一种窄间距多主轴数控立式车床,它主要由主轴单元、X向数控滑台、Z向数控滑台、数控转塔刀架组成,其特征在于:它采用两台或两台以上立式数控车床并列组合而成;每台数控立式车床的X向数控滑台与Z向数控滑台组合的十字滑台与工人操作面方向呈垂直安装在机座上;两个或两个以上Z向数控滑台的立柱的顶部相互固定安装一体,相互支撑;数控转塔刀架悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板上;该多主轴数控车床空间紧凑,维护方便,非常适合于大中批量零件的高效加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种数控车床,尤其是一种多主轴数控车床。
背景技术
随着国家装备制造业的振兴与发展,数控机床作为机床工业的主流产品,已成为实现装备制造业现代化的关键设备。常规的数控车床占地面积大,工人多机操作时要行走较多的距离,从而增加工人的劳动强度,影响工作效率;另外随着土地资源的紧缩,加工场地的成本越来越高,因而希望设备能更加紧凑小型化,从而提高车间的容积率,降低管理成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种操作空间紧凑,维护方便的多主轴数控立式车床。
为了达到上述的发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:它主要由主轴单元、X向数控滑台、Z向数控滑台、数控转塔刀架组成,其特征在于:它采用两台或两台以上立式数控车床并列组合而成;每台数控立式车床的X向数控滑台与Z向数控滑台组合的十字滑台与工人操作面方向呈垂直安装在机座上; Z向数控滑台与主轴单元轴线相平行,并安装在主轴单元的正后方,X向数控滑台垂直安装在Z向数控滑台上;两个或两个以上Z向数控滑台的立柱的顶部相互固定安装一体,相互支撑;数控转塔刀架悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述的数控转塔刀架是悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板的靠Z向数控滑台的滑板方向。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述的主轴单元与Z向数控滑台间设制有一个容屑槽,容屑槽中优选安装一个链式排屑机;该结构由于主轴安装在操作面方,这样方便主轴及回转油缸、电机、编码器等与主轴相关的元件安装与维护。
本发明的有益效果是:1. 由于X向数控滑台与Z向数控滑台组合的十字滑台与工人操作面方向呈垂直安装在机座上,该结构有利的缩短了操作面的空间,从而利于多主轴的部局,另外该结构X向数控滑台的伺服电机及丝杆座等传动部分安装在机台后部,这样有利于后期的维护;2. 为缩窄操作面间的间距,Z向滑台的立柱就不可能制作太宽,但窄了滑台移动到上部时刚性又不足,本发明在Z向数控滑台的立柱的顶部两个或两个以上Z向数控滑台的立柱的顶部相互固定安装一体,相互支撑,这样有效解决了窄立柱引起的刚性不足,从而利于该多主轴立车的窄性化设计;3. 由于数控转塔刀架是悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板上的,这样有利于缩窄X向数控滑台与Z向数控滑台组合的十字滑台在立柱上的厚度,从而利于整机的窄性化设计,另外数控转塔刀架的悬伸安装也有利于故障维护;4.数控转塔刀架悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板的靠Z向数控滑台的滑板方向,这样刀塔更靠向立柱中心,从而更有利于切削受力,另外整机空间也可因此缩窄些;5. 主轴单元与Z向数控滑台间设制有一个容屑槽,容屑槽中优选安装一个链式排屑机;该结构由于主轴安装在操作面方,这样方便主轴及回转油缸、电机、编码器等与主轴相关的元件安装与维护;6.本机为多主轴设备,加工时可多单元同步进行车削工作,因而其效率高,该设备非常适合于大中批量零件的加工。

具体实施方式
参照图1所示,本实施采用4组立车并列的结构,每组立车主要由主轴单元1、X向数控滑台2、Z向数控滑台3、数控转塔刀架4组成,其特征在于:每台数控立式车床的X向数控滑台2与Z向数控滑台3组合的十字滑台与工人操作面5方向呈垂直安装在机座6上; Z向数控滑台3与主轴单元1轴线相平行,并安装在主轴单元1的正后方,X向数控滑台2垂直安装在Z向数控滑台3上;数控转塔刀架4悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板7的靠Z向数控滑台的滑板8方向。
参照图2所示本实施例中四组Z向数控滑台的立柱9是两个顶部相互固定安装一体,其中中间留有间隙10;该结构是防止有效精度要求高的零件会受旁边工位振动而影响精度,特别是一边在粗车,一边在精车;然而Z向数控滑台的立柱9两个顶部相互固定安装的两组车床在要求特别高的零件时,可以两组同时加工同一种零件,这样就可避免旁边粗车以精车的影响。
参照图3所示本实施例中主轴单元1与Z向数控滑台2间设制有一个容屑槽11;该结构由于主轴单元1安装在操作面5方,这样方便主轴及回转油缸、电机、编码器等与主轴相关的元件安装与维护。

1.一种窄间距多主轴数控立式车床,它主要由主轴单元、X向数控滑台、Z向数控滑台、数控转塔刀架组成,其特征在于:它采用两台或两台以上立式数控车床并列组合而成;每台数控立式车床的X向数控滑台与Z向数控滑台组合的十字滑台与工人操作面方向呈垂直安装在机座上; Z向数控滑台与主轴单元轴线相平行,并安装在主轴单元的正后方,X向数控滑台垂直安装在Z向数控滑台上;两个或两个以上Z向数控滑台的立柱的顶部相互固定安装一体,相互支撑;数控转塔刀架悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的窄间距多主轴数控立式车床,其特征在于:所述的数控转塔刀架是悬伸安装在X向数控滑台的滑板的靠Z向数控滑台的滑板方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的窄间距多主轴数控立式车床,其特征在于:所述的主轴单元与Z向数控滑台间设制有一个容屑槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的窄间距多主轴数控立式车床,其特征在于:所述的容屑槽中安装有一个链式排屑机。
