Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,涉及一种油基浓缩液及其制备方法和用途。
背景技术
螺虫乙酯是拜耳公司开发的季酮酸类化合物,是迄今具有双向内吸传导性能的现代杀虫剂之一。该化合物可以在整个植物体内向上向下移动,抵达叶面和树皮,从而防治如生菜和白菜内叶上及果树皮上的害虫。这种独特的内吸性能可以保护新生茎、叶和根部,防止害虫的卵和幼虫生长。其另一个特点是持效期长,可提供长达8周的有效防治。
吡丙醚是苯醚类扰乱昆虫生长的昆虫生长调节剂,属保幼激素类似物的新型杀虫剂,具有内吸转移活性、低毒,持效期长,对作物安全,对鱼类低毒,对生态环境影响小的特点。对梨木虱、烟粉虱、介壳虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、梨黄木虱和蓟马等有良好的防治效果,同时本品对苍蝇、蚊虫等卫生害虫具有很好的防治效果。具有抑制蚊、蝇幼虫化蛹和羽化作用。蚊、蝇幼虫接触该药剂,基本上都在蛹期死亡,不能羽化。该药剂持效期长达1个月左右,且使用方便,无异味,是较好的灭蚊、蝇药物。
目前关于螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配的制剂专利也有报道,CN103283787A公开了螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配组合,同时提及制备复配的剂型包括可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、水乳剂、微乳剂和微囊悬浮剂。可实际制备过程中以上剂型或多或少都会遇到困难。比如因为吡丙醚原药熔点为45-47℃,制备可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂或悬浮剂都会因为熔点太低不适合或者无法加工,且以上制剂制备出的产品都会在54℃热贮下因原药熔化而导致产品失败,理论上不可行。制备成微囊悬浮剂、微胶囊悬浮剂-悬浮剂虽然理论上是可行的,但因为微胶囊技术复杂,对加工设备要求高、成本高,而不被研发人员采用。制备成水乳剂、微乳剂虽然技术相对简单成熟、成本低,但该方法受限于螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚的溶解性和溶解度,很难制备高含量的复配制剂,尤其是含量总和大于30%的复配制剂,且或多或少用到对环境不友好的溶剂而被市场所淘汰。
因此,目前市场上迫切需要研制出环境友好,粒径和剂型稳定,加工工艺简单,制备成本低的优良制剂。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种油基浓缩液及其制备方法和用途。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一方面,本发明提供一种油基浓缩液,所述油基浓缩液包括如下组分:
a组分:至少一种室温下为固体的螺虫乙酯活性物;
b组分:至少一种室温下为固体的吡丙醚活性物;
c组分:至少一种具有通式R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1脂肪酸酯,其中R1为具有10~25个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1~10个碳原子的烷基;
d组分:至少一种非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
任选地e组分:一种或至少两种选自乳化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂或惰性填充材料的添加剂;
其中吡丙醚是以分子状态溶解于c组分中,螺虫乙酯是以颗粒状态悬浮于c组分中。
在本发明中,通过对油基浓缩液的组分进行特定选择搭配,尤其是使用脂肪酸酯成分,使得油基浓缩液能有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长问题,大大抑制了螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒的粒径增长,提高了制剂的稳定性,提升了螺虫乙酯的作用效果,同时吡丙醚能以分子状态稳定的存在于浓缩液中,不会有晶体析出,两者活性物之间互不影响,保持各自的状态于浓缩物中,增强了复配效果。
在本发明中,在螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚进行复配的油基浓缩液中,不含增稠剂(例如植物油或矿物油),但却能够表现出优异的稳定性,提高了含有螺虫乙酯和吡丙醚活性物制剂的稳定性。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩物单个组分的含量可在较宽的范围内。
优选地,所述油基浓缩液包括如下重量百分比的组分:0.1~30%的所述a组分、0.1~30%的所述b组分、20~90%的所述c组分、1~30%的所述d组分和0~40%的所述e组分;
在本发明中,通过特定用量的各组分相互配合,使得油基浓缩液的组分间达到较佳的配合状态,有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长问题,抑制螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒的粒径增长,提高制剂的稳定性。
优选地,所述螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚重量配比为1:10~10:1,例如1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、1:5、1:6、1:7、1:8、1:9、1:10、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1、6:1、7:1、8:1、9:1或10:1,优选1:5~5:1。
在本发明中,当所述螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚重量配比为1:10~10:1时,两者可以各自保持更加优良的活性,以各自的状态存在于浓缩液中,能够产生良好的复配效果。
本发明中,所述油基浓缩液能完全溶解吡丙醚,使吡丙醚以分子状态存在,并且能够使螺虫乙酯颗粒悬浮。所述c组分优选通式R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1脂肪酸酯。其中R1为具有10至25个碳原子的直链或支链烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1-10个碳原子的直链或支链烷基。符合上述结构的脂肪酸酯通常为C1-C10烷基的一元醇或二元醇与脂肪酸形成的C10-C25的脂肪酸酯。所述的C1-C10烷基的一元醇或二元醇可以是乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇或己二醇等。所述的脂肪酸优选为具有偶数个碳原子的脂肪酸,例如可以是葵酸、芥酸、月桂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻油酸或花生酸等。
优选地,所述c组分中R1为具有12~20个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,例如12、13、14、15、16、17、18、19或20碳原子,进一步优选具有12~18个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基;R2为具有2~8个碳原子的烷基,例如2、3、4、5、6、7或8个碳原子,进一步优选具有2~6个碳原子的烷基。
优选地,所述烷基为直链烷基或支链烷基。
