Abstract

本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺,包括如下步骤:第一步,将染缸内打入布匹,然后直接加热至40‑60℃,保持2‑3min,再加入50‑60℃的热水;第二步,在染缸内加入染料和助剂,第三步,染缸内加热至80‑90℃,并加压至1.6‑1.8个大气压,持续保温保压45‑60min;第四步,降低温度至60‑65℃,压力降至与外接平衡,加入柔软剂,柔软剂的用量为0.1‑0.2g/L,保温10‑15min后出缸;第五步,布匹脱水、烘干定型。本发明所得到的一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺,先利用对布匹进行加热,使得纱线表面的微结构打开,然后注入热水使其进入内部,在染色过程中使得染液进入更加彻底,使其与布匹的结合更加牢固,从而能有效的提高其色牢度;而且染色温度较低,能耗较少。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于布匹的染色都是先将布匹加入水中,然后加入染料、助剂,加热加压等进行染色,再进行后处理工艺。但是这种工艺过程中染色的布匹其色牢度相对较差,且需要染色温度较高,造成能源消耗相对较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工艺简单,能提高染色色牢度的低温高压的布匹染色工艺。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺,包括如下步骤:第一步,将染缸内打入布匹,然后直接加热至40-60℃,保持2-3min,再加入50-60℃的热水;第二步,在染缸内加入染料和助剂,其中染料的加入量为0.3-1.0g/L,助剂的加入量为0.2-0.4g/L,第三步,染缸内加热至80-90℃,并加压至1.6-1.8个大气压,持续保温保压45-60min;第四步,降低温度至60-65℃,压力降至与外接平衡,加入柔软剂,柔软剂的用量为0.1-0.2g/L,保温10-15min后出缸;第五步,布匹脱水、烘干定型。
所述的助剂包括去污剂、匀染剂、精炼剂、皂洗剂和精炼剂,且四种助剂的重量比依次为:1:1:3:2。
本发明所得到的一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺,先利用对布匹进行加热,使得纱线表面的微结构打开,然后注入热水使其进入内部,在染色过程中使得染液进入更加彻底,使其与布匹的结合更加牢固,从而能有效的提高其色牢度;而且染色温度较低,能耗较少。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种低温高压的布匹染色工艺,包括如下步骤:第一步,将染缸内打入布匹,然后直接加热至40-60℃,保持2-3min,再加入50-60℃的热水;第二步,在染缸内加入染料和助剂,其中染料的加入量为0.3-1.0g/L,助剂的加入量为0.2-0.4g/L,第三步,染缸内加热至80-90℃,并加压至1.6-1.8个大气压,持续保温保压45-60min;第四步,降低温度至60-65℃,压力降至与外接平衡,加入柔软剂,柔软剂的用量为0.1-0.2g/L,保温10-15min后出缸;第五步,布匹脱水、烘干定型。
