发明公开了一种轴承用润滑油,由以下成分制成,改性基础油、琥珀酸酯、十二烯基丁二酸酯、辛基二苯胺、山梨糖醇、纳米铜粉、木质素硫酸钠、β‑谷甾醇、胆甾醇壬酸酯、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺。本发明润滑油,不仅冷却性好,润滑效果佳,能够适应于大多数的应用场合,不仅能极大的提高了润滑油的防锈性,还提高了润滑油的润滑效果,倾点低,在高温下摩擦系数也不会变化太大,稳定性强,成本低,拥有较好的粘度指数和高抗磨性能,使用寿命长,本发明具有颜色浅、极性强、流动性好、储存性好的特点。此润滑油可广泛应用于机械润滑,能很好的保护机械,而且节能减耗,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别是涉及一种轴承用润滑油。
背景技术
轴承润滑油是用在轴承上的润滑油,起到润滑,降温,抗压,延长轴承寿命等作用。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。基础油由原油提炼而成,一般为烷烃(直链、支链、多支链)、环烷烃(单环、双环、多环)、芳烃(单环芳烃、多环芳烃)、环烷基芳烃以及含氧、含氮、含硫有机化合物和胶质、沥青质等非烃类化合物。添加剂合理加入,可改善其物理化学性质,对润滑油赋予新的特殊性能,或加强其原来具有的某种性能,满足更高的要求。现有的润滑油中,成分复杂,制备成本高,使用寿命短,还不能完全满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轴承用润滑油。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种轴承用润滑油,按重量份计由以下成分制成,改性基础油120、琥珀酸酯3、十二烯基丁二酸酯2、辛基二苯胺1、山梨糖醇8、纳米铜粉0.1、木质素硫酸钠1、β-谷甾醇0.5、胆甾醇壬酸酯1、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺0.2;
所述改性基础油按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚α-烯烃100、尿素0.3、碳酸稀土0.001、磷酸酯0.4、大豆油1、双氧水0.1、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯0.5;所述碳酸稀土的粒度为0.1μm,所述改性基础油的制备方法为:①将聚α-烯烃与大豆油混合后添加到反应釜中,加热至178℃,保温40分钟;②将尿素与碳酸酯添加到①中反应釜中,加热至188℃,以150r/min转速搅拌20分钟;③将碳酸稀土与甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯添加到①中反应釜中,搅拌均匀,保温在188℃,持续30分钟;④将双氧水添加到①中反应釜中,将温度升高到225℃,将压力调节到3.58MPa,以500r/min转速搅拌1.5小时后,保温静置40分钟,然后,自然冷却至室温,在室温下密封静置7天后,即可;
所述辛基二苯胺按质量百分比计由18.6%单辛基二苯胺、48.5%二辛基二苯胺、32.9%三辛基二苯胺制成;
所述纳米铜粉经过预处理:将纳米铜粉与其5倍质量的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼均匀混合后,在88℃下,低速研磨40分钟后,过滤,再添加到质量浓度为12.89%的碳酸氢钠溶液中,在18℃下,浸泡1小时后,过滤,洗涤,烘干,即可。
一种轴承用润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将改性基础油、琥珀酸酯、十二烯基丁二酸酯、辛基二苯胺、山梨糖醇搅拌混合,在72℃条件下搅拌45分钟,得到混合物1;
2)向混合物1中加入纳米铜粉、木质素硫酸钠、β-谷甾醇、胆甾醇壬酸酯、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺,继续在55℃条件下,搅拌2.5h后恢复至常温,得到混合物2;
3)将混合物2打包装入铝制容器中,密封完全后,将铝制容器放置到深度为7-8m的岩洞中,放置15-18天,即可,取回,得到成品润滑油。
本发明经过大量的实验研究,对基础油进行改性,使得制成的润滑油的倾点(最低可-58℃)明显低于同级别矿物油, 其粘度指数也明显大于同级别矿物油,具有更长的换油周期,相对普通润滑油的换油周期延长了2-2.5倍,更加优异的清净分散性、润滑性能、抗磨损性和抗氧化性,使用量更低,效果更好,本发明以其超高硬度和超强的润滑,极大地 降低机械摩擦系数,成倍的提高极压性能,用于发动机时,能够有效地抑制发动机温升30℃。并且能极大的降低机械噪音,还能吸收部分有害气体。
本发明通过对纳米铜粉的预处理配合辛基二苯胺的协同作用,极大的提高了润滑油的抗分解性能,并且具有更好的抗磨性和表面修复作用,对部件拥有更好的保护能力。
使用本发明润滑油时,摩擦副具有更低的摩擦系数和磨损量,并且具有良好的抗极压性能,除此之外还表现出优异的自修复功能,这是由本发明改性基础油、β-谷甾醇与经过预处理的纳米铜粉协同作用的效果。
本发明润滑油制成之后,采用铝制容器封装后,放置到7-8m的岩洞中,放置15-18天,取出后,得到的成品油,色泽更好,高温清净性得到极大的提高。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比:

