Abstract

本发明公开了一种EVA热成型模具,包括上铝模和下铝模,上铝模和下铝模铰接,且均设有拉手;所述上铝模设有凸起的模型,下铝模设有下凹的型腔,所述上铝模内部设有途经模型内部的上通道,所述下铝模内部设有途经型腔底部的下通道;所述上通道在上铝模内表面设有开口一,所述下通道在下铝模内表面设有与开口一位置相应且相通的开口二;所述下通道两侧分别设有蒸汽/水进口和蒸汽/水出口。其制作工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)制作下砂芯定型模;(2)制作上砂芯定型模;(3)砂芯定位;(4)EVA定型铝模铝水浇筑;(5)模具加工完成。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:导热系数较不锈钢的导热系数高;大大缩短了生产时间,以及降低了能源的损耗。

Description

一种EVA热成型模具及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及模具制作方法,尤其涉及一种EVA热成型模具及其制作工艺。
背景技术
传统EVA定型铝模(埋管铸造)加工流程:EVA定型铝模铸造时,把不锈钢管埋在EVA砂模中进行铝水浇注,铝模冷却定型后不锈钢管镶在铝模中。通过此方法制作而成的EVA定型铝模,其缺点是:不锈钢的导热系数约为:20kcal/mh℃左右,导热慢。加硫时间及冷却时间较长,造成生产时间缩长,能源损耗高。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种EVA热成型模具及其制作工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种EVA热成型模具,包括上铝模和下铝模,上铝模和下铝模铰接,且均设有拉手;所述上铝模设有凸起的模型,下铝模设有下凹的型腔,其特征在于:所述上铝模内部设有途经模型内部的上通道,所述下铝模内部设有途经型腔底部的下通道;所述上通道在上铝模内表面设有开口一,所述下通道在下铝模内表面设有与开口一位置相应且相通的开口二;所述下通道两侧分别设有蒸汽/水进口和蒸汽/水出口。
一种EVA热成型模具的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作下砂芯定型模:采用木制材料制下砂芯定型模的上模和下模,下砂芯定型模设有下砂芯型腔,下砂芯型腔设有两端开口一,下砂芯型腔上设有蒸汽/水进出型腔,下砂芯型腔上设有若干个下挤压口;通过挤压成型制得下砂芯;
(2)制作上砂芯定型模:采用木制材料制上砂芯定型模的上模和下模,上砂芯定型模设有上砂芯型腔,上砂芯型腔两端与下砂芯型腔两端开口一位置相应的开口二,通过挤压成型制得上砂芯;
(3)砂芯定位:通过铝块将制得的上、下砂芯固定在砂模上;
(4)EVA定型铝模铝水浇筑:在定位好上砂芯和下砂芯的砂模中分别浇筑铝水;待成型上铝模和下铝模冷却后,把上砂芯和下砂芯掏出,使上、下铝模内部形成相通的上通道和下通道,以及蒸汽/水进口和蒸汽/水出口,得上铝模和下铝模;
(5)模具加工完成。
本发明的定型铝模主要生产成品为:EVA中底与RB大底一体成型成品;管道与铝模直接接触,导热快;砂芯的形状可随EVA成品的大小变动,使蒸汽和冷水的温度更能直接影响EVA成品定型。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:
1、砂芯铸造的EVA定型铝模是良导体,导热系数约为:238kcal/mh℃左右,而不锈钢的导热系数约为:20kcal/mh℃左右;铝比不锈钢导热快为10倍。
2、砂芯铸造EVA定型铝模在生产成品中,加硫时间为380秒,冷却时间为360秒;埋不锈钢管的定型铝模在生产成品中,加硫时间为480秒,冷却时间为450秒;相比较,砂芯铸造的模具要比埋管的模具在生产中:加硫时间缩短100秒,冷却时间缩短90秒,总共缩短时间190秒;所以运用砂芯铸造EVA定型模生产时间缩短,能源损耗降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1、图2及图3所示,一种EVA热成型模具,包括上铝模4和下铝模5,上铝模4和下铝模5铰接,且均设有拉手8;所述上铝模4设有凸起的模型4-1,下铝模5设有下凹的型腔5-1,所述上铝模4内部设有途经模型4-1内部的上通道4-2,所述下铝模5内部设有途经型腔5-1底部的下通道5-2;所述上通道4-2在上铝模4内表面设有开口一4-3,所述下通道5-2在下铝模5内表面设有与开口一4-3位置相应且相通的开口二5-3;所述下通道5-2两侧分别设有蒸汽/水进口5-4和蒸汽/水出口5-5。
如图1至图6所示,一种EVA热成型模具制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作下砂芯定型模1:如图4所示,采用木制材料制下砂芯定型模的上模1-1和下模1-2,下砂芯定型模设有下砂芯型腔1-3,下砂芯型腔1-3设有两端开口一1-4,下砂芯型腔1-3上设有蒸汽/水进出型腔1-5,下砂芯型腔1-3上设有若干个下挤压口1-6;通过挤压成型制得下砂芯;
(2)制作上砂芯定型模2:如图5所示,采用木制材料制上砂芯定型模的上模2-1和下模2-2,上砂芯定型模2设有上砂芯型腔2-3,上砂芯型腔2两端与下砂芯型腔1-3两端开口一1-4位置相应的开口二2-4,通过挤压成型制得上砂芯;
(3)砂芯定位:如图6所示,通过铝块3将制得的上、下砂芯固定在砂模上;
(4)EVA定型铝模铝水浇筑:如图1-3所示,在定位好上砂芯和下砂芯的砂模中分别浇筑铝水;待成型上铝模4和下铝模5冷却后,把上砂芯和下砂芯掏出,使上、下铝模内部形成相通的上通道4-2和下通道5-2,以及蒸汽/水进口5-4和蒸汽/水出口5-5,得上铝模4和下铝模5;
(5)模具加工完成。
本发明依靠砂芯定型模把砂挤压成型为管状砂芯实物,铸造时,把砂芯实物固定在EVA砂模成品区周围(尽量靠EVA成品区)进行铝水浇注,EVA定型铝模模具通过成型冷却后把砂芯掏掉,使铝模里面出现管道。

