本发明主要涉及包装纸加工技术领域,公开了一种抗菌防霉包装纸,由以下原料制成:玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、葎草、桑叶、茜草、香薷、火山岩、活性炭、壳聚糖、甘草酸二钾、亚硒酸钠、脂肪酶;原料易得,制备简单,价格低廉,抗菌率能够达到88%,具有较强的抗菌性能,对人体安全无毒,保证使用被包装物品时能够保证人体健康;玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆来源广泛,价格低廉,使包装纸质量轻便,易于运输和使用,玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆的粉碎粒径较大,增大纤维长度,便于纤维间连接,提高包装纸强度,避免包装纸掉毛,加入的脂肪酶不仅能够分解原料中的脂肪成分,便于抄纸,还能增加纤维间的交联作用,增加纸张强度和平滑度,便于包装使用,提高对物品的保护功能。

本发明主要涉及包装纸加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌防霉包装纸。
背景技术
包装纸是生活中不可避免的生活用品之一,包装纸不仅能够保护被包装物,还能起到较好的装饰作用,但是目前很多被包装物,例如食品、衣物、生物实验材料、家具、墙壁等,需要包装纸有较强的抗菌防霉性能,然而目前市售的极少数抗菌防霉包装纸,制备复杂,价格昂贵,而且加入多种有毒化学抗菌剂,使用时严重危害人体健康,因此,需要一种价格便宜,抗菌防霉效果好的包装纸。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌防霉包装纸。
一种抗菌防霉包装纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米秸秆66~68、小麦秸秆52~54、葎草5~7、桑叶5~7、茜草5~7、香薷5~7、火山岩8~10、活性炭7~9、壳聚糖4~6、甘草酸二钾0.11~0.13、亚硒酸钠0.11~0.13、脂肪酶0.03~0.05。
所述的小麦秸秆,还含有小麦叶,小麦叶的重量是小麦秸秆重量的13~15%,能够减轻纸张重量。
所述的活性炭,为木质活性炭,粉碎后具有较强的吸附能力。
一种抗菌防霉包装纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆洗净,粉碎至粒径为6~8mm,粉碎粒径较大,增大纤维长度,便于纤维间连接,提高包装纸强度,避免包装纸掉毛,加入小麦秸秆重量120~140倍量的水,加入脂肪酶,于36~38℃酶解3~4小时,再超声破碎40~50分钟,不仅能够分解原料中的脂肪成分,便于抄纸,还能增加纤维间的交联作用,增加纸张强度和平滑度,便于包装使用,提高对物品的保护功能,得秸秆料;
(2)将葎草、桑叶、茜草和香薷粉碎至6~8mm,加入葎草重量700~800倍量的水,加热煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,提取的有效成分,能够增加植物香味和抗菌性能,提高包装纸的抗菌率,而且含有的多糖和果胶成分能够促进纤维聚合,提高包装纸的防水性能和平滑度,便于加工和使用,冷却至室温,加入粉碎至40~50nm的活性炭粉,常温静置至无色,能够去除植物本身的色素成分,不影响包装纸所需的色泽,得抗菌剂;
(3)将火山岩粉碎至粒径为30~40nm,具有较强的吸附功能和抗菌性,能够使纤维结合紧密,增加包装纸的强度和抗撕裂度,加入秸秆料中,再加入抗菌剂,常温搅拌2~3小时,得初混料;
(4)将初混料于-45~-43℃冷冻20~24小时,自然解冻后,加入甘草酸二钾和亚硒酸钠,使流动水快速变成结晶水,再缓慢变为流动水,能够软化纤维成分,增加包装纸的柔韧性和抗菌性能,进行打浆,得浆料;
(5)将壳聚糖加入体积分数为3~4%的醋酸溶液中,搅拌至完全混匀,使壳聚糖的质量浓度为0.21~0.25%,得壳聚糖溶液;
