Abstract

一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,涉及输送设备领域。包括沿轨道行走方向依次排列的多个链节,链节的内端设置有传动齿,链节的两侧设置有啮合齿,相邻链节的啮合齿之间相互啮合、并通过转轴转动连接;其特征在于:链节靠近传动齿一端的多个相邻啮合齿的齿根之间均一体设置有加强筋。本发明在链节靠近传动齿一端的多个相邻啮合齿的齿根之间一体设置了加强筋,增加了输送网链传动端的强度,使输送网链能够适应重载以及宽度较大输送网链的输送,避免了网链翻转,甚至传动齿弯曲断裂的情况发生,提高了螺旋输送稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送设备领域,具体为一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链。
背景技术
现有螺旋塔的输送网链通过转动的转盘驱动,输送网链的内端与转盘之间通过相互啮合的主动齿和传动齿传动配合,转盘拖动输送网链、以及输送网链所输送的物料向前输送时,经常会因为输送网链重载或输送网链的宽度较大而发生网链翻转,甚至传动齿弯曲断裂,影响了螺旋输送稳定性和输送负载。
上述缺陷的存在是整个塑料链板传送行业在设计输送网链时不考虑输送的侧向强度所致,输送网链的侧向强度不够,从而不能实现重载以及宽度较大输送网链的输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,包括沿轨道行走方向依次排列的多个链节,链节的内端设置有传动齿,链节的两侧设置有啮合齿,相邻链节的啮合齿之间相互啮合、并通过转轴转动连接;其特征在于:链节靠近传动齿一端的多个相邻啮合齿的齿根之间均一体设置有加强筋。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明在链节靠近传动齿一端的多个相邻啮合齿的齿根之间一体设置了加强筋,增加了输送网链传动端的强度,使输送网链能够适应重载以及宽度较大输送网链的输送,避免了网链翻转,甚至传动齿弯曲断裂的情况发生,提高了螺旋输送稳定性。
进一步地,所述链节与轨道的对应位置分别转动安装有滚轮,滚轮滚动支撑在对应轨道上;滚轮的设置减轻了输送网链端部传动齿的传动扭矩,进一步避免传动齿弯曲断裂,提高了螺旋输送稳定性。
进一步地,加强筋与齿根之间设置有空隙,空隙用于在清洗时通过杂物。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明包括沿轨道行走方向依次排列的多个链节1,链节1的内端设置有传动齿2,链节1的两侧设置有啮合齿3,相邻链节1的啮合齿3之间相互啮合、并通过转轴转动连接;链节1靠近传动齿2一端的多个相邻啮合齿3的齿根之间均一体设置有加强筋4,加强筋4与齿根之间设置有空隙5,空隙5用于在清洗时通过杂物。
加强筋4的设置增加了输送网链传动端的强度,使输送网链能够适应重载以及宽度较大输送网链的输送,避免了网链翻转,甚至传动齿弯曲断裂的情况发生,提高了螺旋输送稳定性。
作为本实施例的进一步改进,链节1与轨道对应位置的啮合齿3上均设置有方形孔6,方形孔6内分别转动安装有滚轮7,滚轮7滚动支撑在对应轨道上,滚轮7的设置减轻了输送网链端部传动齿的传动扭矩,进一步避免传动齿弯曲断裂,提高了螺旋输送稳定性。

1.一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,包括沿轨道行走方向依次排列的多个链节,链节的内端设置有传动齿,链节的两侧设置有啮合齿,相邻链节的啮合齿之间相互啮合、并通过转轴转动连接;其特征在于:链节靠近传动齿一端的多个相邻啮合齿的齿根之间均一体设置有加强筋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,其特征在于:所述链节与轨道的对应位置分别转动安装有滚轮,滚轮滚动支撑在对应轨道上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有侧向加强结构的螺旋塔输送网链,其特征在于:加强筋与齿根之间设置有空隙,空隙用于在清洗时通过杂物。
