本发明涉及粘接胶领域,特别是涉及一种用于多线切割的粘接胶。
背景技术
环氧树脂胶广泛适用于光电、太阳能单晶硅、多晶硅、半导体等的切割和研磨加工,为光伏行业硅棒切割而应用的产品,使用于铁板基座和玻璃,人工和自动化粘结过程,环氧胶可以粘接、灌封、密封、绝缘等等,应用范围广泛,现有的环氧胶大多数粘接力小,抗开裂、抗冲击性能差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于多线切割的粘接胶,通过设置合理的成分和比例,获得的产品收缩率小,线胀系数也很小,胶层的尺寸稳定性好,耐热耐水性能好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种用于多线切割的粘接胶,包括:环氧树脂、硬化剂、稀释剂、三甲基苯酚和三氧化三铝粉,所述的硬化剂是乙二胺,所述的稀释剂是二丁酯,所述的用于多线切割的粘接胶中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述的环氧树脂占100-120份,所述的乙二胺占10-20份,所述的二丁酯占5-10份,所述的三甲基苯酚占10-30份,所述的三氧化三铝粉占5-20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的环氧树脂占105份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的乙二胺占15份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的二丁酯占7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的三甲基苯酚占12份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的三氧化三铝粉占10份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种用于多线切割的粘接胶,通过设置合理的成分和比例,获得的产品收缩率小,线胀系数也很小,胶层的尺寸稳定性好,耐热耐水性能好。