优选地,所述c组分为油酸乙酯、油酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、棕榈酸乙二酯或亚油酸戊二酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,上述脂肪酸酯或其组合能够调节油基浓缩液的稳定性,能够有效抑制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径的增长。
优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂选自甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的聚合物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基芳基乙氧基化物或吐温中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,所述非离子表面活性剂具有分散、乳化和增溶等作用。
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐(Borresperse NA)、琥珀酸磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的硫酸盐、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的磷酸盐或聚羧酸盐中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,所述阴离子表面活性剂具有澄清净化作用。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液中a组分的重量百分比为0.1~30%,例如0.1%、0.8%、2%、5%、6.9%、8.4%、9.6%、11%、12.9%、15%、17%、18%、19.5%、21.2%、25%、27.5%或30%,优选5~20%。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液中b组分的重量百分比为0.1~30%,例如0.1%、0.8%、2%、5%、6.9%、8.4%、9.6%、11%、12.9%、15%、17%、18%、19.5%、21.2%、25%、27.5%或30%,优选5~20%。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液中c组分的重量百分比为20~90%,例如20%、21%、25%、32%、40%、50%、55%、60%、68%、72%、80%、85%或90%,优选30~80%;
在本发明中,通过使用所述c组分中的酯的任意一种或至少两种组合,能够避免传统植物油的添加。当所述c组分含量范围在优选30~80%时,既能够完全溶解吡丙醚,又能悬浮螺虫乙酯颗粒,更加有效地避免了粒径增长风险,克服贮存过程中遇到的问题。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液中d组分的重量百分比为1~30%,例如1%、2%、5%、7%、8.7%、10.5%、12%、14%、15%、16.4%、17.5%、19%、21%、23.2%、25%、28%或30%,优选5~25%。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液中e组分的重量百分比为0~40%,例如0%、2%、5%、7%、9.2%、11%、15%、17%、19%、20%、23%、25%、27%、30%、34%、37%或40%,优选0~30%。
优选地,所述乳化剂为烷基酚与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的反应物、乙氧基化的壬基酚、蓖麻油乙氧基化物、多烷氧基化的醇的混合物、烷基钙盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、脱水山梨醇衍生物或聚环氧乙烷脱水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,合适的消泡剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质。优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂,优选硅氧烷消泡剂。
在本发明中,合适的防腐剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质。优选地,所述防腐剂选自Proxel系列和/或Nipacide系列防腐剂。
在本发明中,合适的抗氧化剂包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质。优选地,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)。
在本发明中,合适的着色剂所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的的物质。优选地,所述着色剂为二氧化钛、珠光粉、氧化锌、蓝颜料或Pigment RedBBN(即耐晒大红BBN)中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
在本发明中,合适的惰性材料包括所有的在农业化学组合物中常用于此目的、但不起增稠剂作用的物质。优选地,所述惰性填充材料为尿素、硅酸盐、硫酸盐或氧化物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
优选地,所述氧化物为金属氧化物和/或非金属氧化物。
另一方面,本发明还提供一种所述的油基浓缩液的制备方法,所述制备方法为:将所述a组分、b组分、c组分、d组分和任选的e组分搅拌混合,研磨得到所述油基浓缩液。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液是将b组分经过搅拌完全溶解于c组分中,而后将a组分、d组分和e组分以任意顺序加入到上述混合液中得到悬浮体,再经充分研磨得到油基浓缩液。
优选地,所述研磨在10-50℃下进行,例如10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃、45℃或50℃,优选15-45℃。
优选地,所述研磨为研磨至所述油基浓缩液的固体颗粒粒径D90≤10μm,例如0.4μm、0.8μm、1μm、2μm、3μm、4μm、5μm、6μm、7μm、8μm、9μm或10μm,优选D90≤5μm。
在本发明中,所述油基浓缩液固体颗粒平均尺寸小于10μm,在常温贮存和/或热贮条件下,颗粒粒径变化很小,增长相对缓慢,较长时间内保持稳定。
在本发明中,所述制备方法与现有的微胶囊悬浮剂或者微胶囊悬浮剂-悬浮剂的制备方法相比配方成本低,工艺简单,对设备要求低,加工效率高。
另一方面,本发明提供一种喷雾液,所述喷雾液包括如上所述的油基浓缩液。
本发明中,通过用水稀释,可将本发明油基浓缩液转化为均一的喷雾液。所述喷雾液通过常规的方法施用,例如通过喷雾、注射、点滴或倾倒进行施用。
在本发明中,当用水稀释所述油基浓缩液时,既没有明显的乳状液分层,也没有破坏性的絮凝作用,也没有吡丙醚的析晶现象,具有非常良好的理化性质。
另一方面,本发明提供一种如上所述的油基浓缩液施用于植物和/或其生长环境的用途。
本发明的油基浓缩液施用于植物时,能够被植物吸收,增强植物施用部位对于油基浓缩液的渗透,提高施用效率,增强螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配活性物的生物利用度,降低其利用量。
另一方面,本发明提供一种如上所述的油基浓缩液用于防治昆虫的用途。
本发明的油基浓缩液稳定性高,能够提高其主要活性成分中螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配的活性,提升对于昆虫的防治效果。
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为鳞翅目害虫、双翅目害虫、半翅目害虫或同翅目害虫中的任意一种或至少两种。