Claims (2)

1.一种EVA热成型模具,包括上铝模和下铝模,上铝模和下铝模铰接,且均设有拉手;所述上铝模设有凸起的模型,下铝模设有下凹的型腔,其特征在于:所述上铝模内部设有途经模型内部的上通道,所述下铝模内部设有途经型腔底部的下通道;所述上通道在上铝模内表面设有开口一,所述下通道在下铝模内表面设有与开口一位置相应且相通的开口二;所述下通道两侧分别设有蒸汽/水进口和蒸汽/水出口。
2.一种EVA热成型模具制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制作下砂芯定型模:采用木制材料制下砂芯定型模的上模和下模,下砂芯定型模设有下砂芯型腔,下砂芯型腔设有两端开口一,下砂芯型腔上设有蒸汽/水进出型腔,下砂芯型腔上设有若干个下挤压口;通过挤压成型制得下砂芯;
(2)制作上砂芯定型模:采用木制材料制上砂芯定型模的上模和下模,上砂芯定型模设有上砂芯型腔,上砂芯型腔两端与下砂芯型腔两端开口一位置相应的开口二,通过挤压成型制得上砂芯;
(3)砂芯定位:通过铝块将制得的上、下砂芯固定在砂模上;
(4)EVA定型铝模铝水浇筑:在定位好上砂芯和下砂芯的砂模中分别浇筑铝水;待成型上铝模和下铝模冷却后,把上砂芯和下砂芯掏出,使上、下铝模内部形成相通的上通道和下通道,以及蒸汽/水进口和蒸汽/水出口,得上铝模和下铝模;
(5)模具加工完成。
