本发明公开了一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,本发明利用马铃薯渣微生物发酵提取出纯天然营养物质活性肽,具有丰富的营养元素,种类多,并且合理添加限制性氨基酸,能够显著提高饲料转化率,有利于蛋白质的代谢和利用,降低饲料消耗,提高肥育猪住的瘦肉率,赖氨酸能够降低蛋白水平,降低背膘厚度,增加胴体瘦肉率,铬是提高胰岛活性从而刺激组织对葡萄糖吸收的元素,增加铬元素的含量能够改善对葡萄糖的利用,减少蛋白质的降解,从而提高瘦肉率,本发明提供的饲料营养合理,比例适宜,促进猪内蛋白质的合成,促进生长,降低背膘厚度,提高瘦肉率,并且提高猪的抗病力,减少得病率。

技术领域
本发明涉及猪饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高以及科学技术的发展,人们对饮食结构的合理性更为关注,饮食观念和市场需求的变化,导致对瘦肉型猪需求日益增加,在提高增重速度和饲料转化率上,提高淮猪胴体瘦肉率,改善肉的品质,是当前养猪生产者急需解决的问题。能量水平决定脂肪的沉积,蛋白质水平决定肌肉的增长,生猪在生长发育过程中不同阶段对能量和蛋白质的利用有很大的差别,因此对饲料进行蛋白质和能量水平的调节能够改变生猪的肥瘦程度,并且在一定程度上降低了饲料成本。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将马铃薯渣在自然条件下风干,粉碎成微粉,然后加入适量的尿素搅拌均匀后用3%的葡萄糖溶液溶解,搅拌均匀后置于90℃的水浴锅中灭菌30min,冷却后备用;
(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌接种于MRS液体培养基在37℃下培养,传代2-3次后,取对数生长期发酵液离心,用等体积生理盐水配置成菌悬液,将酵母菌、黑曲霉和米曲霉活化后取1mL分别接种于50mLPDA培养基内,在28℃下分别培养3天、5天和5天,再分别加入100mL无菌水制得菌悬液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的菌悬液按照体积比2:2:1:1混合,然后加入到海藻酸钠溶液中,混匀后滴入2%的氯化钙溶液中造粒,固定化1.5-2h后过滤得固定化混合菌制剂;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的固定化复合菌剂按照8%的接种量接种到步骤(1)中马铃薯渣发酵原料中,在28℃下培养72h,发酵结束后在45℃下鼓风干燥粉碎备用;
(5)取米糠40-50份、骨粉8-11份、豆饼20-25份、玉米粉10-15份、干苹果渣6-8份、虾壳粉3-4份、食用盐2-4份、赖氨酸4.8-5.5份、苏氨酸2.2-3.1份、甲基吡啶铬0.002-0.007份、甜菜碱0.4-1份、亚麻酸油1-3份混合搅拌均匀,再加入总重量20-30%步骤(4)制备的产物,混合搅拌即可得到。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的马铃薯渣与尿素的重量比为19:1。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(1)中所述的马铃薯渣的质量分数为9%。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(2)中所述的MRS液体培养基的配方为:蛋白胨10g/L,牛肉膏10g/L,酵母浸粉5g/L,葡萄糖20g/L,乙酸钠2g/L,柠檬酸氢二铵2g/L,磷酸二氢钾2g/L,七水硫酸镁0.58g/L,硫酸锰0.25g/L,吐温801mL,在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌20min。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(2)中所述的PDA固体培养基的配方为:马铃薯200g,葡萄糖20g,琼脂20g,自来水1000mL,在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌20min。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(3)中所述的海藻酸钠的浓度为2.5wt%,其中菌悬液与海藻酸钠的体积比为1:4。

