MAP代替沸石4A,可大大改进过硼酸钠-水合物的
贮存稳定性。
Description
本发明涉及一种含有结晶的碱金属硅铝酸盐(沸石)作为增洗剂和含有过硼酸钠一水合物漂白剂的漂白洗涤剂组合物。
结晶的碱金属硅铝酸盐(沸石)能从水溶液中多价螯合钙离子的能力已使它变为从所周知的作为增洗剂的磷酸盐的替代物。含有沸石的具体洗涤剂组合物已在本领域中广泛公开,例如公开在GB 1 473 201(Henkel),并在欧洲、日本和美国许多地方作商业销售。
虽然沸石的许多结晶形式是已知的,但作洗涤剂用的优选沸石通常是沸石A,其它如X型或P(B)型沸石并不有利,因为它们的钙离子吸收或是不足够或是太慢。沸石A的优点是它含有最大可能的铝/硅比例-或理论上最小Si/Al比为1.0-的“最大铝含量”结构,因此它从溶液中吸取钙离子的能力固有地大于那些一般含有较低比例铝(或较高Si/Al比)的沸石X和沸石P。
EP 384 070A(Unilever)描述了并要求保护一种新沸石P(最大铝含量沸石P,或沸石MAP),其硅铝比特别低,不大于1.33,最好不大于1.15。据验证,该物质是一种比常规4A分子筛更有效的洗涤增强剂。
EP 448 297A和EP 502 675A(Unilever)公开了含有沸石MAP和一种共增洗剂(柠檬酸盐或聚合物)的洗涤剂配方,其中还含有过硼酸钠一水合物漂白剂和TAED漂白剂前体。含沸石MAP的组合物显示了比含4A沸石的相应组合物更好的洗涤性能。
现已发现,用沸石MAP代替沸石A在含过硼酸钠一水合物漂白剂的高堆密度(700g/l及以上)洗涤粉方面有附加的优点:过硼酸钠一水合物的贮存稳定性大为增加。这一点是令人吃惊的,因为沸石MAP的水含量不比沸石A低多少。
本发明提供一种堆密度至少为700g/l的粒状漂白洗涤剂组合物,并包括:
a)一种或几种洗涤剂活性化合物,
b)一种或几种含有碱金属硅铝酸盐的增洗剂,
c)一种包括过硼酸钠一水合物的漂白体系,其中的碱金属硅铝酸盐包括硅/铝比不大于1.33的沸石P(此后称之为沸石MAP)。
本发明的另一主题是使用沸石MAP来改进具有堆密度至少为700g/l的粒状漂白洗涤剂组合物中过硼酸钠一水合物的稳定性。
本发明的主题是一种高堆密度的粒状漂白洗涤剂组合物,该组合物含有洗涤剂活性化合物、基于沸石MAP的增洗剂和基于过硼酸钠一水合物的漂白体系。这些是本发明的基本要素;其它任选的洗涤剂组分当需要时也可存在。
本发明优选的洗涤剂组合物包括:
a)5-60wt%一种或几种洗涤剂活性化合物,
b)10-80wt%一种或几种含有沸石MAP的增洗剂,
c)含有5-35wt%的过硼酸钠一水合物和任选的1-8wt%的漂白剂前体的漂白体系,和
d)加任选的其它洗涤剂组分,至100wt%,所有百分数均以洗涤剂组合物为基准。
洗涤剂活性化合物
本发明的洗涤剂组合物含有作为基本组分的一种或几种洗涤剂活性化合物(表面活性剂),它可选自脂肪酸盐和非脂肪酸盐的阴离子的、阳离子的、非离子的、两性的和两性离子的洗涤剂活性化合物和其混合物。许多合适的洗涤剂活性化合物是可采用的,它们已在文献中,如在“表面活性剂和洗涤剂”Vols.Ⅰ和Ⅱ中,由Schwartz,Perry和Berch充分描述。
可用的优选的洗涤剂活性化合物是脂肪酸盐和合成的非脂肪酸盐的阴离子的和非离子的化合物。
对本领域的技术人员来说,阴离子表面活性剂是公知的。实例包括烷基苯磺酸盐,特别是具有C8-C15烷基链长的线性烷基苯磺酸盐;伯-和仲-烷基硫酸盐,尤其是C12-C15伯烷基硫酸盐;烷基醚硫酸盐;烯烃磺酸盐;烷基二甲苯磺酸盐;二烷基硫代琥珀酸盐;和脂肪酸酯磺酸盐。一般优选钠盐。
