背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装五要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对服装的要求越来越高,消费者已经从最开始的追求保暖向注重舒适、美观、有益健康等方向发展,功能纺织品也应运而生,早在第一次世界大战的时候,人们就已经开始了对抗菌纺织品的研究,到了现代,1996年日本在全国范围由0-157病原性大肠杆菌引起的肠道急性病和2003年初我国由于SARS病毒引起的非典型性肺炎,不得不说它们都给人类的身体健康造成巨大的伤害,而人们从中也得到了启发:因为对自然界的微生物来说,人类的皮肤是一种很好的营养供给者,人们皮肤上的一些常驻菌起着保护皮肤免受致病菌危害的作用,一旦微生物中的菌群失调,他们中的少量致病菌就会大量繁殖,并通过皮肤、呼吸道、消化道以及生殖道粘膜对人体造成危害。抗菌纺织品作为一个可能的阻止和切断疾病传染源的产品,将在人们疾病防治中起到至关重要的作用,且现有的面料功能比较单一。
所以,如何设计一种多功能复合面料,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能复合面料及制备方法,通过吸湿管吸收湿气,把转移到内腔中,内腔与第一排湿毛细血管相通,进而再通过第二排湿毛细血管和排湿层,可以使整体具有较强的吸湿性,通过抗静电纤维和抗静电涂层可以使整体具有抗静电性,通过突起可以防止面料黏贴皮肤,且制备方法简单科学,可以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多功能复合面料,包括面料层,面料层的外侧设置有排湿层,排湿层的外侧设置有防尘层,防尘层的内部设置有第一排湿毛细血管,防尘层的外侧设置有抗静电纤维层,抗静电纤维层外侧设置有经线,经线的垂直方向上均匀分布有纬线,纬线的一侧设置有抗静电纤维,经线的外侧分散涂抹有抗静电涂层,面料层的内侧设置有吸湿纤维层,吸湿纤维层的内部设置有第二排湿毛细血管,吸湿纤维层的内部设置有吸湿纤维,吸湿纤维的外侧设置有凸块,吸湿纤维的内部设置有中空的内腔,内腔的外侧设置有吸湿管,吸湿纤维层的内侧设置有抗静电纤维层,抗静电纤维层的一侧设置有突起;面料层为马海毛纱面料层;纬线与抗静电纤维层相间均匀分布;相邻的两根吸湿纤维单丝之间设置有空隙。

根据上述技术方案,所述粘结剂的制备包括:步骤一,搅拌条件下,取50-73%重量百分比的水,以及聚乙烯醇,混合,升温到88-95度,使得聚乙烯醇完全溶解,70-80度下保温1小时,调节pH为8-9,得到溶液A;步骤二,取30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,搅拌条件下,将所述复合乳化剂和剩余的水加入到溶液A中,再慢慢加入40-50%重量百分比的醋酸乙烯酯和40-50%重量百分比的复合引发剂,升温至88-95度,保温0.3-0.5小时;冷却至60-70度;之后再慢慢加入剩余的醋酸乙烯酯和剩余的复合引发剂;升温至88-95度,保温0.2-0.4小时;步骤五,加入30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,以及聚醋酸乙烯酯,88-95度下保温0.2-0.4小时,然后冷却至40-50度;步骤四,搅拌条件下,加入碳酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,辛醇,异丙醇,混合均匀,得溶液B;步骤五,向溶液B中加入剩余的复合乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,甲苯二异氰酸酯,羟甲基丙烯酰胺,蜡质玉米淀粉,次氯酸钠,混合均匀,40-50度保温0.1-0.3小时,冷却至室温,即得所述粘结剂组合物。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过吸湿管吸收湿气,把转移到内腔中,内腔与第一排湿毛细血管相通,进而再通过第二排湿毛细血管和排湿层,可以使整体具有较强的吸湿性,通过抗静电纤维和抗静电涂层可以使整体具有抗静电性,通过突起可以防止面料黏贴皮肤,且制备方法简单科学。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供一种多功能复合面料,包括面料层,面料层的外侧设置有排湿层,排湿层的外侧设置有防尘层,防尘层的内部设置有第一排湿毛细血管,防尘层的外侧设置有抗静电纤维层,抗静电纤维层外侧设置有经线,经线的垂直方向上均匀分布有纬线,纬线的一侧设置有抗静电纤维,经线的外侧分散涂抹有抗静电涂层,面料层的内侧设置有吸湿纤维层,吸湿纤维层的内部设置有第二排湿毛细血管,吸湿纤维层的内部设置有吸湿纤维,吸湿纤维的外侧设置有凸块,吸湿纤维的内部设置有中空的内腔,内腔的外侧设置有吸湿管,吸湿纤维层的内侧设置有抗静电纤维层,抗静电纤维层的一侧设置有突起;面料层为马海毛纱面料层;纬线与抗静电纤维层相间均匀分布;相邻的两根吸湿纤维单丝之间设置有空隙。