具体实施方式
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将1Kg马铃薯渣在自然条件下风干,粉碎成微粉,然后加入52.6g尿素搅拌均匀后用3%的葡萄糖溶液溶解,搅拌至马铃薯渣的质量分数为9%时置于90℃的水浴锅中灭菌30min,冷却后备用;
(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌接种于MRS液体培养基在37℃下培养,传代2次后,取对数生长期发酵液离心,用等体积生理盐水配置成菌悬液,将酵母菌、黑曲霉和米曲霉活化后取1mL分别接种于50mLPDA培养基内,在28℃下分别培养3天、5天和5天,再分别加入100mL无菌水制得菌悬液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的菌悬液按照体积比2:2:1:1混合,然后加入到2.5wt%海藻酸钠溶液中,其中菌悬液与海藻酸钠的体积比为1:4,混匀后滴入2%的氯化钙溶液中造粒,固定化1.5h后过滤得固定化混合菌制剂;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的固定化复合菌剂按照8%的接种量接种到步骤(1)中马铃薯渣发酵原料中,在28℃下培养72h,发酵结束后在45℃下鼓风干燥粉碎备用;
(5)取米糠40份、骨粉8份、豆饼20份、玉米粉10份、干苹果渣6份、虾壳粉3份、食用盐2份、赖氨酸4.8份、苏氨酸2.2份、甲基吡啶铬0.002份、甜菜碱0.4份、亚麻酸油1份混合搅拌均匀得饲料基料,再加入饲料基料质量20%的步骤(4)制备的产物,混合搅拌即可得到。
一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,步骤(2)中所述的MRS液体培养基的配方为:蛋白胨10g/L,牛肉膏10g/L,酵母浸粉5g/L,葡萄糖20g/L,乙酸钠2g/L,柠檬酸氢二铵2g/L,磷酸二氢钾2g/L,七水硫酸镁0.58g/L,硫酸锰0.25g/L,吐温801mL,在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌20min。

Claims (6)

1.一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将马铃薯渣在自然条件下风干,粉碎成微粉,然后加入适量的尿素搅拌均匀后用3%的葡萄糖溶液溶解,搅拌均匀后置于90℃的水浴锅中灭菌30min,冷却后备用;
(2)将嗜酸乳杆菌接种于MRS液体培养基在37℃下培养,传代2-3次后,取对数生长期发酵液离心,用等体积生理盐水配置成菌悬液,将酵母菌、黑曲霉和米曲霉活化后取1mL分别接种于50mLPDA培养基内,在28℃下分别培养3天、5天和5天,再分别加入100mL无菌水制得菌悬液备用;
(3)将步骤(2)中制备的菌悬液按照体积比2:2:1:1混合,然后加入到海藻酸钠溶液中,混匀后滴入2%的氯化钙溶液中造粒,固定化1.5-2h后过滤得固定化混合菌制剂;
(4)将步骤(3)得到的固定化复合菌剂按照8%的接种量接种到步骤(1)中马铃薯渣发酵原料中,在28℃下培养72h,发酵结束后在45℃下鼓风干燥粉碎备用;
(5)取米糠40-50份、骨粉8-11份、豆饼20-25份、玉米粉10-15份、干苹果渣6-8份、虾壳粉3-4份、食用盐2-4份、赖氨酸4.8-5.5份、苏氨酸2.2-3.1份、甲基吡啶铬0.002-0.007份、甜菜碱0.4-1份、亚麻酸油1-3份混合搅拌均匀,再加入总重量20-30%步骤(4)制备的产物,混合搅拌即可得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的马铃薯渣与尿素的重量比为19:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述的马铃薯渣的质量分数为9%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高淮猪瘦肉率的专用饲料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述的MRS液体培养基的配方为:蛋白胨10g/L,牛肉膏10g/L,酵母浸粉5g/L,葡萄糖20g/L,乙酸钠2g/L,柠檬酸氢二铵2g/L,磷酸二氢钾2g/L,七水硫酸镁0.58g/L,硫酸锰0.25g/L,吐温801mL,在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌20min。
