Based on the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the iron oxide red fancy glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 11-16% of potash feldspar, 12-15% of calcite, 18-28% of black stone, 40-45% of black soil, 5-8% of plant ash, 0.3-0.5% of iron oxide red powder, 0.2-0.5% of talc and 0.2-0.5% of manganese powder.
The iron red fancy glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15% of potash feldspar, 15% of calcite, 22% of black stone, 42% of black medicinal soil, 5% of plant ash, 0.5% of iron oxide red powder, 0.3% of talc and 0.2% of manganese powder.
The preparation method of the iron oxide red fancy glaze comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the raw materials to obtain a mixture, adding water into the mixture for wet grinding to obtain mixed slurry, sieving the mixed slurry by a 150-mesh sieve, wherein the residue of 100ml of the mixed slurry is less than or equal to 1g when sieving, and the weight ratio of the mixture to the added water is 4: 6;
2) adding water into the sieved mixed slurry to dilute the mixed slurry to a concentration of 50-55 baume degrees to obtain glaze slurry;
3) glazing the biscuit body after biscuit firing, naturally drying for 1h, and then placing the biscuit body in a shuttle kiln for heat preservation for 0.5h at the firing temperature of 1110-1220 ℃ to obtain the biscuit.
The firing curve adopted in the firing of the step 3) is as follows: the room temperature is 200 ℃, the heating speed is 1 ℃/min, and in the process, the width of a kiln door reserved gap is 5 cm; then closing the kiln door, wherein the temperature in the kiln is 200-400 ℃, and the heating speed is 2 ℃/1.5 min; the temperature is increased at the speed of 2 ℃/min to 700 ℃; 700-900 ℃, and the heating rate is 1 ℃/min; 900-1100 ℃, and the heating rate is 2 ℃/1.5 min; 1100-firing temperature, heating rate of 2 ℃/1.5min, keeping the temperature at the firing temperature for 0.5h, then putting on fire, naturally cooling to 200 ℃, opening the kiln door to fire the glaze surface, contacting with the outside air, and naturally oxidizing for 30min, wherein the color of the glaze surface can be changed from coffee color to crystallized iron red fancy glaze with metallic luster and red or crimson iron.
In the invention, each component plays the following roles:
potassium feldspar, common ceramic raw materials, and the main component of the glaze surface is formed after melting;
calcite which plays a role in fluxing;
the black stone has higher iron content and plays a role in coloring the glaze surface;
the black medicinal soil has high iron content and plays a role in coloring the glaze surface;
the plant ash and the alkaline ceramic raw material play a role in fluxing;
iron oxide red powder, which produces red glaze color and has the main function of crystallization;
the talc contains magnesium oxide and has a fluxing effect;
the manganese powder contains magnesium oxide, and has the artistic effect of making the glaze color be reddish-jujube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the invention innovatively researches a new glaze color-iron red glaze by the mutual matching and interaction of the raw materials, and particularly utilizes Fe in the glaze2O3Melting the feldspar at high temperature (1110-1220 ℃), enabling the feldspar to react with other components, and crystallizing the feldspar after high-temperature heat preservation to form a brown red background color and a date red crystallized glaze, wherein the glaze has attractive appearance and decorative effect; in the sintering process, the heat preservation time is fixed, and if the temperature is too high (such as 1240 ℃), the sintered product presents a honeycomb dense glaze bubble shape; if the temperature is too low (such as 1050 ℃), the glaze surface will be unsmooth and unglazed after firing.
2) Secondly, the formula of the invention is proved to be stable through a plurality of tests and gropes of the inventor, and has the characteristics of wide firing range, stable color development, smaller glaze surface crystallization and good appearance, wherein the wide firing range and stable color development mean that the iron red fancy glaze can be fired in an oxidizing atmosphere or a reducing atmosphere, the firing temperature range is larger, and the yield is high; the requirement on the tire body is not high, and the tire body is suitable for most tire bodies, particularly for tire bodies produced in Ru.