(6)对步骤(3)得到的浆料进行抄纸,烘干至含水量减少20~25%,得半干包装纸;
(7)将壳聚糖溶液喷涂至半干包装纸的反面,喷涂量为12~14ml/m2,于40~45℃继续烘干,利于壳聚糖的与包装纸的贴服,避免脱落和掉粉,在包装纸表面喷涂壳聚糖,能够抑制油脂和水分渗透,增强抗菌能力,延长被包装物使用寿命,得烘干包装纸;
(8)辐射杀菌,检验,得抗菌防霉包装纸。
所述步骤(1)的超声破碎,温度为40~45℃、频率为31~33kHz。
所述步骤(7)的反面,为直接接触被包装物的一面。

一种抗菌防霉包装纸,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米秸秆66、小麦秸秆52、葎草5、桑叶5、茜草5、香薷5、火山岩8、活性炭7、壳聚糖4、甘草酸二钾0.11、亚硒酸钠0.11、脂肪酶0.03。
所述的小麦秸秆,还含有小麦叶,小麦叶的重量是小麦秸秆重量的13%,能够减轻纸张重量。
所述的活性炭,为木质活性炭,粉碎后具有较强的吸附能力。
一种抗菌防霉包装纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆洗净,粉碎至粒径为6mm,粉碎粒径较大,增大纤维长度,便于纤维间连接,提高包装纸强度,避免包装纸掉毛,加入小麦秸秆重量130倍量的水,加入脂肪酶,于38℃酶解4小时,再超声破碎45分钟,温度为43℃、频率为31kHz,不仅能够分解原料中的脂肪成分,便于抄纸,还能增加纤维间的交联作用,增加纸张强度和平滑度,便于包装使用,提高对物品的保护功能,得秸秆料;
(2)将葎草、桑叶、茜草和香薷粉碎至7mm,加入葎草重量800倍量的水,加热煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,提取的有效成分,能够增加植物香味和抗菌性能,提高包装纸的抗菌率,而且含有的多糖和果胶成分能够促进纤维聚合,提高包装纸的防水性能和平滑度,便于加工和使用,冷却至室温,加入粉碎至50nm的活性炭粉,常温静置至无色,能够去除植物本身的色素成分,不影响包装纸所需的色泽,得抗菌剂;
(3)将火山岩粉碎至粒径为30nm,具有较强的吸附功能和抗菌性,能够使纤维结合紧密,增加包装纸的强度和抗撕裂度,加入秸秆料中,再加入抗菌剂,常温搅拌2~3小时,得初混料;
(4)将初混料于-45℃冷冻24小时,自然解冻后,加入甘草酸二钾和亚硒酸钠,使流动水快速变成结晶水,再缓慢变为流动水,能够软化纤维成分,增加包装纸的柔韧性和抗菌性能,进行打浆,得浆料;
(5)将壳聚糖加入体积分数为4%的醋酸溶液中,搅拌至完全混匀,使壳聚糖的质量浓度为0.25%,得壳聚糖溶液;
(6)对步骤(3)得到的浆料进行抄纸,烘干至含水量减少20~25%,得半干包装纸;
(7)将壳聚糖溶液喷涂至半干包装纸的反面,喷涂量为13ml/m2,于44℃继续烘干,利于壳聚糖的与包装纸的贴服,避免脱落和掉粉,在包装纸表面喷涂壳聚糖,能够抑制油脂和水分渗透,增强抗菌能力,延长被包装物使用寿命,得烘干包装纸;
(8)辐射杀菌,检验,得抗菌防霉包装纸。

从表1的结果表明,实施例的抗菌防霉包装纸,平滑度、干抗张强度、湿抗张强度、撕裂度和抗菌率的指标都明显优于对比例,说明本发明提供的抗菌防霉包装纸具有很好的使用性能。
实施例和对比例防霉包装纸的毒理性试验:
分别取适量实施例和对比例的防霉包装纸20g加入等量的蒸馏水,浸泡10~12小时,5000转/分钟离心10分钟,除沉淀,将上清液真空浓缩至原体积的1/10,得包装纸浓缩液,备用。
(1)大鼠经口急毒性试验:
实验组:大白鼠190只,随机分为19组,每组10只,雌雄各半,分别将实施例和对比例的包装纸浓缩液按0.5ml/kg·bw量经口灌胃给予试验大鼠,每4h给予一次,四次后观察7d,看有无任何中毒症状观;阴性对照组:试验动物10只,雌雄各半,不给予包装纸浓缩液,与试验组同时对照观察,结果见表1;
(2)小鼠精子畸形试验:
