Abstract

本发明提供了一种标签感应剪切装置,包括搁置待剪切标签带的送料板,标签带上相邻标签之间设置有分段标记,送料板的一端设置有带动标签带移动的卷动装置,待剪切标签带的上方设置有色差传感器,色差传感器与控制器相连,控制器控制卷动装置运转,卷动装置的外侧设置有切割装置,当色差传感器感应到分段标记时,控制器控制卷动装置开始传送距离计数,待卷动装置带动标签带移动设定距离后,切割装置切断标签带。该剪切装置通过设置色差传感器来识别标签该剪切装置能够将整卷的标签精确定位切割成单个标签,保证每个商标的长度尺寸一样,同时还具有自适应能力。

一种标签感应剪切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种服装加工装置,尤其涉及一种自动剪切标签的装置。
背景技术
在服装行业,衣服的标签制作是成卷印刷的,每个标签之间有相同的宽度。在实际使用时,需要将成卷标签切割成单个标签进行缝制。目前服装厂的操作都是人工手剪,或者是靠长度传送剪切。如果一个标签长度切割错误,那么会直接影响下一个标签的尺寸。特别对于标签自动切割的机器,这点影响更为严重。本发明人经过长期研究和多年的技术经验,设计出一种精度高,加工范围广,同时还具有自适应能力的标签感应剪切装置。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种标签感应剪切装置,该剪切装置能够将整卷的标签精确定位切割成单个标签,保证每个商标的长度尺寸一样,同时还具有自适应能力。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种标签感应剪切装置,包括搁置待剪切标签带的送料板,标签带上相邻标签之间设置有分段标记,送料板的一端设置有带动标签带移动的卷动装置,待剪切标签带的上方设置有色差传感器,色差传感器与控制器相连,控制器控制卷动装置运转,卷动装置的外侧设置有切割装置,当色差传感器感应到分段标记时,控制器控制卷动装置开始传送距离计数,待卷动装置带动标签带移动设定距离后,切割装置切断标签带。
卷动装置包括对向搁置的上滚轮和下滚轮以及电机,电机通过传动装置驱动上滚轮转动,控制器控制电机的运转。
所述传动装置为同步带。
所述切割装置为切割剪刀,切割剪刀由设置在刀架轴上的动刀和定刀组成。
刀架轴上设置有弹簧,在弹簧挤压下动刀和定刀紧密贴合。
切割剪刀由气缸驱动。
所述设定距离为色差传感器与切割装置之间的距离。
送料板相对卷动装置所在的另一侧设置有压杆。
位于送料板上的标签带上还设置有压料抚平块,压料抚平块偏心铰接在旋转杆上,在重力作用下压料抚平块轻压在标签带上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、自适应性强,可以剪切不同长度的商标。
2、具有自适应能力,刀架轴上装有拉紧弹簧,就算很长时间工作后,动刀与定刀有所磨损,拉紧弹簧能保证动刀与定刀的位置。
3、剪切动作由气缸完成,能耗非常低。
4、电机与色标传感器同步作用,精度高。
5、自动化流程,相较于人工上料,可以提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例1
如图1所示,一种标签感应剪切装置,包括机台,机台上具有送料板8,机台的一侧设置有标签卷存放装置6,标签卷存放装置6上存放有标签卷4,标签卷4由标签带9卷绕而成,标签带9的结构如图2所示,标签带9有多个单个标签间隔一定距离排列而成,相邻的单个标签之间的空隙为标签分段标记10。送料板8的一端设置有压杆7,另外一端设置有对向搁置的上滚轮11和下滚轮15,从标签卷4出来的标签带9经压杆7转向后贴合在送料板8上表面向前移动并进入到上滚轮11和下滚轮15之间,上滚轮11和下滚轮15的外侧设置有切割剪刀1。
送料板8的位于标签带9移动方向的一侧设置有阻挡板,阻挡板靠近送料板8的侧面上设置有色差传感器2,色差传感器2正好位于标签带9的上方。阻挡板的背面上设置有控制器3,色差传感器2与控制器3电相连,色差传感器2将感知的色差信号传送给控制器。阻挡板的背面还设置有切割气缸5,切割气缸5用于驱动切割剪刀1。
位于送料板8上的标签带9上还设置有压料抚平块12,压料抚平块12偏心铰接在旋转杆14上,旋转杆14固定在阻挡板上,由于是偏心设置,这样在重力作用下,压料抚平块12的一端会轻压在标签带9上,能够起到抚平标签的作用,防止标签皱起来而出现色差传感器2的检测错误。
如图3所示,机台的底面设置有电机12,电机12通过传动装置与上下滚轮相连,电机12转动带动上下滚轮旋转,在本实施例中传动装置为同步带13。机台上还设置有刀架轴,刀架轴上还设置有弹簧14使切割剪刀的动刀与定刀紧靠。
该剪切装置工作时,首先将标签带9放在色差传感器2的下方,识别标签带9上商标的背景颜色和标签分段标记10的颜色,然后存储在控制器中3,然后将标签带9从标签卷4取出紧贴在送料板8上,标签带9的前端塞入到上下滚轮之间,然后启动电机12,电机12驱动上下滚轮带动标签带9向前移动,当位于标签带9上方的色差传感器2识别到标签分段标记10时,控制器3控制电机12开始传送距离计数,当传送的距离等于色差传感器2到切割剪刀1的固定距离时,电机12停止运行。气缸5带动切割剪刀1的动刀向下运动完成切割动作。然后重复上述动作完成下一个标签的传送及切割。

Claims (9)

1.一种标签感应剪切装置,包括搁置待剪切标签带的送料板,标签带上相邻标签之间设置有分段标记,其特征在于,送料板的一端设置有带动标签带移动的卷动装置,待剪切标签带的上方设置有色差传感器,色差传感器与控制器相连,控制器控制卷动装置运转,卷动装置的外侧设置有切割装置,当色差传感器感应到分段标记时,控制器控制卷动装置开始传送距离计数,待卷动装置带动标签带移动设定距离后,切割装置切断标签带。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,卷动装置包括对向搁置的上滚轮和下滚轮以及电机,电机通过传动装置驱动上滚轮转动,控制器控制电机的运转。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,所述传动装置为同步带。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置为切割剪刀,切割剪刀由设置在刀架轴上的动刀和定刀组成。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,刀架轴上设置有弹簧,在弹簧挤压下动刀和定刀紧密贴合。
6.如权利要求4所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,切割剪刀由气缸驱动。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,所述设定距离为色差传感器与切割装置之间的距离。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,送料板相对卷动装置所在的另一侧设置有压杆。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种标签感应剪切装置,其特征在于,位于送料板上的标签带上还设置有压料抚平块,压料抚平块偏心铰接在旋转杆上,在重力作用下压料抚平块轻压在标签带上。