可用的非离子表面活性剂包括伯-和仲-醇乙氧基化物,特别是其每摩尔醇中平均带有1-20摩尔氧丙环的C10-C20乙氧基化脂肪醇,更优选每摩尔醇中平均带有1-10摩尔氧丙环的C12-C15伯-和仲-乙氧基化脂肪醇。
非乙氧基化的非离子表面活性剂也是可选择的,例如由Unilever在EP 423 968A中描述的烷基多苷和0-链烷醇基苷。
洗涤剂活性化合物(表面活性剂)及其用量的选择取决于洗涤剂组合物的预定用途:对于有经验的配方人员,他们熟知如何选择不同的洗涤剂体系去用于手洗时使用的产品和用作不同类型的洗衣机洗时使用的产品。
表面活性剂的总量也取决于预定的最终用途,范围通常在5-60wt%内,优选5-40wt%。
适合于在大多数自动织物洗涤机内使用的洗涤剂组合物通常包括阴离子非脂肪酸盐表面活性剂,或非离子表面活性剂,或此两类以任何比例的结合,根据需要也可加入脂肪酸盐。
增洗剂体系
本发明的洗涤剂组合物也含有一种或几种增洗剂。组合物中增洗剂的总量适合的范围是10-80wt%。
本发明组合物的增洗剂体系是基于沸石MAP,也可与一种或几种辅助增洗剂相结合。存在的沸石MAP的量适合的范围是5-60wt%,更优选15-40wt%。
本发明组合物中存在在的碱金属硅铝酸盐优选基本上全部由沸石MAP组成。
沸石MAP
沸石MAP(最大铝含量沸石P)及其在洗涤组合物中的用途在EP 384 070A(Unilever)中被描述,并申请了专利保护。P型沸石的碱金属硅铝酸盐的定义是具有硅/铝比不大于1.33,最好在0.9-1.33的范围内,更优选在0.9-1.2范围内。
特别重视的沸石MAP是具有硅/铝比不大于1.15,更优选的是硅/铝比不大于1.07的沸石MAP。
沸石MAP通常具有结合钙的能力,每克无水硅铝酸盐至少结合150mg CaO,测量方法按GB 1473 201(Henkel)中所述的标准方法,也可按EP 384 070A(Unilever)中所述的“方法Ⅰ”。该钙结合能力通常至少为160mg CaO/g,也可能高达170mg CaO/g。沸石MAP通常也具有按EP384 070A(Unilever)中所述的“方法Ⅱ”量度的至少为145mg CaO/g,最好至少150mg CaO/g的“有效钙结合能力”。
虽然沸石MAP象其它沸石含有水合水,但对于本发明的目的而言,沸石的量和百分数通常以理论上是无水物质的方式来表达。存在于环境温度和湿度下的水合沸石MAP中的水量通常约为20wt%。
沸石MAP的颗粒大小
本发明中优选使用的沸石MAP是特细颗粒的,其d50(定义如下)的范围为0.1-5.0微米,优选0.4-2.0微米,更优选0.4-1.0微米。
数量“d50”表示50wt%的颗粒具有小于该数字的直径,还有相应的“d80”,“d90”等。特别优选的材料的“d90”在3微米以下,d50在1微米以下。
各种测量颗粒大小的方法已知的,彼此给出的结果稍有不同。在本说明书中,颗粒大小分布和引用的平均值(重量)是用下列方法量度:先将颗粒在去矿化水中分散并经超声作用10分钟后,再用-45mm放大镜,用Malvern Mastersizer(商标)的方法测量。
沸石MAP的平均颗粒不仅要小,而且比例也要小,甚至基本不含大颗粒,这样比较有利但不是基本的。因此颗粒大小分布最好是至少90wt%,优选至少95wt%的小于10微米,至少85wt%,最好至少90wt%小于6微米;至少80wt%,最好至少85wt%小于5微米。
其它增洗剂
沸石MAP,如果需要,也可与其它无机或有机增洗剂连用。然而,不推荐使用大量沸石A。
