将形态保持剂与强度改良剂混合,60℃加热1小时,30℃冷却1小时,90℃加入5分钟,即可。
蜡为90%的石蜡和10%的防老剂混合而成。
经试验,本法制备的密封圈与现有密封圈对比:
现有密封圈:产品硬度:HS85±2°A工作温度:TPU:-40~+80℃CPU:-40~+120℃工作压力:≤32Mpa;
本法密封圈:产品硬度:HS110±2°A工作温度:TPU:-40~+80℃CPU:-40~+120℃工作压力:≤50Mpa。
本法密封圈性能稳定,在介质中不易溶胀,热收缩效应(焦耳效应)小,同时增强了扩张强度、伸长率和抗撕裂强度。
实施例2:一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,将平纹棉帆布干燥备用;将配合剂加入到天然胶乳中搅拌20~40分钟,配合剂与天然胶乳比例为1:3,混合均匀制成胶浆;将干燥平纹棉帆布于胶浆中浸胶20~40分钟,经双辊压延机(辊速比为1:1,辊距为3mm)挤压平整均匀后干燥得到胶布;将胶布按规格以45°角裁断铺成2~3层后,卷起压实放入密封圈模具中,模具内侧壁涂有耐磨胶液,在145~155℃、8~10-MPa的条件下硫化30~45-分钟,在将成型的密封圈,放入强化剂中浸泡2小时,低压除去体系中的气泡,干燥后,利用平纹棉帆布涂抹一层蜡,再于100℃下热处理4h后即可完全固化,即可;
配合剂包括以下组分制备而成:硅橡胶生胶35份,橡胶添加剂7份,氢氧化钙3份,丙烯酸丁酯3份,氟蜡3份,乙二醇10份,醋酸丁酯10份,丙烯酸丁酯5份,苯酐5份,硼酸锌9份,氧化铝粉9份,活性剂氧化锌4份,油醇2份,二丙二醇单烷基醚5份,二氧化钛6份,有机酸16份,双氧水70份。
配合剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将硅橡胶生胶放在混炼机上混炼,然后加入橡胶添加剂充分混炼;
将混炼产物放置15-25小时后在混炼机上进行返炼,烘箱温度保持160℃-200℃4小时;
先将氢氧化钙、丙烯酸丁酯加入到炼胶机包辊,然后加入氟蜡,乙二醇,醋酸丁酯,丙烯酸丁酯,进行热处理;
将热处理后的胶料在炼胶机上返炼,打卷、下片即得混炼胶;
向混炼胶中加入苯酐,硼酸锌,氧化铝粉,活性剂氧化锌,得到辅用胶,待用;
在搅拌和/或超声作用下缓慢加入有机酸和双氧水,0~80℃温度下反应0.1~12小时,反应结束后,通过汽提法脱水,经过反复洗脱、造粒、干燥;
将干燥粒与辅用胶混合,捶打,加入二丙二醇单烷基醚和3倍与辅用胶的水混合,加热,提炼,2小时后加入混炼胶,加热,搅拌4小时,取1/10的混合物,与油醇、二氧化钛混合即为配合剂。
耐磨胶液包括以下组分制备而成:炭黑N330-25份、己二酸二辛酯DOA-17份、氧化锌8份、硬脂酸9份、防老剂13份、硫化剂DCP-6份、硫化助剂TAIC-8份、羟丙基纤维素18份、普鲁兰多糖15份、纳米二氧化硅16份、。
耐磨胶液包括以下步骤制备而成:
将己二酸二辛酯DOA在70℃的热水浴中加热溶解,然后加入硬脂酸混合乳化搅拌均匀,取炭黑至容器中,加入氧化锌,混合搅拌均匀;将混合物在60~80℃水浴锅中用乳化器搅拌均匀,调节乳化搅拌速度至6000r/min,5min后将转速调低至3000r/min,继续搅拌30min,待温度降至8℃时,加入2防老剂,然后加入硫化剂DCP、硫化助剂,脱水15min,离心分离,再加入羟丙基纤维素,室温干燥,得到固体粉末,将普鲁兰多糖、纳米二氧化硅中,超声振动分散均匀后,离心分离除去大的微粒,室温干燥,得到粒子,将粒子加入2倍的水中,混合,200℃加热30min,得到耐磨胶液。
强化剂包括以下组分制备而成:包括30份强度改良剂:40%丙烯酸丁酯,40%乙酸乙酯,其余为水;
5份形态保持剂:乙酸乙酯25%,季戊四醇35%,石蜡20%份,其余为水。
强化剂包括以下步骤制备而成:依次加入丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯和水,机械搅拌混合均匀,1得到形态保持剂;
取石蜡和乙酸乙酯加热混合,真空除水5分钟;再加入季戊四醇,混合均匀后低压除去体系中的气泡,再于100℃下热处理4h后即可完全固化;固化物与60℃的温度水混合,搅拌1小时,即为形态保持剂;
将形态保持剂与强度改良剂混合,60℃加热1小时,30℃冷却1小时,90℃加入5分钟,即可。
蜡为90%的石蜡和10%的防老剂混合而成。
现有密封圈:产品硬度:HS85±2°A工作温度:TPU:-40~+80℃CPU:-40~+120℃工作压力:≤32Mpa;
本法密封圈:产品硬度:HS100±2°A工作温度:TPU:-40~+80℃CPU:-40~+120℃工作压力:≤40Mpa。
本法密封圈性能稳定,在介质中不易溶胀,热收缩效应(焦耳效应)小,同时增强了扩张强度、伸长率和抗撕裂强度。