根据上述技术方案,所述面料层、排湿层、防尘层、抗静电纤维层、吸湿纤维层和抗静电纤维层之间均通过粘结剂连接。
根据上述技术方案,所述粘结剂的制备包括:步骤一,搅拌条件下,取50-73%重量百分比的水,以及聚乙烯醇,混合,升温到88-95度,使得聚乙烯醇完全溶解,70-80度下保温1小时,调节pH为8-9,得到溶液A;步骤二,取30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,搅拌条件下,将所述复合乳化剂和剩余的水加入到溶液A中,再慢慢加入40-50%重量百分比的醋酸乙烯酯和40-50%重量百分比的复合引发剂,升温至88-95度,保温0.3-0.5小时;冷却至60-70度;之后再慢慢加入剩余的醋酸乙烯酯和剩余的复合引发剂;升温至88-95度,保温0.2-0.4小时;步骤五,加入30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,以及聚醋酸乙烯酯,88-95度下保温0.2-0.4小时,然后冷却至40-50度;步骤四,搅拌条件下,加入碳酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,辛醇,异丙醇,混合均匀,得溶液B;步骤五,向溶液B中加入剩余的复合乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,甲苯二异氰酸酯,羟甲基丙烯酰胺,蜡质玉米淀粉,次氯酸钠,混合均匀,40-50度保温0.1-0.3小时,冷却至室温,即得所述粘结剂组合物。
根据上述技术方案,所述内腔的内部设置有加强筋。
一种多功能复合面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备面料层和抗静电纤维层:通过纺纱、织坯、染色后整制备得到面料层和内侧:所述纺纱包括对纤维开松清理,然后梳棉、梳棉条、并条、制备粗纱、制备细纱、络筒、蒸纱、并纱、倍捻、再次蒸纱、制备得到纱线和对纱线进行检测的步骤;所述织坯包括对纱线进行整经,然后穿综穿筘、上机织造制得坯布,并对坯布进行物性检测、修布和验坯的步骤;所述染色后整包括对坯布进行前处理、染色、水洗、烘干、剪毛、五防处理、烘焙、双面高温压光、罐蒸,最后检验得到的成品机织面料层的步骤;
2)排湿层和防尘层:通过纺纱、织坯、染色后整制备得到排湿层和防尘层:所述纺纱包括对纤维开松清理,然后梳棉、梳棉条、并条、制备粗纱、制备细纱、络筒、蒸纱、制备得到纱线和对纱线进行检测的步骤;所述织坯包括对纱线进行挂纱、排针、织造和验坯的步骤;所述染色后整包括对坯布进行前处理、染色、水洗、剖布、烘干、定型,最后检验得到的成品针织面料层的步骤;
3)通过以下五层面料复合工艺制备得到多功能五层复合阻燃面料:将面料层和抗静电纤维层进行贴合,熟成反应24h,得到双层复合层;将排湿层和防尘层和双层复合层进行贴合,熟成反应24h,得到所述多功能五层复合阻燃面料,并检验包装。
根据上述技术方案,所述复合面料的制备温度为常温。
根据上述技术方案,所述包装用到的为自动包装机。
基于上述,本发明的优点在于,本发明通过吸湿管吸收湿气,把转移到内腔中,内腔与第一排湿毛细血管相通,进而再通过第二排湿毛细血管和排湿层,可以使整体具有较强的吸湿性,通过抗静电纤维和抗静电涂层可以使整体具有抗静电性,通过突起可以防止面料黏贴皮肤,且制备方法简单科学。