂包括如下重量百分比的组分:0.1-30%的所述A组分,20-90%的所述B组分、1-30%的所述C组分和0-40%的所述D组分。
在本发明中,通过特定用量的各组分的相互配合,使得油基悬浮剂的组分间达到较佳的配合状态,有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长问题,抑制螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒的粒径增长,提高制剂的稳定性。
优选地,所述油基悬浮剂中所述脂肪酸酯优选通式R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1的酯,其中R1为具有10至25个碳原子的直链或支链烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1-10个碳原子的直链或支链烷基。符合上述结构的酯通常为C1-C10烷基的一元醇或二元醇与脂肪酸形成的C10-C25的脂肪酸酯。所述的C1-C10烷基的一元醇或二元醇可以是甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇或己二醇等。所述的脂肪酸优选为具有偶数个碳原子的脂肪酸,例如可以是葵酸、芥酸、月桂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻油酸或花生酸等。
优选地,所述B组分中R1为具有12-20个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,例如12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19或20碳原子,进一步优选具有12-18个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基;R2为具有2-8个碳原子的烷基,例如2、3、5、6、7或8个碳原子,进一步优选具有2-6个碳原子的烷基。
优选地,所述烷基为直链烷基或支链烷基。
优选地,所述的油基悬浮剂,所述B组分为油酸乙酯、油酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、棕榈酸乙二酯或亚油酸戊二酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂选自环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的聚合反应物、甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、烷基糖苷、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基芳基乙氧基化物、聚氧乙烯去水山梨醇单月桂酸酯和一部分聚氧乙烯双去水山梨醇单月桂酸酯的混合物(Tween系列)的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐(Borresperse NA)、琥珀酸磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的硫酸盐、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的磷酸盐或聚羧酸盐中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,所述乳化剂为烷基酚与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的反应物、乙氧基化的壬基酚、蓖麻油乙氧基化物、多烷氧基化的醇的混合物(Atlox 4894)、烷基钙盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脱水山梨醇衍生物或聚环氧乙烷-脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,合适的消泡剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质,优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,优选硅氧烷消泡剂。
在本发明中,合适的防腐剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质,优选地,所述防腐剂选自Proxel系列和/或Nipacide系列防腐剂。
在本发明中,合适的抗氧化剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质,优选地,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
在本发明中,合适的着色剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质,优选地,所述着色剂为二氧化钛、氧化锌、蓝颜料或Pigment Red BBN(即耐晒大红BBN)中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,合适的惰性材料包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的、但不起增稠剂作用的物质,优选地,所述惰性填充材料为尿素、硅酸盐、硫酸盐或氧化物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,所述氧化物为金属氧化物和/或非金属氧化物。
在本发明中,所述A组分、B组分、C组分和D组分的量可在较宽的范围内。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂中A组分的重量百分比为0.1-30%,例如0.1%、0.8%、2%、5%、6.9%、8.4%、9.6%、12.9%、15%、17%、19.6%、21.3%、25%、27.8%或30%,优选5-25%。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂中B组分的重量百分比为20-90%,例如20%、25%、32%、40%、50%、55%、60%、68%、72%、80%、85%、90%,优选40-80%。
在本发明中,通过所述B组分中的酯的任意一种或至少两种组合,避免使用传统的植物油,当所述B组分含量范围在优选40-80%时,能够更加有效地降低粒径增长风险,克服贮存过程中遇到的问题。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂中C组分的重量百分比为1-30%,例如1%、2%、5%、7%、8.6%、10.4%、12%、14%、15%、16.4%、17.9%、19%、21%、23.1%、25%、28%或30%,优选2-20%。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂中D组分的重量百分比为0-40%,例如0%、2%、5%、7%、9.6%、11.4%、13%、16%、17.4%、20%、25%、27%、30%、34%、37%或40%,优选0-30%。
另一方面,本发明提供一种所述的油基悬浮剂的制备方法,所述制备方法为:将所述A组分、B组分、C组分和D组分搅拌混合,成分彼此混合的顺序是任意的,研磨得到所述油基悬浮剂。
在本发明中,成分彼此以任意顺序混合,达到了制备过程简便,减少了加工成本的效果。
优选地,所述研磨在10-50℃下进行,例如10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃或50℃,优选15-40℃。
在本发明中,研磨温度条件温和,减少了生产过程的能源消耗,降低了生产成本。
优选地,所述研磨为研磨至所述油基悬浮剂的固体颗粒的平均尺寸小于10μm,例如0.4μm、0.8μm、1μm、2μm、3.4μm、5μm、6μm、7μm、8μm、9μm或10μm,优选1-5μm。
在本发明中,所述油基悬浮剂固体颗粒平均尺寸小于10μm,所述油基悬浮剂在常温贮存和/或热贮条件下,颗粒粒径变化很小,增长相对缓慢,较长时间内保持稳定。
另一方面,本发明提供一种喷雾液,所述喷雾液包括如上所述的油基悬浮剂。
在本发明中,通过用水稀释,可将本发明的油基悬浮液转化为均一的喷雾液。喷雾液通过常规的方法施用,例如通过喷雾、注射、点滴或倾倒进行施用。
本发明所述的油基悬浮剂,当用水稀释其浓缩液时,既没有明显的乳状液分层,也没有破坏性的絮凝作用,有非常良好的理化性质。
另一方面,本发明提供了如上所述的油基悬浮剂施用于植物和/或其生长环境的用途。
本发明的油基悬浮剂施用于植物时,能够被植物吸收,增强植物施用部位对于油基悬浮剂的渗透,提高施用效率,增强螺虫乙酯活性物的生物利用度,降低其用量。
另一方面,本发明提供了如上所述的油基悬浮剂用于防治昆虫的用途。
本发明的油基悬浮剂稳定性好,能够提高其药剂活性成分螺虫乙酯的活性,提高对于昆虫的防治效果。
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为鳞翅目害虫、双翅目害虫、半翅目害虫或同翅日害虫中的任意一种或至少两种。