本发明的油基浓缩液特别适用于防治烟粉虱、飞虱、蚜虫、介壳虫、蓟马、稻纵卷叶螟、三化螟、红蜘蛛、斜纹夜蛾、菜青虫、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、黄条跳甲或茶小绿叶蝉。进一步特别适合用于防治烟粉虱和/或飞虱。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的油基浓缩液,与其他现有剂型相比,能有效的控制螺虫乙酯在储存过程中粒径增长解决了螺虫乙酯悬浮颗粒粒径增长的问题,同时吡丙醚能以分子状态稳定的存在于浓缩液中,不会有晶体析出,两者活性物之间不相互影响,保持各自的状态于浓缩物中,更大程度的保持与发挥了两者的生物活性。
(2)本发明的油基浓缩液,克服常规条件的束缚,不含有增稠剂植物油或矿物油,具有非常良好的稳定性,尤其适合用于提高螺虫乙酯活性物与吡丙醚复配制剂的稳定性。
(3)本发明的油基浓缩液,具有良好的理化性质。当用水稀释本发明的浓缩液时,既没有明显的乳状液分层,也没有破坏性的絮凝作用,而且避免了吡丙醚的析晶现象。
(4)本发明的油基浓缩液,提升了螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚的生物活性,减少二者的使用量,增强生物利用度,最终降低成本,并且对烟粉虱具有良好的防治效果,高浓度给药25天后对烟粉虱成虫的防治效果可达到95%以上,对烟粉虱若虫的防治效果可达85%以上。
(5)本发明的油基浓缩液制备方法工艺简单,对设备要求低,加工效率高,利于进行工业化规模生产,大大降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。本领域技术人员应该明了,所述实施例仅仅是帮助理解本发明,不应视为对本发明的具体限制。
以下实施例中所用物质本领域技术人员均可通过常规渠道获得。
实施例1
在本实施例中,油基浓缩液包括如下组分:
制备方法如下:将吡丙醚加入到油酸乙酯中,充分搅拌使吡丙醚完全溶解在油酸乙酯中。其他物料任意顺序加入到上述混合液中,搅拌均匀得到悬浮液。在45℃以下经砂磨机一级粗磨,二级细磨,得到悬浮颗粒D90小于5μm的油基浓缩液。
对比例1
在本对比例中,油基浓缩液包括如下组分:
制备方法如下:将原物料任意顺序加入到大豆油中,搅拌均匀得到悬浮液。在45℃以下经砂磨机一级粗磨,二级细磨,得到悬浮颗粒D90小于5μm的油悬浮剂。
按以上相同配置方法制备实施例2-7和对比例2-7,其成分以及用量如表1所示。

