换句话说,当执行现有的CNC铣削处理工艺以加工符号图案时,符号图案的厚度可能不均匀。因此,可能需要基于符号图案的厚度更换工具,并且可能增加不良率和制造周期时间。因此,根据示例性实施例,可以去除现有的接合和CNC铣削处理工艺,并且可以通过双蚀刻处理在按钮主体上形成符号图案。进而,可以更稳定地批量生产发光按钮键。
在下文中,图3示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的制造发光按钮键的方法的初次蚀刻工艺的示例图。图4示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的制造发光按钮键的方法的二次蚀刻工艺的示例图。如图3所示,在根据本发明的示例性实施例的双蚀刻工艺(S200)中,将如下所述首先描述初次蚀刻工艺(S210)。
首先,当顺序设置薄PET膜2和按钮主体1时,可以将初次光刻胶10涂覆到按钮主体1的后表面。然后,可以将其上印刷有蚀刻图案的第一光掩蔽膜20接合到按钮主体1。接下来,可以用紫外线照射第一光掩蔽膜20,并且去除第一光掩蔽膜20以形成设置在按钮主体1上的具有蚀刻图案的初次光刻胶10。
例如,初次光刻胶10可以是感光涂料。当用紫外线照射初次光刻胶10时,初次光刻胶10的物理性质可能改变或转变。根据本发明的示例性实施例,紫外线到达的部分的高分子可以溶解而去除初次光刻胶10的同时去除蚀刻图案。因此,初次光刻胶10可以包括形成在按钮主体1上的蚀刻图案。如上所述,在利用蚀刻图案形成初次光刻胶10之后,可以沿着蚀刻图案将按钮主体1蚀刻至约100微米的深度,以便接合于按钮主体1和薄膜2之间。特别地,可以从按钮主体1去除初次光刻胶10,并且可以完成初次蚀刻。
此外,参考图4,为了执行二次蚀刻(S220),可以将二次光刻胶30涂覆到初次蚀刻后的按钮主体1,然后可以接合具有预定符号图案的第二光掩蔽膜40。换句话说,可以在按钮主体1上执行初次蚀刻,并且可以在同一处执行用于加工符号图案的二次蚀刻。然后,第二光掩蔽膜40可以被紫外线照射,并且可以被去除以在形成有蚀刻图案的按钮主体1上形成具有符号图案的二次光刻胶30。换句话说,与执行初级蚀刻时类似,二次光刻胶30可以包括感光涂料并且紫外线溶解到达的部分的高分子可以溶解而去除二次光刻胶30的同时去除符号图案。因此,可以形成其上设置有蚀刻图案的按钮主体上形成的具有符号图案的二次光刻胶30。
接下来,可以沿着符号图案蚀刻按钮主体1。换句话说,为了稍后进行注塑成型,可以执行二次蚀刻以穿透按钮主体1。最后,可以从按钮主体1去除二次光刻胶30,以完成二次蚀刻。因此,其上形成有预定符号图案的按钮主体1可以接合到薄膜2,以通过可以稍后进行的压制成型(S300)和注塑成型(S400)来完成发光按钮键。
在下文中,图5示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于制造发光按钮键的方法的压制成型的示例性图。图6示出根据本发明的示例性实施例的用于制造发光按钮键的方法的注塑成型的示例性图。如图5所示,压制成型(S300)可以在如上所述对按钮主体1执行双蚀刻时执行,然后可以附着形成符号图案的岛状物50。
接下来,可以将透明或半透明材料的注塑材料70注入到形成符号图案的岛状物50之间的区域中,以注塑成型发光按钮键(S400)。例如,当安装薄膜2时,位于压制装置的上模60上的按钮主体1可以固定。特别地,可以防止注塑材料70过注塑(over-molded)到按钮主体1的表面中。
附着到按钮主体1的表面的薄膜2可以被附着以包围形成符号图案的岛状物50和如图6所示的剩余区域。注塑材料可以在注塑成型工艺(S400)中注射,并且可以防止注塑材料过注塑到按钮主体1的外表面中。因此,根据本发明的示例性实施例,不需要涉及按钮主体1的表面的工序并且因此可以消除在按钮主体1的表面上单独的涂覆工艺。特别地,当在没有单独涂覆工艺的情况下执行注塑成型(S400),然后薄膜2从按钮主体1移除,可以完成发光按钮键产品。
根据本发明的示例性实施例,可以通过对金属材料的按钮主体和膜之间的接合部分上执行初次蚀刻和在相同位置上加工符号图案的二次蚀刻来代替现有的接合和CNC铣削工艺。因此,本发明的示例性实施例可以减少所需的制造过程,减少工艺时间和制造成本。
参考附图中所示的示例性实施例来描述本发明,这仅是示例。因此,应当理解,本领域技术人员可以基于示例性实施例对本发明进行各种改变,并且可以通过选择性地组合所有或一些前述实施例来配置本发明。因此,本发明的实际保护的技术范围必须由所附权利要求的精神确定。

Claims (7)

1.一种制造发光按钮键的方法,包括以下步骤:
通过加工金属板形成按钮主体;
将薄膜附着到所述按钮主体,并且在所述按钮主体的后表面上执行双蚀刻以加工符号图案;
压制成型所述按钮主体的后表面;以及
将透明或半透明材料的注塑材料注射到所述按钮主体的所述后表面中以执行注塑成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中双蚀刻工艺包括:
接合所述按钮主体和所述薄膜以执行初次蚀刻;和
执行二次蚀刻以在初次蚀刻的按钮主体上加工符号图案。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,接合步骤包括:
将初次光刻胶涂覆到所述按钮主体的所述后表面,并且接合印有蚀刻图案的第一光掩蔽膜;
通过向所述第一光掩蔽膜照射紫外线并去除所述第一光掩蔽膜,在所述按钮主体上形成具有所述蚀刻图案的初次光刻胶;
沿着所述蚀刻图案初次蚀刻所述按钮主体;和
从所述按钮主体去除初次光刻胶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中执行二次蚀刻的步骤包括:
将二次光刻胶涂覆到所述按钮主体,并接合具有所述符号图案的第二光掩蔽膜;
通过向所述第二光掩蔽膜照射紫外线并去除所述第二光掩蔽膜,在形成蚀刻图案的所述按钮主体上形成具有符号图案的二次光刻胶;
沿着所述符号图案二次蚀刻所述按钮主体;以及
从所述按钮主体去除所述二次光刻胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述二次蚀刻包括:
执行蚀刻以穿透所述按钮主体。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述压制成型中,通过所述双蚀刻压制成型出从所述按钮主体的后表面突出的所述符号图案。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,在所述注塑成型中,当附着所述薄膜时,将所述注塑材料注射到压制成型的符号图案中。