半翅目和同翅目害虫,如白背飞虱(Sogatellafurcifera Horvrath)、白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)、吹绵蚧(Ieryapurchasi Maskell)、吹棉蚧(Iceryapurchasi)、大豆蚜(Aphis glycines)、稻飞虱(Nilapar飞rata lugens)、稻褐飞虱(Nilaparvratalugens)、甘蓝蚜(Brevicoryne brassicae)、甘薯粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)、柑桔木虱(Diaphorina citri)、黑尾叶蝉(Nephotettix nigropictus)、红蜡蚧(Ceroplastesrubens)、红圆蚧(Aonidiella aurantii)、灰飞虱(Laodelphaxstriatellus)、豇豆蚜(Aphis craccivrora Koch)、麦长管蚜(Macrosiphum avenae)、苹果蚜(Aphis pomi)、苹木虱(Psylla mali)、桃短尾蚜(Brachycaudus persicae)、桃蚜(Myzuspersicae Sulzer)、豌豆蚜(Acyrthisiphon pisum Harris)、温室白粉虱(Trialeurodes vaporariorum)、烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci Gennadius)、叶蝉(Empoascaspp.)、玉米花翅飞虱(Peregrinus maidis)、玉米蜡蝉(Peregrinus maidisAshmead)、玉米蚜(Rhopalosiphum maidis)、纵条稻飞虱(Sogatodes orizicola Muir)。
本发明的油基浓缩液特别适用于防治烟粉虱、飞虱、蚜虫、介壳虫、蓟马、稻纵卷叶螟、三化螟、红蜘蛛、斜纹夜蛾、菜青虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、黄条跳甲或茶小绿叶蝉。进一步特别适合用于防治烟粉虱和/或飞虱。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的油基悬浮剂与现有组成相似的制剂相比,能有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长,解决了螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒粒径增长的问题,提高了油基悬浮剂的长期贮存稳定性。
(2)本发明中油基悬浮剂克服常规条件的束缚,不含增稠剂,表现出优异的稳定性,尤其适合用于含有螺虫乙酯活性物的制剂稳定性的增强。
(3)本发明中所述的油基悬浮剂,当用水稀释其浓缩液时,既没有明显的乳状液分层,也没有破坏性的絮凝作用,有非常良好的理化性质。
(4)本发明的油基悬浮剂提升了螺虫乙酯的生物活性,与常规制剂相比,具有更高的活性,这样能够减少螺虫乙酯的使用量,增强螺虫乙酯活性物的生物利用度,降低成本,并且对烟粉虱具有良好的防治效果,高浓度给药25天后对飞虱成虫的防治效果可达到95%以上,对飞虱若虫的防治效果可达85%以上。
(5)本发明中的制备方法简单,易于操作,有利于进行工业化规模生产,降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
以下实施例中所用物质本领域技术人员均可通过常规渠道获得。
实施例1
在本实施例中,油基悬浮剂包括如下组分:
制备方法如下:在室温搅拌下任意顺序混合以上物质,搅拌均匀得到悬浮液,在45摄氏度下经砂磨机一级粗磨,二级细磨,得到悬浮颗粒平均粒径尺寸小于3μm的油基悬浮剂。
对比例1
在本对比例中,油基悬浮剂包括如下组分:
制备方法如下:在室温搅拌下任意顺序混合以上物质,搅拌均匀得到悬浮液,在45摄氏度下经砂磨机一级粗磨,二级细磨,得到悬浮颗粒平均粒径尺寸小于3μm的油基悬浮剂。
按以上相同配置方法制备实施例2-7和对比例2-7,其成分以及用量如表1所示。