在本对比例中,水基浓缩液包括如下组分:
制备方法如下:将除了黄原胶和生物杀菌剂以外的其他物料任意顺序加入到水中,搅拌均匀得到悬浮液。在45℃以下经砂磨机一级粗磨,二级细磨,得到悬浮颗粒D90小于5μm的水基浓缩液。再按比例加入黄原胶和生物杀菌剂,搅拌直至均匀,即得水悬浮剂。
将上述实施例1-7制备的样品和对比例1-8样品长期贮存,进行测试比较样品流动性和粒径增长比较。测试方法为:将上述7个样品放置在54℃烘箱中放置14天、28天后观察样品流动性和用马尔文粒径仪测试贮存前后粒径大小。具体流动性测量结果如表2,粒径测量结果如表3:

表2的实验表明常规的水悬浮剂和油悬浮剂,由于吡丙醚熔点较低,在54℃热贮条件下发生熔化,熔化的原药油滴相互聚合而导致样品理化性能发生变化。而本发明的油基浓缩液螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配制剂解决了这一问题。

表3的实验数据表明,本发明的螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配的油基浓缩液有效地控制了悬浮颗粒高温长期贮存的粒径增长速度,提高了油基浓缩液的稳定性。
应用例1
在该应用例中,对以上实施例1-7以及对比例1-8制备的样品进行生物活性测试,方法如下:
试验对象:番茄烟粉虱
采用上述实施例1-7、对比例1-8的样品进行试验,在番茄种植区域采用喷雾法,在低龄虫高峰期施药,正反面均匀喷雾,每个处理重复3次。
成虫调查采用每个区域标定8株番茄,每株标定2个大枝,在清晨成虫不活跃时调查大枝上成虫数。
若虫调查采用在未标定的5株番茄的上中下各采集3片叶子,共15片,分别记录这15片叶子上的若虫数。
调查给药后7、14、25天以后植株上的成虫数和若虫数。
药效计算方法:
对烟粉虱成虫防效(防治效果)结果如表4所示:

本发明的螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配的油基浓缩液对烟粉虱成虫有优异的防治效果,高剂量给药25天后对烟粉虱成虫的防治效果可达到95%以上。
对烟粉虱若虫的防治效果如表5所示:

本发明的螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚复配的油基浓缩液对烟粉虱若虫有优异的防治效果,高剂量给药25天后其对烟粉虱若虫的防治效果可达85%以上。

Claims (10)
1.一种油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述油基浓缩液包括如下组分:
a组分:至少一种室温下为固体的螺虫乙酯活性物;
b组分:至少一种室温下为固体的吡丙醚活性物;
c组分:至少一种具有通式R1-COO-R2和/或R1-COO-R2-OOC-R1脂肪酸酯,其中R1为具有10~25个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,R2为具有1~10个碳原子的烷基;
d组分:至少一种非离子表面活性剂和/或至少一种阴离子表面活性剂;
任选地e组分:一种或至少两种选自乳化剂、消泡剂、防腐剂、抗氧化剂、着色剂或惰性填充材料的添加剂;
其中吡丙醚是以分子状态溶解于c组分中,螺虫乙酯是以颗粒状态悬浮于c组分中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述油基浓缩液包括如下重量百分比的组分:0.1~30%的所述a组分、0.1~30%的所述b组分、20~90%的所述c组分、1~30%的所述d组分和0~40%的所述e组分;
优选地,所述螺虫乙酯与吡丙醚重量配比为1:10~10:1,优选1:5~5:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述c组分中R1为具有12~20个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基,优选具有12~18个碳原子的烷基和/或烯基;R2为具有2~8个碳原子的烷基,优选具有2~6个碳原子的烷基;
优选地,所述烷基为直链烷基或支链烷基。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述c组分为油酸乙酯、油酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、棕榈酸乙二酯或亚油酸戊二酯中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自甲基丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸酯的共聚物、脂肪醇与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的聚合物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷嵌段共聚物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚乙烯醇、烷基糖苷、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、烷基乙氧基化物、烷基芳基乙氧基化物或吐温中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自木质素磺酸盐、琥珀酸磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩聚物、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的硫酸盐、三苯乙烯乙氧基化物的磷酸盐或聚羧酸盐中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的油基浓缩液,其特征在于,所述油基浓缩液中a组分的重量百分比为5~20%;
优选地,所述油基浓缩液中b组分的重量百分比为5~20%;
优选地,所述油基浓缩液中c组分的重量百分比为30~80%;
优选地,所述油基浓缩液中d组分的重量百分比为2~20%;
优选地,所述油基浓缩液中e组分的重量百分比为0~30%。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基浓缩液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为:将所述a组分、b组分、c组分、d组分和任选的e组分搅拌混合,研磨得到所述油基浓缩液;
优选地,所述研磨在10-50℃下进行,优选15-45℃;
优选地,所述研磨为研磨至所述油基浓缩液的固体颗粒粒径D90≤10μm,优选D90≤5μm。
8.一种喷雾液,其特征在于,所述喷雾液包括如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基浓缩液。
9.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基浓缩液施用于植物和/或其生长环境的用途。
10.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的油基浓缩液用于防治昆虫的用途;
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为鳞翅目害虫、双翅目害虫、半翅目害虫或同翅目害虫中的任意一种或至少两种;
优选地,所述防治的昆虫为烟粉虱和/或飞虱。