可以存在的无机增洗剂包括碳酸钠,如果需要,可以如在GB 1 437 950(Unilever)公开的那样,与一种碳酸钙用的晶种相结合。可以存在的有机增洗剂包括多羧酸盐聚合物,如聚丙烯酸盐、丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物,和丙烯酸膦酸盐;单体多羧酸盐,如柠檬酸盐、葡糖酸盐、氧联琥珀酸盐、甘油单-、双-和三琥珀酸盐、羧甲氧基琥珀酸盐、羧甲氧基丙二酸盐、二吡啶酸盐、羟乙基亚氨基二乙酸盐、烷基-和链烯基丙二酸盐和琥珀酸盐;以及磺化的脂肪酸盐。这些举例并非包括全部可用的物质。
无机和有机增洗剂二者优选以碱金属盐存在,特别优选钠盐。
与沸石MAP联用的优选辅助增洗剂包括柠檬酸盐、更优选柠檬酸钠,适用量为3-20wt%更优选5-15wt%。这种增洗剂联用在EP 448297A(Unilever)中描述和申请了专利保护。
多羧酸盐聚合物也是优选的,更优选丙烯酸/马来酸共聚物,适用量为洗涤剂组合物的0.5-15wt%,尤其是1-10wt%;这种增洗剂联用在EP 502675A(Unillver)中描述和申请了专利。
漂白体系
本发明的洗涤剂组合物含有一种漂白体系,它基于无机过盐,过硼酸钠一水合物。鉴于它含有高的活性氧含量和在洗涤液中的高溶解速率,它是一种特别有效的漂白化合物。
过硼酸钠一水合物适用量为5-35wt%,优选10-25wt%,按洗涤组合物的量计。
如果需要,该漂白体系也可包括一种漂白剂前体。
过氧酸漂白剂前体是已知的,并在文献中充分描述过,如在GB 836 988,GB屯864 798,GB907 356,GB 1 003 310,GB 1 519 351,DE 3 337 921A,EP 185 522A,EP 174 132A,EP 120 591A,US 1 246 339,US 3 332 882,US 4 128 494,US 4 412 934和US 4 675 393。
优选的漂白剂前体是过氧羧酸前体,更优选过乙酸前体和过氧苯甲酸前体;和过氧碳酸前体。
一类特别受重视的是季铵-和磷鎓取代的漂白剂前体,如U.S.4 751 015和U.S.4 397 757(Lever Brother Company)和EP 284 292 A和EP 331 229 A(Unilever)中所公开的。这类优选的过氧酸漂白剂前体之一是4-磺酸钠苯基碳酸2-(N,N,N-三甲基氯化铵)乙酯(SPCC),已知的还有对-胆碱基磺苯基碳酸盐(CSPC)。
可用于本发明的其它优选的过氧酸漂白剂前体包括:
4-苯甲酰氧苯磺酸钠(SBOBS);
N,N,N′,N′,-四乙酰乙二胺(TAED);
1-甲基-2-苯甲酰氧苯-4-磺酸钠;
4-甲基-3-苯甲酰氧苯甲酸盐;
甲苯甲酰氧苯磺酸三甲基铵;
壬酰氧苯磺酸钠(SNOBS)
3,5,5-三甲基己酰氧苯磺酸钠(STHOBS);和公开于EP 284 292A,EP303 520A,EP 458 396A和EP 464 880A(Kao)中的取代的阳离子腈。
漂白剂前体的适用量为1-8wt%,最好为2-5wt%。
具有堆密度至少为700g/l和含有一种包括沸石MAP的增洗剂体系和包括过氧漂白化合物和漂白剂前体的漂白剂体系的粒状漂白洗涤剂组合物是申请人同日提交的未决申请(案号C3488)的主题。
其它组分
可以存在本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的其它物质包括硅酸钠;抗再沉积剂,如纤维素聚合物;荧光增白剂;无机盐,如硫酸钠;泡沫控制剂或合适的增泡剂;颜料和香料。列举的物质并非包括全部可加入的物质。
堆密度
本发明的粒状洗涤剂组合物的堆密度至少为700g/l,优选至少800g/l。
