本发明公开了一种橡胶射出模,包括二拆模模具,三拆模模具和四拆模模具;二拆模模具由上模和底模组成,上模与底模之间通过导柱活动连接,三拆模模具由上模、底模和中板组成,中板位于上模与底模之间,上模与底模之间通过导柱活动连接,导柱焊接在底模上,四拆模模具由上模、底模、中板和中框组成,导柱焊接在底模上,上模与底模的两端还开设有侧档,上模的侧档内固定安装有上模把手,上模把手的一端与侧档的内壁固定连接,另一端延伸出上模的外部。本发明全部采用逆向制模,相比之前A3铁更加精密耐用;与传统模具需手工放料热压相比,能精确控制料量,并且成品热压成型出模后可直接手撕掉毛边,减少修边组的配备。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶模具技术领域,尤其是一种橡胶射出模。
背景技术
传统橡胶模具生产流程:铸造底模,用刨铣加工,手工合模组合完成,底厂根据单个型体底花形状,开制裁刀切好料手工放入模具内热压成型,再通过整理组修边打包;工序烦琐,产能低下,生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种橡胶射出模,以解决上述背景技术中提出现有工序烦琐,产能低下,生产成本高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种橡胶射出模,包括二拆模模具,所述二拆模模具由上模和底模组成,上模与底模之间通过导柱活动连接,导柱焊接在底模上,上模与底模的两端还开设有侧档,上模的侧档内固定安装有上模把手,所述上模把手的一端与侧档的内壁固定连接,另一端延伸出上模的外部,上模的下表面和底模的上表面分别固定安装有前后档,所述前后档之间相互吻合,上模的下表面和底模的上表面的中部还均设置有成品区,成品区的外围开设有撕边槽,所述撕边槽环绕成品区整体,二拆模模具一面的外壁上还开设有侧墙溢料槽,侧墙溢料槽内连通有上模流道,所述上模流道开设在上模一侧的外壁上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上模与底模连接的外壁缝隙处还开设有侧墙撕边槽。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底模的两端还固定安装有锁下模压块。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述上模上表面还开设有锥形进料孔,锥形进料孔与成品区连通。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果:
本发明的橡胶射出模,模具材料为钢制,全部采用逆向制模,相比之前A3铁更加精密耐用;与传统模具需单个开裁刀裁料、手工放料热压相比,现在射出方式为进料自动化生产,能精确控制料量,减少材料浪费及人工,并且成品热压成型出模后可直接手撕掉毛边,减少修边组的配备。

请参阅图1-5,本发明实施例中,一种橡胶射出模,包括二拆模模具1,二拆模模具1由上模2和底模3组成,上模2与底模3之间通过导柱31活动连接,导柱31焊接在底模3上,上模2上表面还开设有锥形进料孔,锥形进料孔与成品区7相连通,从而实现单色、双色以上的配色生产,上模2与底模3的两端还开设有侧档4,并且上模2的侧档4内固定安装有上模把手5,上模把手5的一端与侧档4的内壁固定连接,另一端延伸出上模2的外部,上模2的下表面和底模3的上表面分别固定安装有前后档6,前后档6之间相互吻合,通过前后档6防止物料受到挤压后溢出,上模2的下表面和底模3的上表面的中部还均设置有成品区7,并且成品区7的外围开设有撕边槽8,撕边槽8环绕成品区7整体,二拆模模具1一面的外壁上还开设有侧墙溢料槽9,并且侧墙溢料槽9内连通有上模流道10,上模流道9开设在上模2一侧的外壁上,上模2与底模3连接的外壁缝隙处还开设有侧墙撕边槽11,底模3的两端还固定安装有锁下模压块12。
实施案例二:
请参阅图6-7,本发明实施例中,一种橡胶射出模,包括三拆模模具13,三拆模模具13由上模2、底模3和中板14组成,中板14位于上模2与底模3之间,上模2与底模3之间通过导柱31活动连接,导柱31焊接在底模3上,上模2与底模3的两端还开设有侧档4,并且上模2的侧档4内固定安装有上模把手5,上模把手5的一端与侧档4的内壁固定连接,另一端延伸出上模2的外部,上模2的下表面和底模3的上表面分别固定安装有前后档5,前后档5之间相互吻合,通过前后档5防止物料受到挤压后溢出,上模2的下表面、底模3的上表面以及中板14的中部还均设置有成品区7,并且成品区7的外围开设有撕边槽8,撕边槽8环绕成品区7整体,二拆模模具1一面的外壁上还开设有侧墙溢料槽9,并且侧墙溢料槽9内连通有上模流道10,上模流道9开设在上模2一侧的外壁上,上模2与底模3连接的外壁缝隙处还开设有侧墙撕边槽11,底模3的两端还固定安装有锁下模压块12,中板14的外表面还固定安装有中板把手15,中板把手15共有4个,并以两个为一组固定安装于中板14两端的外表面上。

本发明的橡胶射出模,模具材料为钢制,全部采用逆向制模,相比之前A3铁更加精密耐用;与传统模具需单个开裁刀裁料、手工放料热压相比,现在射出方式为进料自动化生产,能精确控制料量,减少材料浪费及人工,并且成品热压成型出模后可直接手撕掉毛边,减少修边组的配备。
综上所述:本发明的橡胶射出模,能更精确的控制料量,减少浪费,而且不用开裁刀模裁料热压,节省整理组修边流程,大大降低了生产成本,效率更高;有效的解决了现有工序烦琐,产能低下,生产成本高。