Claims (7)

1.一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:将平纹棉帆布干燥备用;将配合剂加入到天然胶乳中搅拌20~40分钟,配合剂与天然胶乳比例为1:3,混合均匀制成胶浆;将干燥平纹棉帆布于胶浆中浸胶20~40分钟,经双辊压延机(辊速比为1:1,辊距为3mm)挤压平整均匀后干燥得到胶布;将胶布按规格以45°角裁断铺成2~3层后,卷起压实放入密封圈模具中,模具内侧壁涂有耐磨胶液,在145~155℃、8~10-MPa的条件下硫化30~45-分钟,在将成型的密封圈,放入35份强化剂中浸泡2小时,低压除去体系中的气泡,干燥后,利用平纹棉帆布涂抹一层蜡,再于100℃下热处理4h后即可完全固化,即可;
所述的配合剂包括以下组分制备而成:硅橡胶生胶30-35份,橡胶添加剂5-7份,氢氧化钙1-3份,丙烯酸丁酯1-3份,氟蜡1-3份,乙二醇7-10份,醋酸丁酯7-10份,丙烯酸丁酯2-5份,苯酐3-5份,硼酸锌5-9份,氧化铝粉6-9份,活性剂氧化锌2-4份,油醇1-2份,二丙二醇单烷基醚2-5份,二氧化钛4-6份,有机酸10-16份,双氧水60-70份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的配合剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
将硅橡胶生胶放在混炼机上混炼,然后加入橡胶添加剂充分混炼;
将混炼产物放置15-25小时后在混炼机上进行返炼,烘箱温度保持160℃-200℃4小时;
先将氢氧化钙、丙烯酸丁酯加入到炼胶机包辊,然后加入氟蜡,乙二醇,醋酸丁酯,丙烯酸丁酯,进行热处理;
将热处理后的胶料在炼胶机上返炼,打卷、下片即得混炼胶;
向混炼胶中加入苯酐,硼酸锌,氧化铝粉,活性剂氧化锌,得到辅用胶,待用;

3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的耐磨胶液包括以下组分制备而成:炭黑N330-23-25份、己二酸二辛酯DOA-15-17份、氧化锌6-8份、硬脂酸7-9份、防老剂10-13份、硫化剂DCP-4-6份、硫化助剂TAIC-5-8份、羟丙基纤维素12-18份、普鲁兰多糖7-15份、纳米二氧化硅13-16份、。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的耐磨胶液包括以下步骤制备而成:
将己二酸二辛酯DOA在70℃的热水浴中加热溶解,然后加入硬脂酸混合乳化搅拌均匀,取炭黑至容器中,加入氧化锌,混合搅拌均匀;将混合物在60~80℃水浴锅中用乳化器搅拌均匀,调节乳化搅拌速度至6000r/min,5min后将转速调低至3000r/min,继续搅拌30min,待温度降至8℃时,加入2防老剂,然后加入硫化剂DCP、硫化助剂,脱水15min,离心分离,再加入羟丙基纤维素,室温干燥,得到固体粉末,将普鲁兰多糖、纳米二氧化硅中,超声振动分散均匀后,离心分离除去大的微粒,室温干燥,得到粒子,将粒子加入2倍的水中,混合,200℃加热30min,得到耐磨胶液。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的强化剂包括以下组分制备而成:包括30份强度改良剂:30%-40%丙烯酸丁酯,30-40%乙酸乙酯,其余为水;
5份形态保持剂:乙酸乙酯15-25%,季戊四醇30-35%,石蜡15%-20%份,其余为水。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的强化剂包括以下步骤制备而成:依次加入丙烯酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯和水,机械搅拌混合均匀,1得到形态保持剂;
取石蜡和乙酸乙酯加热混合,真空除水5分钟;再加入季戊四醇,混合均匀后低压除去体系中的气泡,再于100℃下热处理4h后即可完全固化;固化物与60℃的温度水混合,搅拌1小时,即为形态保持剂;
将形态保持剂与强度改良剂混合,60℃加热1小时,30℃冷却1小时,90℃加入5分钟,即可。
7.根据权利要求1中所述的一种耐磨损的快速接头密封圈制备方法,其特征在于:所述的蜡为90%的石蜡和10%的防老剂混合而成。
