Abstract
【解決手段】金属板を加工してボタン本体1を形成する形状加工ステップと、ボタン本体1に薄膜フィルム2を付着させ、ボタン本体の背面に2重エッチングを施してシンボルパターンを加工する2重エッチング10,20加工実施ステップと、ボタン本体1の背面をプレスして成形するプレス成形ステップと、ボタン本体1の背面に透明又は半透明材質の射出素材を注入して射出成形する射出成形ステップとを含む発光ボタンキィーの製造方法。

Claims (7)
- 金属板を加工してボタン本体を形成する形状加工ステップと、
前記ボタン本体に薄膜フィルムを付着させ、前記ボタン本体の背面に2重エッチングを施してシンボルパターンを加工する2重エッチング加工実施ステップと、
前記ボタン本体の背面をプレスして成形するプレス成形ステップと、
前記ボタン本体の背面に透明または半透明材質の射出素材を注入して射出成形する射出成形ステップとを含むことを特徴とする発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記2重エッチング加工実施ステップは、
前記ボタン本体と前記薄膜フィルムとを接合して1次エッチングを行う第1ステップと、
前記1次エッチングが完了した前記ボタン本体に対してシンボルパターン加工のための2次エッチングを行う第2ステップとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記第1ステップは、
(a)前記ボタン本体の背面に1次フォトレジストを塗布した後、エッチングパターンが印刷された第1フォトマスクフィルムを接着するステップと、
(b)前記第1フォトマスクフィルムに紫外線を照射した後、前記第1フォトマスクフィルムを除去して、前記ボタン本体に前記エッチングパターンを有する前記1次フォトレジストが形成されるようにするステップと、
(c)前記エッチングパターンに沿って前記ボタン本体を1次エッチングするステップと、
(d)前記ボタン本体から前記1次フォトレジストを除去するステップとを備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記第2ステップは、
(a)前記ボタン本体に2次フォトレジストを塗布した後、シンボルパターンを有する第2フォトマスクフィルムを接着するステップと、
(b)前記第2フォトマスクフィルムに紫外線を照射した後、前記第2フォトマスクフィルムを除去して、前記エッチングパターンが形成された前記ボタン本体に前記シンボルパターンを有する前記2次フォトレジストが形成されるようにするステップと、
(c)前記シンボルパターンに沿って前記ボタン本体を2次エッチングするステップと、
(d)前記ボタン本体から前記2次フォトレジストを除去するステップとを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記(c)ステップは、
前記ボタン本体を貫通するようにエッチングすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記プレス成形ステップは、
前記2重エッチングにより前記ボタン本体の背面から突出形成された前記シンボルパターンをプレス成形することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。 - 前記射出成形ステップは、
前記薄膜フィルムが付着した状態で、プレス成形が完了した前記シンボルパターンの内部に射出素材が注入されるようにすることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の発光ボタンキーの製造方法。