将上述实施例1-7制备的样品和对比例1-7样品测试长期贮存粒径增长比较。测试方法:将上述7个样品放置在54℃烘箱中放置14天、28天后用马尔文粒径仪测试贮存前后粒径大小,具体实验结果如下表2:

表2的实验数据表明本发明的螺虫乙酯油悬悬浮液有效的控制了悬浮颗粒长期贮存的粒剂增长速度,提高了油基悬浮剂的稳定性。
应用例1
在该应用例中,对以上实施例1-7以及对比例1-7制备的样品进行生物活性测试,方法如下:
试验对象:茄子白飞虱
采用上述实施例1-7、对比例1-7样品进行试验,在茄树种植区域采用喷雾法,在低龄虫高峰期施药,正反面均匀喷雾,每个处理重复3次。
成虫调查采用每个区域标定5株茄树,每株标定2个大枝,在清晨成虫不活跃时调查大枝上成虫数。
若虫调查采用在未标定的5株茄树的上中下各采集3片叶子,共15片,分别记录这15片叶子上的若虫数。
调查给药后7、14、30天以后植株上的成虫数和若虫数。
药效计算方法:
对白飞虱成虫防效(防治效果)结果如表3所示:

表3显示,本发明的螺虫乙酯油基浓缩液对白飞虱成虫有优异的防治效果,高剂量给药25天后对白飞虱成虫的防治效果可达到95%以上。
对白飞虱若虫的防治效果如表4所示

表4表明本发明的螺虫乙酯油基浓缩液对白飞虱若虫有优异的防治效果,高剂量给药25天后其对飞虱若虫的防治效果可达85%以上。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的油基悬浮剂及其制备方法和用途,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种油基悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述油基悬浮剂包括如下组分:
A组分:至少一种室温下为固体的螺虫乙酯活性物;
B组分:至少一种通式为R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1的脂肪酸酯,其中R1为具有10-25个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1-10个碳原子的烷基;
C组分:至少一种非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
D组分:任选的一种或至少两种选自乳化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂或惰性填充材料的添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述油基浓缩液包括如下重量百分比的组分:0.1~30%的所述A组分、20-90%的所述B组分、1~30%的所述C组分、0~40%的所述D组分。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油基悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述B组分中R1为具有12-20个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,优选具有12-18个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基;R2为具有2-8个碳原子的烷基,优选具有2-6个碳原子的烷基;
优选地,所述烷基为直链烷基或支链烷基。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述B组分为油酸乙酯、油酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、棕榈酸乙二酯或亚油酸戊二酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的聚合物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基芳基乙氧基化物或吐温中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐、琥珀酸磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的硫酸盐、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的磷酸盐或聚羧酸盐中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述油基悬浮剂中A组分的重量百分比为5-25%;
优选地,所述油基悬浮剂中B组分的重量百分比为40-80%;
优选地,所述油基悬浮剂中C组分的重量百分比为2-20%;
优选地,所述油基悬浮剂中D组分的重量百分比0-30%。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:将所述A组分、B组分、C组分和D组分搅拌混合,研磨得到所述油基悬浮剂;
优选地,所述研磨在10-50℃下进行,优选15-40℃;
优选地,所述研磨为研磨至所述油基悬浮剂的固体颗粒的平均尺寸小于10μm,优选1-5μm。
8.一种喷雾液,其特征在于,所述喷雾液包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂。
9.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基悬浮剂施用于植物和/或其生长环境的用途。
10.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基浓缩液用于防治昆虫的用途;
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为鳞翅目害虫、双翅目害虫、半翅目害虫或同翅目害虫中的任意一种或至少两种;
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为烟粉虱和/或飞虱。
