本发明涉及一种石油添加剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:油酸酰胺10‑15份、硫酸亚铁铵3‑5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4‑8份、RT‑9412油溶防锈剂3‑5份、十二烷基苯10‑16份、磺酸5‑8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2‑6份、石灰石6‑9份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯6‑12份、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺5‑10份。本发明材料易得,成本低,安全无毒害,润滑效果好,抗氧化能力强,乳化效果好,具有一定的耐腐蚀、防锈功效,稳定性强,提高流动性能,降低凝结度,具有优良的清净分散性,可抑制积炭和漆膜的生成,还具有抗氧化和抗磨性,摩擦系数高,热稳定性强,具有优秀的抗黄变性能,低气味,不结块,提高融合度。

本发明涉及添加剂领域,具体涉及一种石油添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前低硫化是社会环保意识提高的结果,含硫低意味着石油品质提高,芳烃和极性物含量降低,使用时更环保,由于低硫石油普遍采用较苛刻的加氢工艺,含氧、含氮化合物减少,自然润滑性能降低,引起了依靠石油为原材料的燃油本身来进行润滑的汽车喷油泵出现磨损,降低了其使用寿命。通过往石油中加入添加剂,使润滑性提高是广泛被接纳的做法,这类被称为抗磨剂的添加剂在使用上具有成本低,生产上具有容易实施、污染少的优点,在工业上已是主流做法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种石油添加剂及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种石油添加剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:油酸酰胺10-15份、硫酸亚铁铵3-5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4-8份、RT-9412油溶防锈剂3-5份、十二烷基苯10-16份、磺酸5-8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2-6份、石灰石6-9份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯6-12份、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺5-10份。
优选的,油酸酰胺采用植物油为原料提取。
优选的,其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将磺酸与石灰石进行磺化反应,生成磺酸钙,将磺酸钙与十二烷基苯进行缩合反应生成十二烷基苯磺酸钙;
B、常压下,将油酸酰胺、硫酸亚铁铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混合,搅拌速率为600-800r/min,搅拌均匀后分三次缓慢加入步骤A中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙,搅拌速率为300-350r/min,得混合物A;
C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为500-700r/min,在40-50℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为5000-8000r/min,时间为15-20min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明材料易得,成本低,安全无毒害,润滑效果好,抗氧化能力强,乳化效果好,具有一定的耐腐蚀、防锈功效,稳定性强,提高流动性能,降低凝结度,具有优良的清净分散性,可抑制积炭和漆膜的生成,还具有抗氧化和抗磨性,摩擦系数高,热稳定性强,具有优秀的抗黄变性能,低气味,不结块,提高融合度。

实施例1
一种石油添加剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:油酸酰胺12份、硫酸亚铁铵4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 5份、RT-9412油溶防锈剂4份、十二烷基苯14份、磺酸7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4份、石灰石7份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯10份、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺9份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将磺酸与石灰石进行磺化反应,生成磺酸钙,将磺酸钙与十二烷基苯进行缩合反应生成十二烷基苯磺酸钙;
B、常压下,将油酸酰胺、硫酸亚铁铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混合,搅拌速率为700r/min,搅拌均匀后分三次缓慢加入步骤A中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙,搅拌速率为350r/min,得混合物A;
C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为600r/min,在42℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为6000r/min,时间为18min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。
实施例2
一种石油添加剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:油酸酰胺13份、硫酸亚铁铵5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 6份、RT-9412油溶防锈剂3份、十二烷基苯11份、磺酸7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、石灰石8份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯12份、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺8份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将磺酸与石灰石进行磺化反应,生成磺酸钙,将磺酸钙与十二烷基苯进行缩合反应生成十二烷基苯磺酸钙;
B、常压下,将油酸酰胺、硫酸亚铁铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混合,搅拌速率为800r/min,搅拌均匀后分三次缓慢加入步骤A中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙,搅拌速率为300r/min,得混合物A;
C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为500r/min,在40℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为5000r/min,时间为15min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。

C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为500r/min,在50℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为8000r/min,时间为15min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。

一种石油添加剂及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:油酸酰胺14份、硫酸亚铁铵3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 8份、RT-9412油溶防锈剂3份、十二烷基苯16份、磺酸8份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、石灰石7份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯9份、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺7份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将磺酸与石灰石进行磺化反应,生成磺酸钙,将磺酸钙与十二烷基苯进行缩合反应生成十二烷基苯磺酸钙;
B、常压下,将油酸酰胺、硫酸亚铁铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混合,搅拌速率为700r/min,搅拌均匀后分三次缓慢加入步骤A中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙,搅拌速率为320r/min,得混合物A;
C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为550r/min,在48℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为7500r/min,时间为16min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。
以上实施例中,油酸酰胺采用植物油为原料提取,摩擦系数高,热稳定性强,比动物油提取的油酸酰胺具有优秀的抗黄变性能,低气味,不结块等效果。
根据以上实施例显示,实施例3为最佳实施例,润滑效果更好,分散性强,融合度高;步骤B中分三次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙,有效组织凝结,提高分散率,加强稳定性;T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺具有优良的清净分散性,可抑制积炭和漆膜的生成,还具有抗氧化和抗磨性,并可改进油品相容性,降低高温腐蚀,产品不含氯。

B、常压下,将油酸酰胺、硫酸亚铁铵和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚进行混合,搅拌速率为600-800r/min,搅拌均匀后分三次缓慢加入步骤A中的十二烷基苯磺酸钙,搅拌速率为300-350r/min,得混合物A;
C、将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、T154B硼化聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺进行搅拌,搅拌速率为500-700r/min,在40-50℃下再加入混合物A,搅拌均匀后放入离心机中处理,离心机速率为5000-8000r/min,时间为15-20min,过滤后提取上层清液,得最终产物。