洗涤剂组合物的制备
本发明的洗涤剂组合物可由适合于制备高堆密度粉末的任何方法来制备。
一种合适的方法包括喷雾干燥一种合适的非热敏的各组分的浆液,该浆液含沸石MAP、任何其它增洗剂和至少部分洗涤剂活性化合物,使得到的基本粉末在以间歇或连续方式操作的高速混合机/制粒机内致密化;再喷上或后加上那些不适于通过浆液加工的组分,这些组分包括过氧化钠一水合物和任何漂白剂组分。
另一种特别优选的方法,是可完全不用喷雾干燥步骤,高密度基本粉末可由其构成原料,通过在高速混合机/制粒机内混合和制粒直接制成,然后如在喷雾-干燥/塔后致密方法那样后加上漂白组分和其它组分。
使用高速混合机/制粒机的方法,已例如公开在EP 340 013A,EP 367 339A,EP 390 251A和EP 420 317A(Unilever)。
实例
本发明通过下列实例进一步说明,其中的份数和百分数除特别注明外,均以重量计。用数字标记的实例是本发明的,而用字母标记的是对比例。
实例中所用的沸石MAP是用相似于EP 384 070A(Unilever)中的实例1-3中所描述的相似方法制备的。其硅/铝比是1.07。其颗粒大小(d50)按Malvern Mastersizer方法量度的,为0.8微米。
所用的沸石A是来自Degussa的Wessalith(商标)P粉末。
所用的阴离子表面活性剂是来自Philippine Refining Co.的椰子醇硫酸盐(coco PAS)。所用的非离子表面活性剂是来自ICI的Synperonic(商标)A7和A3,它们分别是乙氧基化C12-C15醇,其中含有平均7和3摩尔的氧丙环。
实例1,对比例A
洗涤剂基本粉末制备是按下列配方(以重量份表示),由在FuKae(商标)FS-30间隙高速混合机/制粒机内混合和制粒。

*这两种沸石以水合形式使用,但其量按无水物质计算,其水合水被包括在总水份的量内。
该基本粉末的实际水份含量是由加热到135℃保持1小时量度其重量损失的方法测定的,并发现如下:实例1中水份为8.6wt%,对比例中水份为6.5wt%。
因此,含沸石MAP的基本粉末含略高的水份含量。
粉末样品是由每份8.75g基本粉末混合1.25g过硼酸钠一水合物而制成。因此每份粉末含87.50wt%的基本粉末和12.50wt%的过硼酸钠一水合物。
产品贮存在37℃/70%相对湿度的开口瓶中。贮存稳定性的评估方法是在不同的时间间隔取出样品并用高锰酸钾滴定法测定它们的残余氧含量。这些以起始值的百分数表达的结果如下:

尽管含沸石MAP的粉末的水份含量较高,但它显示出过硼酸钠一水合物的贮存性能较好。
Claims (5)
1、一种堆密度至少为700g/l的粒状漂白洗涤剂组合物,包括:
a)一种或几种洗涤剂活性化合物,
b)一种或几种包含碱金属硅铝酸盐的增洗剂,和
c)一种包括过硼酸钠一水合物的漂白体系,
其中碱金属硅铝酸盐包括硅/铝比不大于1.33的沸石P(沸石MAP)。
2、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中沸石MAP的硅/铝比不大于1.07。
3、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中基本不含沸石A。
4、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中还包括一种漂白剂前体。
5、根据权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其中堆密度至少为800g/l。
