Comparative example 4
The antipruritic lotion in the comparative example comprises the following components in parts by weight:
garden balsam stem aqueous extract: 40; the water extract of the Chinese violet: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas; borneol: 5.0; the polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract: 20.
when the itching relieving lotion is prepared, ethanol and deionized water are used as diluents, so that the mass ratio of the ethanol to the deionized water in the itching relieving lotion is 3: the specific preparation method is the same as that in example 6, and is not described herein again.
The corresponding antipruritic lotions obtained in examples 5 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were randomly selected for specific efficacy tests.
The following tests were conducted on 30 persons who were bitten by blood sucking hormone, and the corresponding antipruritic lotions obtained in the examples and comparative examples of the present invention were applied to the bites.
Test results show that the antipruritic lotions of examples 5 to 11 of the present invention can achieve the effect of relieving itching within 5 minutes after being applied, and can also achieve the effect of rapidly reducing swelling, and simultaneously, the antipruritic lotions also have the effects of repelling mosquitoes, and have the advantages of no toxicity and no pungent odor. However, after the antipruritic lotions obtained in comparative examples 1 to 4 are applied, the antipruritic lotions basically require about 10 minutes to achieve the effect of relieving itching, and the detumescence effect is relatively slow, but still have a certain mosquito repellent effect. In addition, for the overall mosquito repellent effect, the mosquito repellent effect of the corresponding itching relieving lotion obtained in the embodiments 5 to 7 of the present invention is slightly inferior to that of the corresponding itching relieving lotion obtained in the embodiments 8 to 11, and specifically, after the corresponding itching relieving lotion obtained in the embodiments 8 to 11 of the present invention is applied, the itching relieving lotion can be ensured not to be bitten by blood sucking hormone within about 4 hours without cleaning, while the corresponding itching relieving lotion obtained in the embodiments 5 to 7 can only be ensured not to be bitten by blood sucking hormone within about 3 hours.

garden balsam stem aqueous extract: 30-50; ethanol extract of paniculate swallowwort root: 20-30; the water extract of the Chinese violet: 20-30; borneol: 5-10; the main component of the garden balsam stem aqueous extract is flavonoid; the polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract: 20-30, wherein the polygonum hydropiper aqueous extract contains polygonaldehyd; the itching relieving lotion also contains ethanol and deionized water;
the extraction method of the cynanchum paniculatum ethanol extract comprises the following steps:
according to the weight percentage of paniculate swallowwort root: ethanol: the mass ratio of the deionized water is 1: 1-3: 1.5-3, soaking at normal temperature to fully soak the cynanchum paniculatum, filtering, collecting filtrate, and concentrating to obtain a corresponding ethanol extract of the cynanchum paniculatum;
