Abstract
螺旋输送网链,涉及输送设备领域。包括输送网链本体,输送网链本体内侧边沿均布有被动齿,被动齿用于与驱动输送网链本体转动的转筒外周的主动齿相啮合,所述被动齿和主动齿的接触面为斜面、弧形面、V形接触面以及T形接触面中的一种,使得被动齿和主动齿之间的受力方向相对输送网链本体的转动方向向内偏移。本发明的转筒外周的主动齿、输送网链本体的被动齿的接触面为斜面、弧形面、V形接触面以及T形接触面中的一种,使得之间的受力方向相对输送网链的转动方向向内偏移。在输送网链对转筒包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿和被动齿之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒连续转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送设备领域,具体为一种螺旋输送网链。
背景技术
如图7所示,现有螺旋输送网链采用转筒驱动,转筒与螺旋输送网链之间通过方形的被动齿和主动齿传动配合。螺旋输送网链被动齿在转动时,与主动齿之间的受力方向k相对螺旋输送网链的转动方向j偏外。当螺旋输送网链对转筒包紧力较小时,容易造成螺旋输送网链被动齿与转筒上方形的主动齿分离滑脱,使螺旋输送网链不能跟随转筒转动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋输送网链,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:螺旋输送网链,包括输送网链本体,输送网链本体内侧边沿均布有被动齿,被动齿用于与驱动输送网链本体转动的转筒外周的主动齿相啮合,所述被动齿和主动齿的接触面为斜面、弧形面、V形接触面以及T形接触面中的一种,使得被动齿和主动齿之间的受力方向相对输送网链本体的转动方向向内偏移。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的转筒外周的主动齿、输送网链本体的被动齿的接触面为斜面、弧形面、V形接触面以及T形接触面中的一种,使得之间的受力方向相对输送网链的转动方向向内偏移。在输送网链对转筒包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿和被动齿之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒连续转动。

具体实施方式
第一实施例:
如图1、2所示,本发明包括输送网链1和转筒2,输送网链1内侧边沿均布有被动齿4,转筒2外周设置有与被动齿4啮合的主动齿3,主动齿4和被动齿3之间的接触面为弧形面,弧形面的凹弧设置在被动齿3上。
本实施例的主动齿4和被动齿3之间的受力方向a相对输送网连1的转动方向b偏内,使得输送网链1包紧力较小时,输送网链1与转筒2的主动齿4和被动齿3之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链1能够跟随转筒2转动。
第二实施例
如图3所示,第二实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构基本相同,不同点在于:主动齿5和被动齿6之间的接触面为弧形面,弧形面的凹弧设置在主动齿5上。
本实施例的主动齿5和被动齿6之间的受力方向c相对输送网连1的转动方向d偏内,使得输送网链包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿5和被动齿6之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒转动。
第三实施例
如图4所示,第三实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构基本相同,不同点在于:主动齿7和被动齿8之间的接触面为向转动方向一侧偏斜的斜面。
本实施例的主动齿7和被动齿8之间的受力方向e相对输送网连1的转动方向f偏内,使得输送网链包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿7和被动齿8之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒转动。
第四实施例
如图5所示,第四实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构基本相同,不同点在于:主动齿9和被动齿10之间的接触面为V形面。
本实施例的主动齿9和被动齿10之间的受力方向g相对输送网连1的转动方向h偏内,使得输送网链包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿9和被动齿10之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒转动。
第五实施例
如图6所示,第五实施例的结构与第一实施例的结构基本相同,不同点在于:主动齿11和被动齿12之间的接触面为T形面。
本实施例的主动齿11和被动齿12之间的受力方向x相对输送网连1的转动方向y偏内,使得输送网链包紧力较小时,输送网链与转筒的主动齿11和被动齿12之间不会分离滑脱,输送网链能够跟随转筒转动。
上述实施例以逆时针转动配合的输送网链和转筒为例进行的描述,顺时针转动的原理相同,在此不再赘述。

1.螺旋输送网链,其特征在于:包括输送网链本体,输送网链本体内侧边沿均布有被动齿,被动齿用于与驱动输送网链本体转动的转筒外周的主动齿相啮合,所述被动齿和主动齿的接触面为斜面、弧形面、V形接触面以及T形接触面中的一种,使得被动齿和主动齿之间的受力方向相对输送网链本体的转动方向向内偏移。