实验组:雄性小鼠200只,随机分为20组,每组10只,分别将实施例和对比例的包装纸浓缩液按0.5ml/kg·bw的量,连续5d分别灌胃该组的雄性小鼠;阳性对照组:将易引起小鼠精子畸变的丝裂霉素C按0.5ml/kg·bw剂量连续5d灌胃该组的雄性小鼠;阴性对照组:将不易引起小鼠精子畸变的蒸馏水按0.5ml/kg·bw剂量连续5d灌胃该组的雄性小鼠,结果见表2;

从表2的结果表明,本发明的抗菌防霉包装纸制备的包装纸浓缩液,大鼠经口急毒性试验后,与阴性对照组相同,均无一异常或死亡,表明本发明提供的抗菌防霉包装纸安全无毒,小鼠精子畸形试验后,实施例的小鼠精子畸形率与阴性对照组相当,明显小于阳性对照组,表明本发明提供的抗菌防霉包装纸不会对小鼠的生殖细胞产生损害作用。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗菌防霉包装纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米秸秆66~68、小麦秸秆52~54、葎草5~7、桑叶5~7、茜草5~7、香薷5~7、火山岩8~10、活性炭7~9、壳聚糖4~6、甘草酸二钾0.11~0.13、亚硒酸钠0.11~0.13、脂肪酶0.03~0.05。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌防霉包装纸,其特征在于,所述的小麦秸秆,还含有小麦叶,小麦叶的重量是小麦秸秆重量的13~15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗菌防霉包装纸,其特征在于,所述的活性炭,为木质活性炭。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述抗菌防霉包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将玉米秸秆和小麦秸秆洗净,粉碎至粒径为6~8mm,加入小麦秸秆重量120~140倍量的水,加入脂肪酶,于36~38℃酶解3~4小时,再超声破碎40~50分钟,得秸秆料;
(2)将葎草、桑叶、茜草和香薷粉碎至6~8mm,加入葎草重量700~800倍量的水,加热煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,冷却至室温,加入粉碎至40~50nm的活性炭粉,常温静置至无色,得抗菌剂;
(3)将火山岩粉碎至粒径为30~40nm,加入秸秆料中,再加入抗菌剂,常温搅拌2~3小时,得初混料;
(4)将初混料于-45~-43℃冷冻20~24小时,自然解冻后,加入甘草酸二钾和亚硒酸钠,进行打浆,得浆料;
(5)将壳聚糖加入体积分数为3~4%的醋酸溶液中,搅拌至完全混匀,使壳聚糖的质量浓度为0.21~0.25%,得壳聚糖溶液;
(6)对步骤(3)得到的浆料进行抄纸,烘干至含水量减少20~25%,得半干包装纸;
(7)将壳聚糖溶液喷涂至半干包装纸的反面,喷涂量为12~14ml/m2,于40~45℃继续烘干,得烘干包装纸;
(8)辐射杀菌,检验,得抗菌防霉包装纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述抗菌防霉包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的超声破碎,温度为40~45℃、频率为31~33kHz。
6.根据权利要求4所述抗菌防霉包装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)的反面,为直接接触被包装物的一面。
7.一种权利要求1~6任一项所述抗菌防霉包装纸的使用方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌防霉包装纸的使用方法,可用作食品包装纸、服装包装袋、生物实验材料包装纸、家具装饰纸及墙纸。