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于:包括面料层(1),面料层(1)的外侧设置有排湿层(2),排湿层(2)的外侧设置有防尘层(3),防尘层(3)的内部设置有第一排湿毛细血管(301),防尘层(3)的外侧设置有抗静电纤维层(4),抗静电纤维层(4)外侧设置有经线(5),经线(5)的垂直方向上均匀分布有纬线(6),纬线(6)的一侧设置有抗静电纤维(7),经线(5)的外侧分散涂抹有抗静电涂层(8),面料层(1)的内侧设置有吸湿纤维层(9),吸湿纤维层(9)的内部设置有第二排湿毛细血管(901),吸湿纤维层(9)的内部设置有吸湿纤维(10),吸湿纤维(10)的外侧设置有凸块(11),吸湿纤维(10)的内部设置有中空的内腔(12),内腔(12)的外侧设置有吸湿管(13),吸湿纤维层(9)的内侧设置有抗静电纤维层(14),抗静电纤维层(14)的一侧设置有突起(15);面料层(1)为马海毛纱面料层;纬线(6)与抗静电纤维层(4)相间均匀分布;相邻的两根吸湿纤维(10)单丝之间设置有空隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于:所述面料层(1)、排湿层(2)、防尘层(3)、抗静电纤维层(4)、吸湿纤维层(9)和抗静电纤维层(14)之间均通过粘结剂连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为粘结剂组合物,其制备步骤包括:步骤一,搅拌条件下,取50-73%重量百分比的水,以及聚乙烯醇,混合,升温到88-95度,使得聚乙烯醇完全溶解,70-80度下保温1小时,调节pH为8-9,得到溶液A;步骤二,取30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,搅拌条件下,将所述复合乳化剂和剩余的水加入到溶液A中,再慢慢加入40-50%重量百分比的醋酸乙烯酯和40-50%重量百分比的复合引发剂,升温至88-95度,保温0.3-0.5小时;冷却至60-70度;之后再慢慢加入剩余的醋酸乙烯酯和剩余的复合引发剂;升温至88-95度,保温0.2-0.4小时;步骤五,加入30-40%重量百分比的复合乳化剂,以及聚醋酸乙烯酯,88-95度下保温0.2-0.4小时,然后冷却至40-50度;步骤四,搅拌条件下,加入碳酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,二甘醇二苯甲酸酯,辛醇,异丙醇,混合均匀,得溶液B;步骤五,向溶液B中加入剩余的复合乳化剂,甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯,双甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯,甲苯二异氰酸酯,羟甲基丙烯酰胺,蜡质玉米淀粉,次氯酸钠,混合均匀,40-50度保温0.1-0.3小时,冷却至室温,即得所述粘结剂组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能复合面料,其特征在于:所述内腔(12)的内部设置有加强筋。
5.一种多功能复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)制备面料层和抗静电纤维层:通过纺纱、织坯、染色后整制备得到面料层和内侧:所述纺纱包括对纤维开松清理,然后梳棉、梳棉条、并条、制备粗纱、制备细纱、络筒、蒸纱、并纱、倍捻、再次蒸纱、制备得到纱线和对纱线进行检测的步骤;所述织坯包括对纱线进行整经,然后穿综穿筘、上机织造制得坯布,并对坯布进行物性检测、修布和验坯的步骤;所述染色后整包括对坯布进行前处理、染色、水洗、烘干、剪毛、五防处理、烘焙、双面高温压光、罐蒸,最后检验得到的成品机织面料层的步骤;
2)排湿层和防尘层:通过纺纱、织坯、染色后整制备得到排湿层和防尘层:所述纺纱包括对纤维开松清理,然后梳棉、梳棉条、并条、制备粗纱、制备细纱、络筒、蒸纱、制备得到纱线和对纱线进行检测的步骤;所述织坯包括对纱线进行挂纱、排针、织造和验坯的步骤;所述染色后整包括对坯布进行前处理、染色、水洗、剖布、烘干、定型,最后检验得到的成品针织面料层的步骤;
3)通过以下五层面料复合工艺制备得到多功能五层复合阻燃面料:将面料层和抗静电纤维层进行贴合,熟成反应24h,得到双层复合层;将排湿层和防尘层和双层复合层进行贴合,熟成反应24h,得到所述多功能五层复合阻燃面料,并检验包装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述复合面料的制备温度为常温。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述包装用到的为自动包装机。
