Abstract
螺旋输送机,涉及冷却设备领域。包括螺旋机架,螺旋机架上安装有通过转筒驱动运行的螺旋输送网链,转筒与螺旋输送网链的内侧边之间设置有相互啮合的凸台,弯道输送网链的外侧边的下端面设置有挡条,螺旋输送机的输入端、绕转筒转弯的位置设置有与螺旋机架连接的顶板,顶板设置在挡条内侧,并且外端向外顶压在挡条上。本发明的螺旋输送网链的输入端、在绕转筒转弯时,挡条受到挡板向外的推力,从而带动螺旋输送网链在弯道输入端位置受到向外的推力,使局部螺旋输送网链内侧面收拢后与转筒之间的凸台相互啮合,减小弯道输送网链外侧的运行张紧力,保证弯道输送网链平稳运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷却设备领域,具体为一种螺旋冷却塔的螺旋输送机;主要应用于食品行业。
背景技术
现有技术中,目前,烘烤食品生产线上经过高温烘烤后从烤炉里面出来的温度较高,不能马上包装,需要经过较长的冷却输送,待食品冷却之后再进行包装。螺旋冷却塔在占地较小的情 况下提供了更长的输送距离,从而获得更多的冷却时间。
然而目前市面上的螺旋冷却塔存在一个重要缺陷:螺旋冷却塔的输送网链内侧边在螺旋输送过程中对转筒产生较大的包紧力,导致网链磨损加快,缩短了输送网链的使用寿命,增加了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种螺旋输送机,可以有效解决背景技术中存在的问题。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:螺旋输送机,包括螺旋机架,螺旋机架上安装有通过转筒驱动运行的螺旋输送网链,转筒与螺旋输送网链的内侧边之间设置有相互啮合的凸台,其特征在于:所述弯道输送网链的外侧边的下端面设置有挡条,螺旋输送机的输入端、绕转筒转弯的位置设置有与螺旋机架连接的顶板,顶板设置在挡条内侧,并且外端向外顶压在挡条上。
本发明在输送网链的外侧边的下端面设置有挡条,螺旋输送机的输入端、绕转筒转弯的位置设置有与机架连接的顶板,使得螺旋输送网链的输入端、在绕转筒转弯时,挡条受到挡板向外的推力,从而带动螺旋输送网链在弯道输入端位置受到向外的推力,使局部螺旋输送网链内侧面收拢后与转筒之间的凸台相互啮合,从而减小了输送网链外侧在整个输送过程中的运行张紧力,保证输送网链平稳运行。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明包括螺旋机架1,螺旋机架1上安装有通过转筒2驱动运行的螺旋输送网链3,转筒2与螺旋输送网链3的内侧边之间设置有相互啮合的凸台4,弯道输送网链3的外侧边的下端面设置有挡条5,螺旋输送机的输入端、绕转筒2转弯的位置设置有与螺旋机架1连接的顶板6,顶板6设置在挡条5内侧,并且外端向外顶压在挡条5上。
另外,总所周知,螺栓输送机分为向上输送和向下输送两种不同种类,因此,向上输送的螺旋输送机的顶板设置螺旋输送机底部的输入端,向下输送的螺旋输送机的顶板设置螺旋输送机顶部的输入端。

1.螺旋输送机,包括螺旋机架,螺旋机架上安装有通过转筒驱动运行的螺旋输送网链,转筒与螺旋输送网链的内侧边之间设置有相互啮合的凸台,其特征在于:所述弯道输送网链的外侧边的下端面设置有挡条,螺旋输送机的输入端、绕转筒转弯的位置设置有与螺旋机架连接的顶板,顶板设置在挡条内侧,并且外端向外顶压在挡条上。