四球试验标准为:转速1450r/min,载荷392N,时间30min。试验所用钢球按照GB/308-89制造,GCr15,二级钢球,直径12.7mm,硬度为64-66HRC。试验中,将试验用油注入容纳钢球的油杯中,使液面刚好没过钢球的表面,施加垂直载荷P为392N,测量出摩擦力矩,有公式:μ=0.233×T/P(其中μ为摩擦因数;T为摩擦力矩)计算出摩擦因数,一次用于评价本发明实施例润滑油与20#标准机械油的摩擦因数μ与磨损量。四球试验的样品为20#标准机械油、本发明、对比例2、对比例3润滑油,试验前后对钢球和环块进行充分清洗,然后用万分之一电子天平称量试验前后钢球的磨损量,用金相显微镜测量钢球的磨斑直径,并用肉眼直接观察润滑油中是否含铁粉和油泥。

其中:对比例1为本发明中基础油只采用普通聚α-烯烃基础油,不经过改性处理,其它成分不变,制备的润滑油。
由表1可以看出,聚α-烯烃基础油在392N,1450 r/min,30min磨损试验条件下有明显的磨损量,并且含有少量油泥,而本发明润滑油无磨损量,并且没有油泥;本发明只采用普通聚α-烯烃基础油,其它成分不变,制备的润滑油,磨损量增加,并有微量的油泥,因此,本发明润滑油起到了很好的抗磨减摩作用,还能消除铁粉和油泥,增强润滑效果。
经过本发明大量实验研究,发现,β-谷甾醇、胆甾醇壬酸酯对本发明润滑油的倾点影响极大,如果不添加这两成分的话,制成的润滑油倾点变成-46℃,如果只不添加β-谷甾醇,制成的润滑油倾点变成-48℃,如果只不添加胆甾醇壬酸酯,制成的润滑油倾点变成-47℃,由此,可知,β-谷甾醇、胆甾醇壬酸酯的结合对本发明润滑油性能提升最大。

1.一种轴承用润滑油,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成,改性基础油120、琥珀酸酯3、十二烯基丁二酸酯2、辛基二苯胺1、山梨糖醇8、纳米铜粉0.1、木质素硫酸钠1、β-谷甾醇0.5、胆甾醇壬酸酯1、聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺0.2;
所述改性基础油按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚α-烯烃100、尿素0.3、碳酸稀土0.001、磷酸酯0.4、大豆油1、双氧水0.1、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯0.5;所述碳酸稀土的粒度为0.1μm,所述改性基础油的制备方法为:①将聚α-烯烃与大豆油混合后添加到反应釜中,加热至178℃,保温40分钟;②将尿素与碳酸酯添加到①中反应釜中,加热至188℃,以150r/min转速搅拌20分钟;③将碳酸稀土与甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯添加到①中反应釜中,搅拌均匀,保温在188℃,持续30分钟;④将双氧水添加到①中反应釜中,将温度升高到225℃,将压力调节到3.58MPa,以500r/min转速搅拌1.5小时后,保温静置40分钟,然后,自然冷却至室温,在室温下密封静置7天后,即可;
